I
have
been
a
regular
member
of
this
gym
since
last
May,
and
I
have
never
felt
more
motivated
and
supported
in
my
fitness
journey.
One
of
the
best
things
about
CrossFit
Saved
is
the
incredible
coaches.
They
are
knowledgeable,
friendly,
and
always
willing
to
help
you
improve
your
form
and
technique.
I
love
the
fact
that
they
focus
on
building
a
strong
foundation
before
pushing
you
to
do
more
advanced
exercises.
Another
great
feature
of
this
gym
is
their
quarterly
check-ins.
These
sessions
are
designed
to
help
you
stay
accountable
and
focused
on
your
goals.
It's
a
great
way
to
track
your
progress
and
get
feedback
on
what
you
need
to
do
to
reach
your
fitness
goals.
But
what
really
sets
CrossFit
Saved
apart
from
other
gyms
is
the
level
of
care
and
attention
they
give
to
their
members.
Coach
John,
in
particular,
has
been
amazing.
He
has
texted
me
on
days
when
I
have
missed
the
gym
to
check
in
and
see
how
I'm
doing.
That
kind
of
personal
touch
is
truly
invaluable,
and
it
shows
how
much
the
coaches
at
CrossFit
Saved
truly
care
about
their
members.
Thanks

CrossFit
Saved,
I
have
already
lost
20lbs,
and
I
feel
stronger
and
more
confident
than
ever.
I
love
starting
my
mornings
at
this
gym,
and
I
would
highly
recommend
it
