I
went
to
Zara
9th
August
around
9:30pm.
Firstly
I
didn’t
like
the
layout
of
store,
there
was
no
real
order
to
the
items
and
placed
in
very
random
places.
The
main
reason
I’m
giving
this
a
1
star
is
due
to
the
complete
and
utter
rudeness
of
the
lady
working
in
the
changing
room
at
this
time
(brown
hair/trainers).
There
was
clearly
a
long
line
of
people
waiting
which
is
fine
but
this
assistant
very
bluntly
kept
asking
me
to
move
back
behind
what
I
can
only
explain
as
an
invisible
line.
The
reason
I
had
to
change
where
I
was
standing
was
because
another
customer
kept
coming
in
and
out
of
the
changing
rooms
to
show
her
family
what
she
was
trying
on.
I
thought
the
assistant
came
across
as
extremely
rude.
After
this,
I
saw
a
lady
leave
one
of
the
changing
rooms
so
I
was
fully
aware
a
room
had
become
free
however
I
was
not
being
directed
or
given
any
kind
of
friendly
smile
/
customer
service.
Knowing
a
room
had
become
free
I
kindly
asked
the
assistant
if
I
could
go
into
the
room
and
she
just
said
“no”.
She
was
also
so
rude
to
the
people
behind
me
who
had
a
pushchair
and
they
also
looked
shocked
with
her
rudeness.
This
is
NOT
good
customer
service.
I
understand
it
was
late
and
she
probably
just
wanted
to
go
home
but
you
should
not
be
employing
people
like
this
as
it
gives
ZARA
such
a
bad
reputation.
This
really
ruined
my
shopping
experience
and
made
me
feel
like,
although
also
paying
customers,
that
British
people
do
not
matter.
I
hope
you
take
this
feedback
on
board
and
provide
relevant
training
to
this
assistant
so
she
can
learn
what
good
customer
service
means.
