We purchased our French holiday home in 2020 (mid pandemic) and dealt with Simon. Simon was always extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. We obviously faced a few complications with ever-changing travel restrictions and subsequent difficulties getting to France, but Simon worked hard to ensure that everything could still be progressed and that any issue were addressed and resolved. We were delighted to get the purchase completed of our lovely new holiday home. I would like to add that, in my opinion, the sign of a truly good agent is the service you receive after the purchase, and this is where Simon has really excelled and ensured that everything with our house is okay and also helping us navigate the challenge of becoming first time French property owners (with very little French language skills yet).
