If
you
can,
I'd
look
to
deliver
elsewhere.
This
was
my
2nd
C-section
and
my
first
was
at
Medical
City
Frisco
in
2021.
My
experience
at
Medical
City
Frisco
was
above
and
beyond
so
I
already
had
high
standards
going
into
this
postpartum
care.
Everyone
had
said
Baylor
Scott
and
White
was
a
better
hospital
but
I
experienced
the
complete
opposite.
Surgery
went
good,
check
in
was
a
bit
of
a
pain
but
the
disappointment
came
in
postpartum
care.
Horrible,
uncomfortable,
couldn't
wait
to
just
go
home
with
my
baby
and
stop
being
a
bother
to
these
people.
Most,
not
all,
of
the
nursing
staff
made
it
feel
like
I
was
another
room,
another
patient.
No
real
bedside
manner
except
for
maybe
3-4
that
I
felt
like
took
their
time
with
me.
They
never
came
into
the
room
when
they
said
they
would.
"I'll
be
back
to
check
on
you
in
2
hours
or
at
3am."
It
was
always
a
good
30
minutes+
longer.
Did
not
like
having
1
nurse
for
baby,
1
nurse
for
me.
This
created
a
division
of
"you
need
to
ask
nursery
for
that"
or
"you
have
to
talk
to
your
nurse".
Like
I
just
need
an
extra
baby
blanket
please!
Whenever
I
paged
the
front
desk,
it
felt
like
I
was
an
annoyance.
And
then
there
was
a
time
I
asked
for
anti-nausea
medicine
because
I
wasn't
feeling
good,
got
the
"I'll
tell
your
nurse"
response
and
never
got
the
medicine.
And
I
could
tell
when
my
nurse
did
come
in
a
few
hours
later,
she
was
unaware
I
even
needed
anything.
The
food
in
postpartum
takes
40
minutes
minimum
to
get
anything
delivered.
And
the
food
was
very
lack
luster.
Made
us
prefer
the
vending
machines
or
outside
food
for
better,
quicker
convenience.
Overall,
it
was
an
extremely
disappointing
experience
around
a
very
special,
memorable
time.
