Despite its reputation, it is a completely overrated place. Dry rolls that haven't even been split and chicken legs cooked in oil straight from the cold.. I can't recommend it to anyone. Even Mc Donalds beats this one.

It's a bloody Kentucky, what you expect is what you get. No drive-through at this branch, As usual; No ground white pepper for the Chicken and no vinegar for the chips. True American style; soft drinks in abundance but no beer or wine! They never learn?

I ordered a 'Doble' something, and I received 2 burgers, which cost double. The guy solved the problem, gave me the right burger and the money back. So I got no complaints. He was busy too after we came in, handling lots of customers all by himself while also making sure we got a refund and the right order. Respect to that. Oh, and it tasted good.

Just recently been refurbished to include a self service drinks machine. Looks a lot better than it used to. Friendly English speaking staff which always helps!

Tried the Double Tower sandwich which has two pieces of fried chicken breast meat and hash brown. Quite filling and reasonable for the price.

Had a very bad experience with this restaurant. Very bad service. Nothing comparable to what you get in the United Kingdom. Customer service is zero. I bought a family bucket of pieces of chicken. I was asked if I wanted a mixture of Crispy chicken and the original flavour because they were short of the original. I insisted on the original, and was told I will have to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes. I waited and finally got the bucket. On getting home I found out that they have mixed the crispy and the original flavour. I was angry and called their head office the next day. They promised to send and email to me and called me back. This is about two months and I haven't heard from them. I went back to the restaurant to complain, and the guy at the counter was rather upset, saying they are not robots. He said I should have checked the food before leaving!!! How do you do that when there is a long queue of customers waiting? Which to him means they are prone to making mistakes. Apparently, the customer is not always right here and also in Spain. I once saw the manager of the Burger King near Malaga airport physically beat up a customer because he reckoned the customer was rude!!!

Love my 12 strips with pepper sauce. And they speak english there.

me and my friend wearing two crop tops were not allowed due to our choice of clothing, we were told to cover up or we couldn’t order, meanwhile there were boys with tank tops etc on sitting down and eating i don’t think this is fair and i’m not impressed

Definitely not KFC-like service or cleanliness. Horrible visit. The restaurant's service is classless. Not to mention cleanliness.
