I would definitely give this hospital 100 stars if I could. Since I got there the guard was super nice and helpful, the receptionist was so nice and helpful as well. The lobby is so nice , clean and has free coffee and pastries as you wait. The rooms are clean and the hospital does not have the usual hospital smell . The Dr’s , nurses, dietician, cleaning ladies, everyone as a whole makes this hospital a great place. The Dr was promptly to call to tell me the updates on the pt. They give complementary dinner and breakfast so it’s helpful as sometimes don’t have time while in hospital to eat. I have never been fond of hospital food but it was a very good salmon I had. The medical care is outstanding, very knowledgeable and nice medical experts that keep you updated. All in all if I get sick I will definitely be going to this hospital.

My wife went in for a scary seizure and from the moment we walked in we were treated with respect and patience. All questions were listened to thoroughly and answered confidently. The bedside manner was perfect from every employee. The service was prompt with nothing looked over. The facility was clean and every employee we encountered was so nice. This was by far THE BEST HOSPITAL VISIT I HAVE EVER HAD. Nurse Beau was a delight. All of worries were set to ease and all of questions were answered. We received no judgment or disrespect. This hospital and it’s staff are LGBTQUIA+ friendly. Thank you to the doctors and staff for your kindness, smiles, laughs, reassurance and patience. Every hospital needs to follow their lead!

Joyce the night nurse in the nursery should be fired. Was shocked to hear about the discord and disdained amongst the other nurses towards her - after we had voiced our concerns about her behavior towards our newborn. Also, they try to force an optional hearing test on your kid where you end up with a heck of a bill later. Kat the night nurse for moms is incredible - felt very loved and cared for her by her. A friend in an otherwise prison-esque sort of place.

Every staff member that worked with me was friendly and great communicators. I felt safe and properly informed and cared for by the nursing staff. The lactation consultants were so great and helped me when I needed the support. Truly thankful for the wonderful service the staff provided to my newborn and I during our stay.

Our time at Baylor Labor and Delivery for our first child was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better experience and staff. The facilities are beautiful, spacious, calming and brand new. I couldn’t hear anything outside of our room, it was so peaceful. All of the nurses were amazing. They were so attentive, gentle, smart - I trusted all of them with whatever they suggested and when. They were extremely respectful of my wishes, never pressuring me or judging what I wanted to do and how. The epidural was a breeze, they came quickly with no wait, and it was entirely painless, very skilled. The lactation team was amazing, I’ve had a lot of success because of them and still went back for a complimentary visit. The food was amazing as well! We didn’t have one meal outside the hospital because it was so good. They had a celebration dinner our last night which was so special, we loved it. All around - 11/10 experience, I’d travel to deliver at this hospital if need be for a second that’s how much I enjoyed the entire stay.

From warm welcoming to discharge it was a very pleasant experience. As we have a little family support and our first baby we walked in nervous, but the hospital and management really never felt us lonely. The support we received from nurses is amazing. Especially our labor Nurse Theresa I cant thank her enough, the way she supported us during the labor and delivery was so special and we will remember her for our rest of our lives. I also want to thank baby Nurses - Maddy & Leslie was simply amazing, they both made us very much comfortable and confident in our postpartum. Both the nurses thought us very much during the postpartum and they both were so nice to us during our stay in Baylor scott. Thank you Baylor Scott 😊

This is a very important moment in my life. And I’m so glad that I can have my lifetime event at Frisco Baylor. I have to say EVERY SINGLE ONE from this hospital is so friendly, knowledgeable and working with passion. Special shout out to Brenda and Michael from labor and delivery, they are the BEST medical professionals I ever seen in my life. And many thanks to all the nurses from post partum. They helped me since the moment I entered the room. They answer my questions at 4am and provide professional support to all my requests. The food is AMAZING too. They have the best lactation consultants and the most patient nursing staff. Special shout out to Tina, Caitlyn, Shy, Latoya, Michele, Maria. If I plan to have a second child, I will definitely come back and stay at Frisco Baylor again.

