    CrossFit Saved has been the best gym I’ve ever been to by far. My husband and I been going here now for 6 years and have enjoyed every minute. The coaches are very supportive through our nutrition and fitness journey. They have a great workout structure for each class and different workouts every week to make it to our Fitness goals. Whether or not your trying to lose weight or become stronger in fitness, they create a plan where you can meet your goals. It all up to you. Overall, I appreciate CrossFit Saved for there organization, training, and family oriented gym. Thank you CrossFit Saved Team :)

    I am 57 years-old and I have been a member at Crossfit Saved now for 2-1/2 years. Previously I had exercise experience but I had a full knee-replacement in 2019 and had a very difficult time finding my way back from that. I have come to love CrossFit as a workout, and this gym as a team/ family. The coaches here are all good at modifying movements regardless of someone's physical limitations or exercise experience. I am now regularly doing workouts that I hadn't even attempted in much younger years. I have never felt unsafe or at risk of injury because of the experience and guidance of the CrossFit Saved coaches. I have worked out at large commercial gyms in the past but I found myself losing interest and getting to a point where I saw no physical improvement. I find that the workouts here are challenging and varied so that I do not lose interest. I find the gym and the class-sizes perfect for individualized attention and also for accountability. I prefer the interactive nature of Crossfit workouts, especially with enjoyable people. The gym members here are competitive for sure but we support each others' daily accomplishments and treat each other like teammates. If you want to be challenged, to see regular physical improvements, and you know you need accountability, you will find CrossFit Saved a great place to set and achieve new goals.

    If you want to become healthier and fitter, stronger and faster, Crossfit Saved is where you should come. Coaches Jonathan and Justin really knows their stuff, and will break down movements for any skill level, and set you on a plan to improve all the pieces that make up your fitness, i.e. strength, mobility, balance, endurance, etc. Guy or gal, no matter your age or current fitness level, there is a starting place for everyone here. Highly recommend them!

    Jonathan and his staff are excellent coaches. I am a senior and they know my strengths and weaknesses. They modify all work outs to suit my level of ability. I would recommend CrossFit Saved 100%. Just show up and keep moving.

    If you're looking for a gym that truly cares about your health and fitness goals, then CrossFit Saved is the perfect place for you. I have been a regular member of this gym since last May, and I have never felt more motivated and supported in my fitness journey. One of the best things about CrossFit Saved is the incredible coaches. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help you improve your form and technique. I love the fact that they focus on building a strong foundation before pushing you to do more advanced exercises. Another great feature of this gym is their quarterly check-ins. These sessions are designed to help you stay accountable and focused on your goals. It's a great way to track your progress and get feedback on what you need to do to reach your fitness goals. But what really sets CrossFit Saved apart from other gyms is the level of care and attention they give to their members. Coach John, in particular, has been amazing. He has texted me on days when I have missed the gym to check in and see how I'm doing. That kind of personal touch is truly invaluable, and it shows how much the coaches at CrossFit Saved truly care about their members. Thanks to CrossFit Saved, I have already lost 20lbs, and I feel stronger and more confident than ever. I love starting my mornings at this gym, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating fitness community. If you want a gym that over delivers in terms of value and support, then CrossFit Saved is the place to be.

    I’ve never felt more at home than I do here. It’s truly a family environment which is rare to get in a gym. All the coaches and fellow members genuinely motivate you and want the best for you! I’m about 4 months in and it’s the truly the best decision I could have made switching over to a CrossFit gym. I’ve gained more growth here in 4 months than I did in a year of personal training elsewhere. My very first day I achieved my first strict pull up and it shook me! And the fact that Coach Justin just happen to get it on video was the coolest thing ever! CrossFit saved has brought out this strength and confidence in me I never even knew existed. I’m lifting heavier than I ever did before, busting out pull-ups I didn’t know I could do, climbing ropes when I’m scared of heights, and the list goes on. Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete you will have a place here. The environment, the community is everything! It’s my favorite place to be! CrossFit Saved is more than a gym and that’s what makes it truly the best!

    One of the best gyms around! Truly not another like it. I made some of the best friends I could imagine here, always felt supported, encouraged, and challenged! If you give it a chance, they’ll become your second family!

    Crossfit Saved is like no other gym! The sense of community from the coaches and people there is amazing. There’s so much support, encouragement and motivation from everyone. Not only do I get my workouts done there, but I also do nutrition coaching with coach Jenn to meet my fitness and weight loss goals that have worked effectively!

    Could not recommend CrossFit Saved more. The coaches are extremely friendly and kind and so good with working with you no matter what level you are at. The community here is also so special and welcoming. The coaches also have nutrition training available and regular in depth check ins so you can see progress through your diet, training and all the details you want to know about. I’d recommend CrossFit to anyone, and if you’re looking I’d suggest you start here.

    I was recommended CrossFit Saved by a friend and I would highly recommend this gym for any beginners that are looking for a healthy and comfortable environment to learn in. I'm a 23 year old female and I was looking for a gym that was able to push me past my limits physically because it's hard for me to find the motivation to do so on my own. I also was looking for a gym that had a healthy learning environment where I could feel comfortable being new and learning new workout movements. All the members and coaches have been so nice and encouraging at CrossFit Saved and this facility has exceeded my expectations overall!!

    Being a 30 yr old single mom to a 6 yr old boy, I needed to make sure I could keep up with my kid. This is the place to be if you wanted to be stronger ( cardio wise and strength wise). I’m still a newbie but the coaches have been supportive and very accommodating in terms of my capabilities. I really feel that they care about your improvement and that’s basically what everybody wants, to improve and be stronger. Overall, this makes me want to try harder and to keep coming to this gym.

    I’ve been coming to CFS for two months now. My experience has been great. The coaches are welcoming every time you walk into the gym. They will modify workouts for individuals with bad knees, shoulders, or just need time to get in shape. Join CFS, they will help you achieve your goals.
