Been coming here for years. I love the food. But they MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE EVERY TIME! They bring the salads out and then 3 minutes later they bring the main course. I appreciate quick service, but why do they only give me 3 minutes to eat a full salad? Here is the thing, I ALWAYS TELL THEM TO GIVE ME AT LEAST 10 MINUTES TO EAT MY SALAD BEFORE THEY BRING THE MAIN COURSE. BUT THEY NEVER LISTEN! FRUSTRATING! Look at my attached photo and you can see I have only eaten 1/2 my salad and the dinner is now getting cold.

Location:Good, Parking:Okay, Service:Good, Food Served:Okay, Overall: to be honest this was one of my Aunt's favorite places to eat. With her passing, we came to eat in her honor. I have been to other Spaghetti Factory s in other cities and can say even tho the recipes are the same the cooks can make or break the meals. So I choose a cheese spaghetti with brown butter sauce. The noodles were covered in a dry cheese blend and I really did not see any butter sauce on the dish. The server was asked about it and brought out some brown butter sauce. It did not help that much but I did manage to eat the meal. Now the sad thing g is that the party I was with were also unhappy with their meals but did not say until after we left. Would I go back to this particular Factory? Maybe once more to see if the meals served today were just an error and not the norm...I know none of my party will return..

Great food. I haven't been here since I was a kid growing up in Fullerton. The service overall could have been a bit better but I am sure that is due to low staffing. All in all it was a great place to celebrate my birthday. Can't wait to return!

Great service, but food wise portions were small, felt like a kids meal, maybe it’s just Togo thing? Small dish of pasta, and came with one small scoop of Ice cream and a small salad. All $20…. Limited options for vegan/vegetarian You can do Marinara sauce with no meat or Alfredo sauce both were plain sauce, no veggies. My pasta didn’t have enough sauce on it either Vegan food reviews in OC 💚IG/TIKTOK: thatfoodthooo

Everything was perfect. It was my first visit. I was really surprised when we got to see inside... It has a beautiful luxury train concept of the restaurant and very large. Server Jonathan really cared about our table... Foods remind me of the Italian trip. It was a romantic dating spot for me. Thanks ❣️

I honestly feel scammed. The restaurant looked very fancy, outside and inside. Me and my family were excited to try it because the place looked so nice. The moment the appetizers came, I was nervous. Than when our meals came, I was just straight disappointed, along with my family. The food first of all was made and brought to us way too fast but it was terrible. It looked and tasted so cheap. It felt like a kid made the meals. The presentation was terrible and it tasted and looked like canned food. We live in the area and definitely will not return. I do not understand how your place can looks so fancy like a 4 star but the food taste like a 1 star. We won’t be returning. Please do better.

My son and I ordered the meat lovers. The meat sauce seemed burned like when you leave it on the stove cooking too long, I told the waiter about the meat sauce, and the sausage and meatballs being burned was obvious. He only replaced the meatballs and sausage. The sangria was tasty but a little watered down. I didn’t taste much wine. My daughter had the best dish served cheese and browned butter pasta. Their salad with pesto n ranch was really good. The waiters were awesome. The atmosphere was great. I believe it’s a good deal for what you get salad or soup main entry and dessert. They accommodated a large group we were sat in the back, which was perfect for us.

23/11 Generous portions. Great flavor. Great textures. Really good wines. Such splendor ... but no soup spoon for minestrone soup? An historic site (it is really grand). Prices are grand. We will visit only for very special occasions.

Atmosphere superb! Love the trolly... (Old Pacific Electric Railroad Car). Service was outstanding. Everyone! Ordered Meatballs not impressed. Came with spaghetti and great marinara. Meatballs had a mild bitterness... Perhaps chicken liver or a round cut of beef mixed in. Tasted fresh but not as poetic as we expected. Just my own opinion.

The Old Spaghetti Factory in Fullerton is located in a charming old train station, which gives it a unique and nostalgic atmosphere. The restaurant is decorated with turn-of-the-century train station memorabilia. This all helps to create a fun and inviting dining experience. In addition to the great atmosphere, The Old Spaghetti Factory is also known for its delicious food. I especially enjoyed the Mizithra cheese pasta, which was creamy and flavorful. The pasta and brown sauce were cooked to perfection, and the Mizithra cheese added a nice tanginess to the dish. The bread as always, was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect accompaniment to the pasta. The portion size was generous, and I was definitely satisfied with my meal. The staff at The Old Spaghetti Factory was friendly and attentive. They were always on hand to refill my water glass and answer my questions about the menu. They also made sure to check on me throughout my meal to make sure I was happy with everything. Overall, I had a great experience.. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was interesting, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fun and family-friendly dining experience.