I had a great experience recently for a day surgery procedure. The nurses were very competent and compassionate. I felt safe and well-cared for throughout the day. The instructions for home care were shared both verbally and in writing. It was Veteran’s Day and one of my nurses had served in the military. I thanked him for his service and he thanked me for my tax dollars that enabled him to become an RN. I was so touched by that gesture. Recommend this facility and care team 10+++

Thank you for all the wonderful care that everyone provided me with during my stay at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Centennial. The newly remodeled patient rooms were very nice and clean. The nurses and staff were super friendly and helpful. The doctors clearly had a lot of experience dealing with patients with backaches or other ailments as they took their time getting to know our specific back problems. My only issue was that the wait time was too long when we first arrived at the hospital.

I had my first baby with BSW on 2/16/2022. The level of care I and my newborn received is beyond words. The nurses are so professional and compassionate. They take very good care and always ready to help even for small questions. The food is amazing with more than 50 items. This is not a hospital but a 5 Star hotel. I would highly recommend this hospital.

The best hospital experience I have ever had, and I've had a ton of experience! From the moment I walked in the door and checked in at the front desk to leaving I felt very comfortable and cared for. Love that the lobby in no way resembled a hospital. The nursing staff was top-notch! Tanner was a joy and did the best IV I have ever had. Didn't feel a thing and no bruising! Thank you so much for the great care and I will come back when needed and recommend Baylor Frisco to everyone I know!

Truly couldn’t have asked for a better patient experience! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, every single interaction was professional and impressive. Each nurse and physician had an outstanding bedside manner and were highly organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. Everyone appeared to genuinely enjoy their roles and have a very positive, trusting relationship with their team members. As the patient, I felt incredibly safe, respected, and calm the entire time; I never felt like just a number! This hospital got absolutely everything right and my husband and I would recommend BMCF to any of our closest friends and loved ones. I hope they continue doing what they’re doing, because it’s most certainly working! I would also encourage other hospitals to take notes, as this is absolutely the standard of care.

I had an incredible experience giving birth at Baylor Frisco, and am so thankful to the dedicated team of nurses, doctors, and staff who made everything so positive and special. A big shoutout to Kate H and Ali H in Labor & Delivery - I am so grateful for their encouragement, positivity and dedication. They are both truly angels who made my labor and delivery experience nothing but comfortable, stress-free and special. Thank you for all that they did throughout the entire birth process. No words can express how thankful I am and how incredible and dedicated they were to my husband and me. Another thank you to Maddie and Stacy, our son's nurses, who helped us and our son after I gave birth. They were both so kind, patient, and caring, and went above and beyond to help my husband and me and make sure our son was well taken care of. Lastly, I am so thankful to Dr. Holt, who has made my entire pregnancy and birth so positive and stress-free. My labor and recovery has been quick, easy, and so much more positive than I could have imagined. She went above and beyond to make sure she was able to deliver our son, and I am thankful for her dedication and care. Overall, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. Yes, the facilities are beautiful, rooms completely upgraded, food delicious, and overall, everything was comfortable and we have no complaints. However, the best part of Baylor Frisco is the incredible staff who helped us throughout our labor, delivery, and postpartum care. THANK YOU to the Baylor Frisco team.

