I got a Chicken and beef and vegetable bowl. The meat was not fresh, tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for a long time. Chicken was hard and dried out. Beef was not good either. Vegetables and rice were good. Not a good experience.

I have been coming to this location for 4 years now and have never been let down by the excellent customer service of the owner and the employees. The food is not winning any awards or anything, but it's just meant to be a convenient, fast meal that's a tad healthier than your average burger or other fast food. I especially love Flame Broiler's choice of sauces, they're particularly good when mixed together (The "Magic" Sauce and the standard red "Hot" sauce). Overall I greatly enjoy the food, especially the beef. My only real complaint is that the drink lids are ridiculously hard to fit onto the cups without making a mess. The service here is extremely fast, a line out the door is hardly anything to worry about unless you're ordering something truly obscure from the menu (which is rare as they have a very simplified menu with mostly the basic Flame Broiler options that every location has).

They used already cooked chicken and broiled it again to make it seem hot and fresh, but you can taste that the chicken is very firm because it has been cooked multiple times. I tried to address the issue with the store owner but she said it's my problem for not telling her that I want it soft. What an interesting take.

Old owners Ms Lee sold the shop before the start of pandemic. New owners is keeping up high food/customer services standards. The chicken bowl was hot and fresh. Owner was kind to bring out tray of food to us at outdoor patio.

Just not what i was expecting, other locations are much better. All around service food cleanliness 2 stars; just go to a different location. It’s worth the extra gas to avoid this one.

Healthy meal and fast, friendly service. Clean dining room. Restroom was surprisingly immaculate but no toilet seat covers. Owner is very nice, smart, and down-to-earth, and it's so obvious she takes pride in her business. Our family loves the tofu here. Will definitely return when we're in the area.

I take my family to this place from time to time! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot regularly. The cooking is just great, the staff is courteous and the price is decent. I like being in this restaurant for a tasty meal.

We were served by the owner at this location. She was a wonderful and polite lady. Food was fresh and delicious! Thank you very much! It didn't stop there. She came to our table and complemented our children and was genuinely welcoming.

Seriously, this is the ONLY location that gives you a half full bowl. Everywhere else I go, they will fill it up, and you can see the dome of the food. They also charge you extra for the brown rice. Terrible! I don't know how they do their business, but this is rice, veggie, chicken, beef and tofu. Nothing fancy here. I study at Cal State Fullerton across the street, and I refuse to go to this location.

Wasn’t that great. My family and I went there after Disney. The meat wasn’t as cooked through as I would have liked it. You were still able to see some pink. We always go to the Apple valley one and I am never disappointed there. Sadly to say this wasn’t a good experience. Won’t be going there again. Although the customer service was good👍🏼

This is a great place to eat for health conscious people. I regularly suggest Flame Broiler to patients of mine because of their balanced meal. I normally get either the chicken or beef bowl with veggies and no rice.
