I stayed at this hotel for a month and it was a really good experience. It felt like home. The price is quite reasonable. The house keeping service is good and the rooms are very clean. Laundry service is also available with a reasonable price. If you need airport pick and drop, it can also be arranged if you ask. There is also a common kitchen with all the appliances and you can cook your own food whenever you want. It took about 20 minutes to reach the city centre by public transport which is quite good. 2 big supermarkets are also nearby. Most importantly, the owner is a very nice person and if you need anything else which I did not mention above, you can just ask and he will definitely help you.

First appearances everything was great. Friendly staff and showed how to lock the door, get in etc etc. My bathroom light bulb went on the first night here. No biggie. I am on night 3 and went to the reception yesterday to inform them. Gave my room number and mentioned the light. I was told 5 minutes and no one turned up. Light is still very much dead. The room is very basic, not like advertised on the website. There is a bed, mini fridge and a TV. There is no kettle for those expecting one. There is also no communal kitchen as advertised when I booked my room. Towels aren’t changed so far and bins aren’t empty. There isn’t anywhere obvious to empty the bin either. The soap was empty when I checked in but luckily Aldi and Lidis is nearby. Overall disappointed.

Mały domek z super wyposażoną kuchnią, jest w niej wszystko by ugotować wielodaniowy obiad. Apartament ma pięć łóżek, dwa piętrowe i jeden tapczan. Jest bardzo czyściutko, są szafy I stół na pięć osób, miejsca dużo i super wyposażona łazienka,, było na 5 osób 10 ręczników i szampony plus suszarka i papier . Mógł być piesek, samochody w zamkniętym podwórku na kod. Jest grill na zewnątrz i ławki do siedzenia ,automat na papierosy i inny ze słodyczami kawa i kakao Cena na pięć osób 150 euro plus po 12 za każdy samochód i 12 za pieska. Alles ganz Ok, die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß, Parkplätze sind zu finden und wer nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel unterwegs ist kann hier schnell alles erreichen. Als großen Minuspunkt sehe in den Preis. Der ist absolut nicht angemessen für diese Unterkunft.

Ich kann nur sagen „einmalig“ ! Saubere Zimmer, bestens ausgestattet mit modernen Bad einem Kühlschrank und TV, Sitzmöglichkeit und alles super sauber. Vor den Zimmern befinden sich Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Aschenbecher. Parken kann man direkt vor der Tür. Eine Sitzecke mit einer Grillstation für sämtliche Religionen ist auch vorhanden und sogar noch eine volleingerichtete Gemeinschaftsküche. Der Betreiber ist ein sehr menschlicher Typ mit dem man Pferde stehlen kann. Eine Gehminute entfernt befindet sich direkt ein Lidl. Für mich ist dieses Hotel mein Favorit für Berlin!

Alles super ! Geräumige Unterkunft, ruhige Lage, Parkplatz vor dem Container, großes Bad. 1 Gehminute zum Lidl, 20 min zur U Bahn, 10 Gehminuten zum Restaurant. Hund willkommen. In der Nähe Hundepark zum Gassigehen. Jederzeit wieder !

Loved it! This was my second stay; this time I initially booked 5 nights and then extended for another 5. It's very close to Tempelhofer Feld; I brought my bike and was able to go for bike rides 2 or 3 times a day, a perfect break from the hours I usually spend at my computer. Thanks to a fan the room was beautifully cool during the heatwave, a quiet, peaceful place to decompress. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
