I was really excited to try out this new gym, and to take advantage of the early signup "deals". Went online and signed up on their list, only to have them pull out high pressure tactics to have me come in to enroll and be upsold to high cost memberships (I communicated with Nathan and the general manager). You can only enroll in person making it impossible to avoid their high pressure sales tactics.

This gym has been having a set date to “open” for about a year now. Ridiculous now I can’t cancel my membership until this gym “opens” which won’t be for a long time, everytime I drive by they aren’t doing anything new with construction.

Excited for opening Edit: Come on guys. Get it together! Growing a little tired of them not having an opening date. I was super excited for gym to open October 18th. Tried to give benefit of the doubt but every time i call they keep moving up the date. Would really appreciate clarification I canceled my last gym membership thinking I would have one to go to already. At least send an email to members explaining what is going on.....

Leaving 1 star for a facility that hasn’t even opened seems a little ridiculous and unfair in my opinion. So let me share my experience- I signed up online , was asked to come to the enrollment center, signed up very easily, all fees waived, and received a new T-shirt. The team was so nice and made the process so simple. Can’t wait to start working out here this fall! It’s going to be an awesome facility.

Just signed up! It baffles me that people are reviewing so poorly when it is clearly stated on the website that this location is NOT open YET. The membership prices and fees are very reasonable. These statements about "high cost memberships" and "up-selling" are absolutely bogus.

This location has been delaying since summer 2022. Open already! Last time I called (early October) I was told it would open in November, my question was "November first or 30th because there's a huge difference" the answer was "November". Here we are mid November and still nothing. Hurry up!

They aren't open yet in Fullerton. They will accept silver sneakers for their middle level of membership and can upgrade to deluxe for $5 more a month

I signed up back in the summer because I was really excited for this gym to open close to home. I did experience the high-pressure sales tactics that others are mentioning. The sales rep asked the manager if there were any "money back guarantee" deals available. I think he wanted to sweeten the pot. I was only depositing $10 bucks so I told them that wasn't much of a value. I was already sold on the gym, so why would I want my $10 back? The sales rep said it was ahead of schedule in construction. Honestly, their money back guarantee deal had the opposite effect. I originally had no doubts at the time that it was going to open in September or October like they said, so why would I need my money back? I decided to research other EOS fitness centers and realized that others were very late to open. Same promises in the summer but they didn't open the one in Whittier until May of the following year. When I realized this, I decided to look at my contract because I only signed it the previous day. Read the fine print! There was no money back option. It was a word of mouth promise. The contract allows you to cancel and has specific instructions on how to cancel, but you only have five days to do so! I got out of it in time. I signed up with 24 hour fitness instead.
