    I don’t know how to even describe the stress IKEA caused me in these past few weeks. I wish i could give -10 star to this. - Beginning of Feb 2023, we went to get our kitchen planned in pankow office. After that the person helped us literally ghosted and sent us wrong kitchen plan and didn’t hear from her at least 8 days . Later we were sent a wrong kitchen plan. We waited a week more to receive only the payment link and plan - they supposed to deliver the kitchen on 9th of march. Didn’t happen because they sent the wrong plan - i had to go to pankow again to arrange the kitchen again. We agreed to deliver it on 11th of March. From this point on it is a downhill. - ikea delivery calls me (at 7am) in the 11th that they would arrive my place in 1 hours (8am) i was waiting in my balcony to see when they come because I read horrible reviews about the delivery - they never showed up later, never called, never rang the bell. They simply didn’t come - they later lied that i was unreachable Second attempt: - after arguing on the phone multiple times with their customer service they said they will deliver on the 15th of March. - this time they showed up. There was multiple parking spaces in front of the building. They refused to park and they asked me what floor it is. Once i said it was 4th floor, they said they can’t park in my street (dead end street with parking spaces around in front of my building) - they said there is no enough space nor waited for me to ask any neighbors to remove more cars. They left without delivering it. - i called again today to complain. Nobody tried to help solve it rather they told me to either cancel my order after losing a month of time and paying rent to my kitchenless apartment. They on top of that told me to pay extra for each delivery attempt (around 259 euros) - eventually i gave up and now i have to pick my things from a random warehouse of delivery company in Brandenburg myself I have never ever experience such humiliation like this. Both City of berlin, general housing issues and not regulating landlords allowing to rent out apartments without kitchen in this country and on top of that massive corporation dominating an entire market with a horrible and humiliating customer service makes everyone feel in hell and feel stupid with the money they pay. You have no negotiation power nor even a place to seek your rights for. Do not shop from Ikea especially big pieces. Find locals, find local companies, find local and smaller delivery people who would be willing to help to keep you as client. DO NOT EVER FEEL DEPENDENT ON THIS KIND OF COMPANIES AND THEIR SERVICE. They don’t care about you because they know they have already a lot of desperation. Do more research! Do not buy from IKEA.

    Summary: Extremely poor customer service. Highly recommend to NOT BUY KITCHEN from them. After we placed our kitchen order, they completely stopped caring at all. They gave us an estimated FIVE WEEKS, but now it has been OVER FOUR MONTHS, and still waiting for our missing order items, constantly ignoring us and giving lame excuses such as all our emails going to their junk folder. Ikea is one of the worst companies in Berlin, in my opinion regarding customer support.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO WORK WITH NIKLAS!!!!!!!! We had such a horrible experience with Niklas from this studio ==' He took forever to answer one email. When he finally replied, he ordered the wrong version of our kitchen. Then we had to last minute add more items in. It feels like he didn't know how to read emails properly. He had zero common sense to understand what's the issue. When the kitchen finally arrived, the kitchen plate was completely wrongly cut. Now we have to buy parts to work around it.

    Very disappointing…. Studio itself is nice but planning not anymore. I was waiting months for a fridge which supposed to come with my order. Also as soon as you want to return something forget about nice service. Nobody want to solve a problem, takes ages to get any answer.

    I wanted to buy two wardrobes and decided to book an appointment with someone from this studio to get the help I needed. Frau Wollmann was very kind and professional and managed to get all the parts I needed even though they were still facing some shortages of products due to the pandemic. She also kindly spoke in English to me. I can only recommend the store. Moreover, the delivery was great; the guys were careful and polite and nothing was missing... which was not my experience when I ordered something from Ikea Tempelhof. So, I highly recommend this studio.

    Nice new IKEA Studio, but unfortunately you can use their styling service only with an appointment, which are booked out for many weeks in advance without an option to come and wait. Would recommend to add few slots for people just coming by and ready to wait

    I had a lot of hiccups (delay in installation and missing pipes) while buying a kitchen but Anne helped me from day 1. She was very responsive over emails and calls. Thank you so much for all your help and support.

    Worst shopping Experience ever in IKEA DE I return my product for 1 month but hasn’t gotten refund. I never has such issue before when I do the shopping in other IKEA country. I sent three times emails - no follow up I called customer service and waited 30 mins to speak with customer service. Thanks goodness they say they will refund but when I ask why no email reply and no refund for a month. The customer service refused to answer and hung up the phone directly …. I doubt whether this company actually gonna refund me Just want to share my experience and please do not return goods by delivery. Just carry the stuff to shops. or simply just don’t shop at IKEA. There’s tons of good furniture shop options.

    We have waited since end of August for them to send our documents and whenever we try to reach them there was a problem with the person who designed our kitchen. At very last they couldn’t even try to arrange a date for delivery or try to communicate with us about the process. In the end we gave the project to another ikea store to handle and they fixed the problem just within days and even they reduced our total expenses (around 1000€) because they told there were so many unnecessary items which costs a lot which also we didn’t want it specifically; they were somehow integrated inside of our kitchen….Unfortunately I cannot recommend this planning studio.