Registration went smooth. Beth was friendly and informative. Waiting area was inviting and clean. PreOp RN Emilie was professional, thorough, kind and kept me informed. She made a longer than anticipated time in PreOp peaceful. RN Kristine did an excellent job with inserting the IV and assured I was comfortable. My Anesthesiologist Dr. Scott was professional, assured I understood anesthesia info and was pleasantly humorous which was quite entertaining and, put me at ease. Dr. Alder was awesome. He explained what the procedure would be like, answered all my questions so I had no uncertainty and was through explaining how the procedure went following surgery. Melanie my OR RN was very pleasant and provided all info needed to know what to expect prior to being taken back to the OR and following surgery. After surgery, I woke up in the care of RN Dan. Dan had been my recovery RN in the past and I immediately knew I was in good hands! Dan is calm and pleasant and made the recovery process pleasant. Dan was attentive to my needs and kept me comfortable throughout the discharge process. Excellent teamwork and all assured my fiancé was informed every step of the way. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I am grateful to all for providing care with compassion and kindness! Blessed to be a part of the Baylor Frisco family!

Such a wonderful experience here. Keith is the person you want for an epidural!!! Karen, Rachel and Brenda were game changers in labor and delivery. Anna Claire was wonderful in post partum! I will be going back to have my next baby here even though I'm two hours away.

The staff at BSW Frisco far exceeded our expectations. From check-in to postpartum care, we felt valued and taken care of by every staff member we interacted with during our stay. We are forever grateful to the nursing staff and doctors for taking care of us and our sweet new son. The nursery was a phenomenal help, and the on-call pediatrician was helpful with all questions. We loved the food, service, and accommodations of the entirety of labor, delivery, and postpartum. Thank you!!!!

This hospital is amazing! From the moment you walk through the door you feel cared for. Not only did I feel that myself; I watched others being so well taken care of. Amazing check-in staff (who truly took care of people coming in!), nurses who were so kind and gracious, anesthesiologists who took the time to talk to me and make sure they understood my health issues, and doctors who listened and took great care of me! Thank you!

The nursing staff was beyond impressive. I delivered on 10/27/22. I believe my charge nurse’s name was Bethany and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, taken care of and empowered to deliver my beautiful baby boy . I had a conflict with my OB who was more concerned with her patients at her practice than my delivery ( she was on her phone while I was delivering) and Bethany comforted me as a first time mom - her compassion is what got me through .

Everyone was so kind and reassuring during our entire stay! I don’t have one negative thing to say about this hospital. From check in to check out, every single person was kind to my family and I as we welcomed our new addition into the world. The rooms were clean, the food was great, the staff was knowledgeable, the visiting process was simple for all my extended family. I highly recommend this hospital.

I just had my second baby there and the experience was great. Starting from when I found out I was pregnant and my OB Dr. Key was fantastic. I arrived at the hospital a bit late than expected on the delivery date but Dr. Treston and his team made the whole process so smooth. The nurses went above and beyond, especially Allison, Ashleigh (my fav), Olivia, and Allie! Thank you for all the support and taking care of us! Not to mention the food, I was surprised the food menu was vast and it tasted so good.

I have delivered both my babies here as well as had my surgeries here. All my experiences have been great, we do not got to any other hospital. If you have a concern with the any of the nurses or doctors they address those concerns right away. We had an issue with one of the nursery nurses and when I expressed that I did not want her caring for us anymore and explained why they took care of it and got a different nurse right away. Jenn who was our nighttime nursery nurse was absolutely amazing. If I have another baby I really hope she is still there and is our nurse again.

5 star treatment with the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. My husband and I felt like royalty while becoming first time parents between the care, food and service we all received. We were so scared walking in, and by the time we had to head out, we wish we could've stayed longer. We couldn't be happier. One recommendation is that they do better with the sofa beds in the postpartum recovery area. Apparently the beds were just upgraded, but are completely uncomfortable. The staff warned us, but it would be nice if management acknowledged and addressed this known issue. Thank you!

