    I lived at Ravello 3-4 years ago with my roommate and I loved it. The only reason I didn't renew my lease is because she was getting married and my new roommate and I decided we would live in a location that kept a fair commute between our drives to work. Fast forward to present day and we're getting phone calls because we were sent to collections over outstanding moveout fees? Needless to say we were both shocked, blindsided and angry. 3 years. Not one phone call, email, or any form of communication to even inform us there were any moveout fees left to settle. I've lived in different apartments all my life, have never had anything that negatively marked my tenant history or credit score for that matter. When I called to speak to Natalie she wasn't in, never called back to speak to me either. The staff at the time couldn't confirm any particular way that they do business or follow up on matters like this. She stated that it kinda just "depended who was in office". To be clear, neither of us are upset about dues that needed to be paid if that were the case. Deeply regret moving in here had we known that their way of handling business lacked any form of communication. I know exactly how the other past tenants who left reviews claiming the same experience feel. Only posting to make newcomers aware that their stay may be as great as the amenities they offer, up until their lease is over and maybe even years on years after that. Good luck

    Lived here for a Year and a couple months. Overpriced for what it is nothing ever works; Gates always malfunctioned, keys never opened doors or gates. Thier Trash service is horrible doesn't come to pick up trash on weekends so the hallways always smell and look bad. Had a break in into the Gated garage where multiple cars had the windows broken. Takes them Months to fix anything. Aren't upfront or transparent about fees when moving out and just send you to collections even if you do everything right. Communication with them is horrible and they straight up lie and don't give you the information you need to know. They will charge you with everything they can when you move out money hungry. Worst experience for an apartment would give 0 Stars if I could.

    A very bad experience! Stay Away! After finishing my contract for 1 year I stayed 3 additional months in a month-to-month basis, paying $450 more dollars per month on top of the normal $2285 of rent. My contract started on February 8th, 2022 with a duration of a year after the contract ended I notified them at that time of our decisition not to renew the contract, I left the apartment on May 25th,2023 totally clean and gave them the corresponding keys as agreed. It should be said that we notified them verbally and in writing with more than 60 days in advance, and even so, a week after I vacated the apartment I received a 3 days eviction notice, even though I was no longer living in the apartment and they had the keys. They are charging me $3595.95 for an alleged debt of one month's rent in June. They never communicated any of this with me until iI moved out. I called them to fix and correct this issue they didnt help with anything or where willing to figure a solution out with me. Aside from all this the apartments had many problems like doors or gates never opening, hallways smelling like garbage because of their valet service that only passes on Weekdays and the apartments had a break in into the gated garage where multiple vehicles had their windows smashed and items stolen and the gate was destroyed which took them a long time to fix , and the office never communicated about anything. When I moved in the managment were very helpful and friendly, but after new managment took over everything changed, they were no longer helpful, comunicative and were not transparent with anything.

    Prime location and overall a very nice apartment complex. They have a wide variety of floor plans/styles to choose from as well which is very convenient based on your needs. There’s multiple courtyard areas with grills, a nice pool, and a spacious 2-level gym with better equipment than most apartments I’ve experienced. The staff is very friendly and is always really helpful and the maintenance is pretty quick too!

    The staff at this property are absolutely wonderful! Maintenance is always so kind, respectful and quick to fix any issues. Dorothy the mgr is super sweet and friendly. Highly recommend! Jenny the asst mgr is fantastic and so helpful!

    I have lived here since 2019, and I love it. Living alone, I feel protected. With the complex being smaller, I feel we have a closer community. The pool is always so fun with friends. Jenny in leasing has always been so friendly and helpful. (:

    We are here for more than 2 years. Current management is doing awesome work with related to maintenance and engaging the residents by throwing party every now and then. We love the team Dorothy, Emily and Jennie. Thank you guys, you all doing great work. Keep doing it.

    I moved in July 2022. Management and Maintenance are very Professional and care for the Tenants. They are kind and give the treats that Tenants deserve. Very clean place. I am very happy living here. Thank you!! Dorothy, Emily, Jennifer.
