Love my experience here! Staff was knowledgeable and prices were same or even lower than what was online. I even had some fit issues with a mask; return and better fit mask was a good experience. They have a great selection of gear. Highly recommend!

After a hiatus of almost 20 years, I was extremely rusty with my skills. Jenn, Mim and the staff took time to go over all my questions and reinvigorated my passion for the underwater world. Don’t buy gear online, go here and get it done right!

Let me start off by saying International Scuba Frisco/Carrollton is AMAZING! I wanted to try something new and had no knowledge of scuba diving whatsoever. My first time in the shop Jen took her time and explained EVERY piece of equipment in detail and made sure my gear was a perfect fit (this took over an hour and not one time did she get frustrated or tried to rush me). My first scuba class I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. Michelle and her husband was super nice and patient with me. Michelle and her husband worked with me until I felt comfortable. When it came to the open water dive Bill and Troy were both amazing! I felt discouraged on day 1 of the open water dive. Bill encouraged me and believed in me more than I did lol. Day 2 of open water dive…. Let’s just say Troy had ALL the patience lol I mentioned to him that I wasn’t confident and he made sure by the end of the day I LOVED diving! International Scuba Frisco and Carrollton have amazing people that work for them and I highly recommend them for anything. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. That really meant a lot to me and that type of impact goes a long way. If you want to become certified or re-certified International Scuba is the place to go, I promise you will not be disappointed!

I have nothing but good things to say about the wonderful, attentive, experts at SCUBA Frisco. They went out of their way to make learning and understanding SCUBA easy for me, my 15-year-old son, and 11-year-old daughter. Quickly preparing us with training & fitted gear for a cruise to the Caribbean, where we had several safe and fantastic dives as a family.

I got my PADI OPEN WATER SCUBA certification and trait through International SCUBA Frisco. It was an excellent experience all around. Chris Simmons, PADI # 230916 was an outstanding instructor. The store was helpful and showed me the correct gear and made the entire process a breeze.

Best prices and great instructors and can't say enough about the staff in store they are all great people! Love my scubapro s tec fins, and all my scubapro hydro best prices i found is with them . Jann helps me pick out or shows me the difference between them and takes the time to talk to you about what you're looking for .

Lance and Bill are the absolute BEST instructors. They are informative, fun, and have great knowledge of Scuba. I could not have asked for a better certification experience! Looking forward to my first blue water dive in a little over 1 week! Thanks so much!

Maira Thomas is an awesome scuba instructor! I felt fully prepared for my open water dives after my closed water dive with her. She is excellent! Treta Sellers is also wonderful and so encouraging! The staff is amazing!

My two teenagers were both recently certified through Scuba Frisco. They worked hard to accommodate our tight schedule for certification as we were headed to Florida in the following few weeks and wanted to do some diving with the kids. Maira Thomas, their pool instructor was AWESOME. She was extremely thorough and very friendly. Both kids really enjoyed working with her and I felt like they received excellent instruction regarding safety. They completed the lake portion of their certification with Dustin Palmer, who was wonderful as well. He gave them a lot of positive feedback and made them feel at ease in the water. We could not have had a better experience!

San Antonio, TX 01 4/26/2021 As fate would have it my family and I stumbled across this quaint dive shop by sheer accident after searching for Dive Shops near my daughter's apartment. Being From San Antonio, TX, I was unfamiliar with all of the Dive Shops in the area and my daughter was looking to purchase a new regulator and dive computer setup to replace the old system she had been diving with since they were no longer serviceable (yes they were ancient but great regs). As non-teaching PADI MSDT I knew the best bet would be to search for PADI 5 Star facilities and we decided to give Scuba Frisco a visit. We were immediately greeted by Treta Sellers and owner Thorsten Prutz with warm smiles (although hidden by masks they were glad to see us). Treta started showing my daughter the different options of regulators and explained the benefits of each and the cost. She spoke directly to my daughter and did not try to explain things to me which is a big no no if you know my daughter. She wants people to speak directly to her and she will ask me for input only if she wants it. During the time in the shop my son bought a new dive mask and my daughter purchased her first regulator, octo, computer console. And ole Dad ended up purchasing a new travel BC. They had better pricing on their gear than the shops here in San Antonio and earned my business. So Take if from a 30 year PADI Member if you are in/around the DFW area and are looking for a top notch Dive Shop take the time and drive over to SCUBA Frisco.
