Fast, friendly service and the same delicious food as any other flame broiler.

I use to work here for 2 years i quit the owner/manger wont let you stick pay and they burn the food and dont even keep the place clean

As I went in it smelled like sulfur. Guy said it was the bathroom. Still ordered. Ask for chicken and beef plate. Only gave me beef. He also tried to keep 20 dollars change thinking I wasn't gonna find out. He gave me less food and I paid for a combination beef and chicken plate only got cold beef. He didn't give me a receipt to hide something. People don't go there if you do make sure you double check on everything. This guy should get fired and prosecuted.

I came here to purchase a chicken bowl, the chicken was so dry and burnt. Customer service was horrible, I’ll never come here again.

I don’t know why I come to this place. The chicken bowels , the chicken is always tough , dry o hard. I’ve complained to them before and they just say we just made it fresh NO SOMETHING IS WRONG. I’m not the only one who complains most of my co workers feel the same way this place is terrible .

These complaints are mainly about this location in particular. Meat was burnt and tasted very suspect. The ratio of chicken in the rice usually is extremely small. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because magic sauce tastes good.

Best flame broiler in the local area. I live in Yorba Linda and go out of my way to go to this location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean environment. Walk in and you’re serenaded with employees singing or dancing to songs like bohemian rhapsody, Beyoncé, or other timeless classics. These employees definitely make the most of their hours spent in the store.

I frequent this particular Flame Broiler since I work at St. Jude Medical Foundation close by. Not only is this particular restaurant always clean and efficiently run, but the staff is exceptional. Today at lunch I stopped in for my chicken bowl to go and was somewhat in a hurry -- accidentally leaving my mobile phone on one of the tables. Back at the office I realized I was missing the phone and drove back to Flame Broiler. One of the staff attendants, Charlie, found it and kept it behind the counter. Needless to say I was very appreciative for his safeguarding it until I picked it up. Just a minor detail but in my mind why this is such a good place. Thanks Charlie!

So, more and more often, the chicken at the Flame Broilers are overcooked and crunchy. Not as good as it should be. At this location, they skimp on the rice too.

It's nice that they hire mentally handicapped employees. One was singing a lot in the kitchen and dancing around. At first it was awkward, but then I appreciated the owner giving someone like that a chance to work a regular job.

They completely forgot my order and didnt even apologized. Dont go this place.

You need to have a responseble person around. The girl in the front , the lady in the back and the guy just looking at them don't know what are they doing. Try to go to a different location.

Good food but the prices went up significantly! I ordered a small bowl for a child and paid $6. It was literally like a sample. The customer service there is good though, and the food was good. It's just the prices...

As a mother of 3 school aged children, I frequently visit this location. I have always had quality food and amazing service. Staff here is friendly, courteous, wearing masks and sanitizing frequently. When we are craving Flame Broiler we will be coming to this location :)

This review is a few weeks overdue. I wanted to leave a review commending this team's amazing customer service! I was assisted by David, Monica, and Mark. They were extremely kind, patient, and accommodating when I had to place such a large order for a work meeting. Everything tasted great and all the orders were correct. I highly recommend this place not just because of the food, but because of the friendly and genuine service that was provided by these 3 awesome individuals. Thank you again for the wonderful service, I appreciate you all!

Price is high for quantity of food you get, but for the healthy portion, it's perfect for weight watcher type clients

Unprofessional staff, I cant believe that with no other customers in sight other than me, still it took them 20 minutes to fulfill my other, because they were just horsing around in the back!!
