Had to visit the store in Los Boliches on numerous occasions over the past 2 weeks to sort out phone lines and Internet. On every visit I found the staff to be knowledgeable, polite and helpful

Staff speak some english when you are buying. We had to cancel due to poor quality of internet and just like majic they didn't speak any english! After finally cancelling the contract we find we are still being charged for a phone which we were never given the sim card for. In my opinion not to be trusted!

Absolutely a delight, the staff speaks English and is super helpful. 20€ gives you a month of free calls, a new phone number that gives you free range. Laura helped me, and explain how it all works. She is great, professional and very knowledgeable. Well worth the €20.
