    I have (unfortunately) been there several times with the children, but we have always been treated extremely nicely and competently. The waiting times could sometimes be shorter, but the staff there can't help that.

    So far, despite sometimes long waiting times and sometimes not, I have been treated well. Doctors and staff are precise and decisive... so that you can move forward. But they know what they're doing. It doesn't seem to be clear to some patients that the rescue center is not a place of grief or a break room. And the rescue center is not there to heal people, but rather to create a condition in which you can go to the doctor again without outside help. We all know who is to blame for the current situation. Senseless politics and privatization.

    I was there from October 17th. until 23.10. hospitalized there because of an artificial knee joint. Everything was again so that you could feel comfortable as a patient. Starting with the anesthesia, who comforted me before the operation and were very empathetic, to the nurses and nurses on ward 20, who were so friendly and helpful, I can only say good things. Not to forget Dr. Leutloff, who operated really well. After a week I can walk almost pain-free. Overall, I can say that the Humboldt Hospital has good conditions and that you can recover quickly. As I said, I can only thank you and wish everyone all the best.

    In my opinion, this is a rescue center that you absolutely cannot trust. I was admitted to the rescue center by a neurologist on March 14, 2022 with an acute suspicion of a stroke. Due to poor organization, I waited 1.5 hours before I was even admitted. Then hours passed again until a doctor came and examined me. During this time I could have had 10 strokes! The same doctor told me, after several examinations that showed nothing, that we would now do another CT scan, which he would then discuss with me immediately. Only to then disappear and never appear again. The CT was at least done, but unfortunately I still had no results a few hours later. Instead, at the shift change, I was faced with a large group of doctors. One of the doctors introduced me with the words "This is Ms...., she's been waiting for a long time and he's really sick." Whereupon the whole assembly turned around and disappeared again. After about 6.5 hours, I gave up in exasperation, but not without being attacked by a nurse who pulled out my brown tube. My family doctor's subsequent attempt to request the CT scan was ignored by the Humboldt Clinic, and my registered letter requesting a copy of the patient file was returned with the note "Acceptance refused". Conclusion: I was very lucky that the suspicion of a stroke was not confirmed. If you're really in need, you shouldn't go here. The behavior of this rescue center is absolutely irresponsible, not to mention the tone.

    Sat there for five hours at night with pain in my lower abdomen and a bladder infection that wouldn't heal. Unfortunately, over Easter I saw no other option than to go to the emergency room. The gentlemen were reasonably friendly. The ladies don't go at all. It was empty when I arrived. Anyone who came under the influence of alcohol was dealt with immediately. A lady with similar problems to mine was taken care of immediately. Waiting from 2 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. in pain and always being put off with painkillers?! Wow, that's really derogatory. I have a lot of patience, but sitting there for so long in pain and then being treated unkindly is just not possible! No wonder that only negative experiences are made here.
