For us it was an evening beach so there were no crowds and the walk on the soft sand was pleasant. A good place for a long walk or a moment of relaxation with the sound of waves.

We enjoyed the beach. It was directly in front of our hotel (Angela). They tirelessly cleaned the beach morning and night. Sun loungers were probably the most comfortable we've used on holiday, they come with a mattress. They cost £7 per lounger for the whole day. Seems like a standard price across the whole beach. The only thing is that they are reservable. So despite us going for 9am when they were absolutely empty we would be kicked off by the attendants for people who had reserved sun loungers. So just keep that in mind. The attendants do also serve you drinks and snacks if you ask. The sand is quite dark and does make your feet quite dirty, it also gets so so so hot! The sea is also quite shallow, so it's waist high right the way out, which I would prefer to be a bit deeper (not that you can do anything about that!). The locals all pile in at the front with their own chairs and parasols, gets pretty busy.

Fabulous beach with the walkway/ breakwater. The sea is so calm and the sand quality is wonderful. It feels like an oasis within the lively resort of Fuengirola.

Spacious and nice sandy beach run by a long promenade full of bars and shops. Very crowded during the summer and at weekends. Sometimes when the water is too warm, there might be jellyfish which makes swimming a little difficult.

Lovely small beach. Good place for holidays on a small beach town. But in July and August impossible to find a spot to relax or park. Much better in spring or after September.

Great beach with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars that offer beach service.The sun beds are 5euro each and if you get two the Parasol is free. There is some small stones just before you enter the water which may be an issue for some people but was ok for us.Great Waves and plenty of public Toilets too. There is also options to rent surfboards paddle boats and other various amenities typical of a beach resort. Lovely Spot

Not great but not bad either. Reminds me of Florida…north of Miami. If you want to avoid crowds hit the beach before 11am.

At this moment of year (end August) all beaches are crowded and sprees of jet-skis are roaring quite unpleasantly (noise and waves)

Playa de los Boliches is a nice, big and wide beach in Fuengirola. The beach is quite clean and there are good showers. There are also many restaurants and shops next to the beach, so services are close by. One small drawback is that there are no changing booths on the beach, which can be inconvenient if you want to change into a swimsuit or clothes on the beach. Overall, however, a good beach experience.

Nice beach, pretty long shallow beach which is good. Sand is ok typical spanish quality. Nice enviroment, close to restaurants. Water is pretty clear when its calm and have small striped fish sometimes. Maybe possible to snorkel and see more fish.

A beautiful beach, miles of golden sand. Cleaned every morning, very well maintained.

It’s was amazing playa in Fuengirola, the sands was smoother no stone at all, but not very clean as well, although is a nice beach!! Love to spend our summer time here.

The beach is very clean, the is water too. I like that it's pretty wide, there's enough room for a whole lot of people. There are plenty of restaurants and amenities to choose from, so you can have you way in eating & relaxation. Safety measures are being respected. I am waiting for the season start, maybe more amenities will be there.

When you normally winter in beautiful Canada, this is a wonderful warm place to spend some time in January and February. Friendly people and wonderful beach.

Love this side of the harbour because the sand is softer and nicer than fuengirola beach. We always sunbathe att Paco Playa. Paco is very caring about his customers and he also have a toilet at his playa.

If you can find a parking spot and a lounger then this is a great beach to spend the day.
