Rosemary was our server. She was great! Dinner was great.

My husband and I ordered calamari to start, the bar harbor lobster bake for our main dish (in photo), I had iced tea with peach flavor to drink, and we shared the chocolate wave cake for dessert (and boy was that cake GOOD). It was all excellent, I would come back for sure! And on top of that, our server Collette was just AMAZING. You don't see customer service like that too often nowadays. I'm sure the rest of the crew are great, too. 10/10 experience.

We came for lunch and usually not that busy for a Monday. Yet, We came a little before a party or 20. Ashanti was the only server at the time. She is so polite and took care of us. That girl deserves a raise! She took care of ALL the guests and is very polite and attentive. I admired the great team work as well from the manager and the hostess as well. I really wanted to recognize Ashanti for hanging in there from the lunch rush. It did not go unnoticed.

Stopped in for Veterans Day at Muskegon restaurant. So wonderful that Red Lobster honors Veterans with a free meal. We always have good experiences at Red Lobster. Our waitress Riley was spectacular, especially on such a busy day!

Wow. You would think service would be a priority, but not here. We waited 40+ minutes for our food, and then they sent mine out on a plate that was dirty. Totally ruined our night. My girl loves this place, but our experience tonight was bad.

Enjoyed our lunch did the bottomless chowder lunch was good our server started off great than seemed to forget about us never got a second bowl or a refill on drink the manager was awesome sent us home with our second bowl and biscuits

It was a little pricey, but it was an occasion & very worth it. Service was great and food couldn’t have been better. Not rushed at all. Fish was ordered too & it was also tasty.

Visitor to the area. Everything about my dining experience was wonderful. My server Matt was fantastic. Food was hot and delicious. Definitely a location to go after a day of visiting the area. Definitely recommend. Because I will definitely be coming back if I'm ever in the area again.

We hadn't been to a Red Lobster in a long time. I had vague memories of a mid-to-upper end seafood restaurant. Well, not this one. All of the food was below average. Our lobster bisque was cold, our brussel sprouts were fried way too long, and my wife's 'steamed' broccoli was all but mush. My fish sandwich was on par with Burger King. We would have been way better off having the fish options at Culver's. The waitress was 'nice' but made no attempt to make anything better. We will never go back.

We went out on a Friday night about 6:30 and it was super quiet without a wait but the roads were pure Ice. We sat at the bar to dine in and had a great time joking with the bartender! I suggest trying their holiday martini! I was surprisingly good!! Their new Cheddar Bay Shrimp and Dip are SO YUMMMM!! Thanks to the bartenders suggestion to try those as well!! I do hope they keep them on their menu!! We thoroughly enjoy the welcoming atmosphere here after a long work week!!

Excellent lunch options at a fair price. Server was attentive and friendly. Two managers even came out to check on us. Very impressed all around with my visit.

We love this restaurant!! Michelle, our server, smiles every time we come in-- we are that "regular." 😉 The lunches are reasonably priced, always spectacular tasting and even when we have some small glitch w our food or something, Michelle ALWAYS goes above & beyond, to make it right. We had a last minute party of 23 people! We did call ahead by about 6 hours. They accommodated us with absolutely no complaints. They were patient with the kids. No mistakes at all. Kept drinks and bread coming. The manager introduced herself and came over several times. Kudos to you Muskegon Red Lobster for giving such excellent service in these times where it is so hard to find great help.