Highly recommend Baylor Scott Frisco! Absolutely love it. Had my c-section there. Super friendly staff with unique and customized care. Shout out to Morgan, Lucy, Oilivia and Ashliegh and all the wonderful nurses who take care of me and the baby. Exceptional room service and menu options for both the patient and the guest including a fancy celebration dinner the night of the discharge. Clean facilities. There are many other hospitals in my neighborhood but this one is really worth the commute

I cannot thank the staff at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Frisco enough. I went in for an outpatient procedure and from the moment I entered to check in to the moment I was wheeled out the staff took care of and accommodated me and my loved one immediate needs. The nursing staff was AMAZING! I was well informed of everything regarding my procedure, my billing and my discharge instructions. I even received a call days later to follow up with me after the procedure. I LOVED every thing about this hospital. The food was great and everyone from housekeeping, to the café and nursing staff were very welcoming! I will recommend this hospital to everyone! :)

I had a wonderful experience at Baylor Scott and White. The doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, and lactation constant everyone was very friendly and helpful. Being a first time parents me and my husband needed some guidance along with care. The team helped us with everything we asked for and more. They were quick to respond and always had a smile on their faces. Having a new member in our family, will be a memorable experience for us, and Baylor Scott and White care team made sure we enjoy every bit of it.

If you can, I'd look to deliver elsewhere. This was my 2nd C-section and my first was at Medical City Frisco in 2021. My experience at Medical City Frisco was above and beyond so I already had high standards going into this postpartum care. Everyone had said Baylor Scott and White was a better hospital but I experienced the complete opposite. Surgery went good, check in was a bit of a pain but the disappointment came in postpartum care. Horrible, uncomfortable, couldn't wait to just go home with my baby and stop being a bother to these people. Most, not all, of the nursing staff made it feel like I was another room, another patient. No real bedside manner except for maybe 3-4 that I felt like took their time with me. They never came into the room when they said they would. "I'll be back to check on you in 2 hours or at 3am." It was always a good 30 minutes+ longer. Did not like having 1 nurse for baby, 1 nurse for me. This created a division of "you need to ask nursery for that" or "you have to talk to your nurse". Like I just need an extra baby blanket please! Whenever I paged the front desk, it felt like I was an annoyance. And then there was a time I asked for anti-nausea medicine because I wasn't feeling good, got the "I'll tell your nurse" response and never got the medicine. And I could tell when my nurse did come in a few hours later, she was unaware I even needed anything. The food in postpartum takes 40 minutes minimum to get anything delivered. And the food was very lack luster. Made us prefer the vending machines or outside food for better, quicker convenience. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience around a very special, memorable time.

The entire team—from labor and delivery to post partum and the nursery, truly made all the difference in the experience we had. As a first time mom, I did not expect to feel so supported, informed, heard, and validated. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I was wrong, and the positive experience I had there allowed me to go home with such a healthier and more optimistic mindset than I would have otherwise. Special thanks to my labor nurse Karen and our baby’s day time nurse Shy. Everyone was absolutely incredible, but they truly went above and beyond. I really feel like I am able to be a better mom because of this team.

My experience couldn't have been better. The facility was sooo nice and clean. The nurse did an amazing job with the IV. I hate needles and I didn't even feel it. The anesthesiologist was funny and put my mind at ease and of course my Doctor who did my procedure there was awesome too. I was in and out faster than expected. I would do the whole thing again if I had to. Can't recommend this place enough!

Everyone was amazing. From checking in to post procedure. I knew all about my procedure and what to expect, but the staff was still very informative and diligent in making sure that I was comfortable and knew everything that was happening. I can’t say enough good things!! Megan was my preop nurse….LOVE her! Inga was super! Even anesthesia and the tech were so great and cut up with me until I dozed off. Y’all do it right in surgery.

The check-in was very organized and the waiting area was very nice. All of the nurses that I dealt with were wonderful. They all went above and beyond my expectations. They all made me feel like a true patient and not just another count for the day. I very much appreciated their care and compassion. And Dr. Hansen and Dr. Berry were both fantastic! I would definitely recommend Baylor Frisco to anyone.

Unit was quiet and calm and food wasn’t bad either, I actually enjoyed it! Especially the celebration lunch of lobster and steak upon departure! Thanks so much for your wonderful service and care!