Now, I'm fairly certain I've been to an Old Spaghetti Factory when I was younger, but I have no recolection of it. I tend to check the menu ahead of time since I am plant based. I'm not a huge fan of restaurant salads, so I need to know I have an option or two. I did this and had pre-emptively chosen the Mushroom Sauce for a spaghetti pasta meal. We arrived to the restaurant and it does give an "old timey" feel. We walked through and towards the huge Trolley inside the restaurant. And that's where we were seated. It was a bit silly, but somehow goes with the restaurants theme. Staff was friendly and we received our food quickly. Unfortutanely, I just won't be back. The sauce was so flavorless and it seems the mushrooms were an afterthoguht just thrown in. My nephew thought his food was "just okay" as well.

Celebrated a birthday with some 20 plus guests . It was a surprise party and the guest wad pleasantly surprised. Ordered their chicken Piscataway with angel hair spaghetti and enjoyed the fl a version. The chicken was a generous proportion and the noise Waycross was excellent.

Spaghetti Factory is my family’s go to celebration spot. You can make a reservation to make sure you get a spot on a busy Saturday night, especially for a larger party. It’s just right - delicious food at a fair price, great service - but noisy enough to be comfortable with your kids there but not so noisy you can’t hear the conversation. Favorite things - kids menu is amazing, spinach tortellini, and try the spumoni for dessert. My kids love a splurge for an Italian cream soda in a souvenir glass. They have all the flavors. And mom and dad love how affordable a shareable carafe of house red wine is. We were really happy to see the balloon artists back at peak time.

The Spaghetti, Sicilian meatballs, Minestrone soup, and bread were great! Very flavorfull. Dinner included choice of Vanilla or Spamouni ice cream. I had vanilla and requested Chocolate syrup on it, and the waiter abliged. Service was so good, I tipped the waiter 30%. They were busy, but I got seated right away. The waiters and manager checked with the diners frequently to make sure that everything was good .

It's a great place for families. Good food and reasonable prices. We enjoy dinner here all the time. They even have a balloon guys making balloon animals for kids. Super cute!

We hadn't visited this location in years and were so happy they are still as good. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! The bartender was very kind, and he made excellent drinks. The pesto dressing for the salad will always be a family favorite. The bread loaf was served warm and soft and is a bit addicting. The pasta portions are hearty and filling. The spumoni is another family favorite. Highly recommend this location.

They accommodated our party of 18 without a problem. We were late, but they were gracious enough to still seat us and gave us great attention. We were there after closing to cut the cake and take a few pictures. We never felt rushed or pressured to leave. Thank you! 😊

My favorite spot to have a semi-fancy dinner. Usually come here on my birthday every year, but will stop by with my family every once and a while. Awesome staff, clean tables and the smell of an old Train Depot makes this spot one of a kind. A lot of history here as well which adds to the dinner experience. Check out the White Clam sauce noodles or the Crab Ravioli which never disappoint. Highly recommend these as they are my go to dinner selections. Stop and check em out parking can be a bit tough but be patient traffic moves quick around here.

Short staffed and food was pretty bad. The fettuccine seemed like it was straight out of the ragu jar. The lasagna was better but still about as average as a black yoga pants wearing white girl in Starbucks ordering a pumpkin spice latte.

Place has so much old world charm and top notch customer service. It's always a pleasure visiting and so far everything I've ordered has tasted amazing. Update 9/3/22...went back for our yearly visit to remember our fallen father and the service was less than pleasant, also my breast of chicken fettuccine Alfredo was decent, but the chicken seemed like it was heated up frozen chunks and the bread loaf they served us was soggy in the bottom. Bummer

Quick less than 10 minute wait on a holiday. Very nice service. Incredibly good drink and food. My cocktail was a blackberry "tea" and one of the best I have ever had. The minestrone was lovely. The chicken Marsala was super tasty. Plenty of sourdough bread accompanied dinner. The Spumoni was so good that it was eaten before a single picture was taken.
