I found this clinic after a lot googling and I am regretting now. I am posting this after having the treatment from last 20 days for my ear dry and uneasiness and pain. First visit: The staffs were amazing and very polite. But the Ear doctor(otorhinolaryngologist) is opposite to them. I reported that I've very itchy and sometime painful. As soon as I entered like the doctor is predetermined to tell you have to be patience nothing else without even seeing the ear. This is my first visit to a ear doctor in my 40 years of life and he is telling to have patience. While being a foreigner we cant express our pain fully so the more one physically checks the more he founds the problem(though I conveyed my problem in Japanese somehow). Though he just a have glance in the ear he told nothing happened just gave a useless drop to pour in. I poured it somehow the itchiness decreased in one ear but the uneasiness and pain in the other ear was unbearable. Second Visit: After few days I found some black substances are coming out with pus and soon I visited on the 6 days in rain even though it was typhoon day . I am telling my right ear is painful and hard to hear in Japanese but he is telling your left ear is now OK because of that drop. After he checked he also found that ear is having some substances and he told no pus even though I ve taken the pic at home for the same. He told you keep dripping your ear with the drop it will get cured. But he pulled some kind of substances and somehow I feel better but he overlooked again. My question is if there were something why don't he checked at first visit and clear it . 2nd Visit no use also. Now its been 21 days my right ear is almost I can't hear and infected. Even though we take dedicated leaves just to visit the clinic still they don't understand the pain. Regretting my decision. Today the the other clinic found bunch of Fungus over the ear drum with pus and cleared it. If it would not have cured on time I would ve he told. I thank to the doctor.
