〇濃厚接触疑いでPCR検査が可能か電話確認した。受付で他の病院もPCR出来るかあたってみたほうがいいというアドバイスと、医師の確認をとり次第折り返し電話をするとなった。
折り返し電話を待ってる間、他の病院を探し電話中に着信があり、出られずにこちらが電話をしたが、電話では担当医が出られずまた病院からの電話を待つことになった。
その時の受付の人が「何度も電話したんですけど、着信があったらちゃんと出てくださいね」
と注意してきた。
最初の電話受付で他の病院も探してとアドバイスをくれたのはそちらです。
その注意に何かイライラしつつ、
その後医師と電話がつながり質問に答えて行く途中、濃厚接触という言葉を聞いて「え?濃厚接触なんですか?」と驚いた。
最初の電話で濃厚接触疑いでPCR検査したいと伝えたと話すと、『最初の電話とは違うので聞いてない』というのだ。
受付との連携がとれていない。
〇整形外科にかかった際、
総合病院だから時間がかかる覚悟はしていましたが、散々待って、カルテが届いていない呼ばれない。
別日にはレントゲンを撮るのに朝8:45に病院に予約をしたので8:30に行ったが、
1時間呼ばれず、呼ばれた後に医師からは
「遅刻しちゃったのかな?待ったんだよ?」と言われる。そちらの伝達ミス?なんのミス?
受診後、誰にこのモヤモヤした気持ちを伝えられるわけでもなく帰りました。
受付と医師との連携がちゃんと出来ていない気がするし、態度が悪い。病院にかかりたいから電話しているのに面倒くさそうに話す。
一人一人いい方がいるのだと思うけれど、
何回も対応が悪い方にあたると病院全体が悪い印象になるし、私は少なくとももうかかりたくないと思いました。
