I
don’t
know
how
to
even
describe
the
stress
IKEA
caused
me
in
these
past
few
weeks.
I
wish
i
could
give
-10
star
to
this.
-
Beginning
of
Feb
2023,
we
went
to
get
our
kitchen
planned
in
pankow
office.
After
that
the
person
helped
us
literally
ghosted
and
sent
us
wrong
kitchen
plan
and
didn’t
hear
from
her
at
least
8
days
.
Later
we
were
sent
a
wrong
kitchen
plan.
We
waited
a
week
more
to
receive
only
the
payment
link
and
plan
-
they
supposed
to
deliver
the
kitchen
on
9th
of
march.
Didn’t
happen
because
they
sent
the
wrong
plan
-
i
had
to
go
to
pankow
again
to
arrange
the
kitchen
again.
We
agreed
to
deliver
it
on
11th
of
March.
From
this
point
on
it
is
a
downhill.
-
ikea
delivery
calls
me
(at
7am)
in
the
11th
that
they
would
arrive
my
place
in
1
hours
(8am)
i
was
waiting
in
my
balcony
to
see
when
they
come
because
I
read
horrible
reviews
about
the
delivery
-
they
never
showed
up
later,
never
called,
never
rang
the
bell.
They
simply
didn’t
come
-
they
later
lied
that
i
was
unreachable
Second
attempt:
-
after
arguing
on
the
phone
multiple
times
with
their
customer
service
they
said
they
will
deliver
on
the
15th
of
March.
-
this
time
they
showed
up.
There
was
multiple
parking
spaces
in
front
of
the
building.
They
refused
to
park
and
they
asked
me
what
floor
it
is.
Once
i
said
it
was
4th
floor,
they
said
they
can’t
park
in
my
street
(dead
end
street
with
parking
spaces
around
in
front
of
my
building)
-
they
said
there
is
no
enough
space
nor
waited
for
me
to
ask
any
neighbors
to
remove
more
cars.
They
left
without
delivering
it.
-
i
called
again
today
to
complain.
Nobody
tried
to
help
solve
it
rather
they
told
me
to
either
cancel
my
order
after
losing
a
month
of
time
and
paying
rent
to
my
kitchenless
apartment.
They
on
top
of
that
told
me
to
pay
extra
for
each
delivery
attempt
(around
259
euros)
-
eventually
i
gave
up
and
now
i
have
to
pick
my
things
from
a
random
warehouse
of
delivery
company
in
Brandenburg
myself
I
have
never
ever
experience
such
humiliation
like
this.
Both
City
of
berlin,
general
housing
issues
and
not
regulating
landlords
allowing
to
rent
out
apartments
without
kitchen
in
this
country
and
on
top
of
that
massive
corporation
dominating
an
entire
market
with
a
horrible
and
humiliating
customer
service
makes
everyone
feel
in
hell
and
feel
stupid
with
the
money
they
pay.
You
have
no
negotiation
power
nor
even
a
place
to
seek
your
rights
for.
Do
not
shop
from
Ikea
especially
big
pieces.
Find
locals,
find
local
companies,
find
local
and
smaller
delivery
people
who
would
be
willing
to
help
to
keep
you
as
client.
DO
NOT
EVER
FEEL
DEPENDENT
ON
THIS
KIND
OF
COMPANIES
AND
THEIR
SERVICE.
They
don’t
care
about
you
because
they
know
they
have
already
a
lot
of
desperation.
Do
more
research!
Do
not
buy
from
IKEA.
