Ordered 3 items yesterday and they forgot a whole item, but I was busy so couldn't call them to complain. Came the next morning and asked them to remake the item they forgot to make and they asked for a receipt(which they never gave me). Told them I was busy and couldn't give a call and I even gave the exact price of the order I made and the manager checked and saw it was the same price I gave. Whatever her name was she deserves to be fired since she doesn't care about retaining her customers as a restaurant manager. The fact that she couldn't remake a $7 item because she thought I was scamming them was absurd. Never coming again

This place has good food and good prices, but today they lost my order. They gave me a refund. But I waited almost thirty minutes and left empty-handed. I would have asked them to make another one, but I had somewhere to be and I couldn’t wait another twenty minutes for them to make it. Also they didn’t offer to expedite my order because they were busy. Don’t think I will be going back after such a negative experience.

I dont know who was answering the phones tonight October 19,2023 at 8:04pm but she is rude ! People be hiring the most unprofessional people now a days. Didnt even wanna argue back with her cause i was afraid she was gonna spit in my food. This was all about a door dash order i requested i paid $34 for 2 burgers 2 fries, i eat my fries with thousand island sauce but they didnt have that option on door dash for any side sauces, i call them right after i placed the order and told them i had just put in a order through door dash and and was it okay if i can get 2 thousand island sauces and told them they didnt have the option on door dash “she start raising her voice saying “ well you gotta pay $1” i said “okay how can i pay that $1 i ordered through door dash” once again she started raising her voice and said “well you should just come pick it up then” and i said” its okay mam” and she hung up in my face , like who pissed in her cereal this morning

I ordered eggs rancheros and when my order was messed up 3 times total!! The orders where done by Rosa A. She had a 😞 bad attitude towards my daughter every time she went back to have the order corrected. This order was a to go and after the first time my daughter started checking the second order and 3rd order. Well the third order looked right. She brought it home to me, a Senior with underlying health problems. I took 2 to 3 bites that tasted bad, the sour cream was rotten and the eggs tasted very strange, like they were also bad, this made me sick and vomited it. I also got a very upset stomach and diarrhea!! I will never go back again to this 🤢 nasty burger joint!! I had never had a problem before till now. I feel they did this because we kept taking back and checking the order, so many times. I think I got food poisoning. If I could give it under 0 stars, I would've!!.

Was at the DMV and stopped by for a Grilled chicken salad and By the way it was really good, like how the chicken was nice and crispy and Well marinated, and for the price it was a good amount. Will come back for a Grilled chicken salad again!

A total neighborhood gem! I've been driving by this place forever and on a random night when I was craving a burger, I stopped by and they did not disappoint! I got a 1/4 burger and onion rings. My husband got the pastrami burger and a small chili cheese fries. The only mistake we made was ordering too much food! The other of onion rings is enough for 2-3 people to share. I wanted to start with a classic burger but next time I will definitely explore the menu more.

My favorite local fast food place! The staff is friendly, the food is cooked to order, and the prices are pretty reasonable. The breakfast burritos are amazing and the burgers are always a good option. The chicken club is another favorite when I don''t want something quite as heavy. The fries are really good- crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and go perfectly with their ranch (not sure if it's made in house but it tastes like it is). This place is our go-to when we don't feel like cooking but don't necessarily want fast food from a big national chain. Never disappoints!

The interior of the place is a classic modern look. Their burgers are definitely delicious and just a classic burger. The Tommy burger is definitely worth the try if you're a local here. The employees were also super nice and welcoming. However their nachos was incredibly disgusting. It was very obvious that they microwaved it and the beans on side looked disgusting as well.

Parking, entrance, bathrooms and seating accessible. Food was good, lots of parking, staff were very helpful, food was prepared quickly. Location was clean. Seating was comfy, overall location looked very good. Would recommend and will return when in area. Bacon was great.

I love everything at Charlie’s. The burgers are better than any other fast food joint in town. Their fries are delicious, and my food is always served hot and fresh. I love the chicken tenders, but always have to get a burger too, even if I cant finish it all, I have to have both when I visit.

It's amazing how many times a bacon breakfast burrito can be screwed up. No cheese, no potatoes and add egg is my request. I just spent $13 for an ALL EGG BURRITO no bacon. Been going to them for 12 years now when they started in Santa Ana. Euclid one never seems to get orders right. Thanks Charlie

First time visit the service was good infact the person before us was taking awhile with their order and the cashier apologized for the wait she was very hospitable & friendly. I got a cheeseburger fries and pastrami sandwich, the burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 was yummy😋 but unfortunately the pastrami not so much, the meat was tough with mostly fat and my bread roll was flat I didn't finish it had maybe 5 bites

When here for the first time the first encounter I had with an older lady. Upon this interaction I asked if they serve breakfast all day. She responded in a rude tone with a "No" I then asked what time does breakfast end. In the same rude tone she responded with "No Breakfast, Breakfast over". I said okay, but I asked what time does breakfast end. She once again rudely responded with " 2 o'clock". It was 2:08 by the time I finally finished this interaction with her. Other than that everyone else seem very kind and patient. They get drive through orders like crazy(food is that delicious) the inside was impeccably clean but empty. All in all was a good experience but the rude lady needs to stay in the back or learn how to work at the register with a kinder attitude. Also some of the staff have bad staring problems. As for the bathrooms (you don't turn the handle to open it. You just pull) when I asked for a code (since there is a code system on the door) they said "just open the door". I turned the handle (like any other door works) and it did not open. I had to NOT turn the handle and just pull.

This is one of those diners that you can find that serves a ton of different things. The burger I had was quite good though. My wife really liked the carne asada nachos that she got too. Also the horchata was quite good too.

I went to eat breakfast at this place called charlie's "best" burgers in fullerton, 506 south Euclid. order a mushroom omelette with Rosa A. and I told Rosa, no cheese and the hash browns not very cooked. when he brought my order, my omelette had too much cheese and the potatoes were burnt. no one apologized to me.

Charlie's burger 🍔 is really good. One of the best local burgers. They don't use frozen meat. Also, try fried zucchini.

I mean they have remodeled the place really nice. The people that work there are really nice the food is delicious. I ordered an asada quesadilla very salty with half pound of cheese and they sprinkle some salty asada with no flavor on it. Tasted frozen, Very greasy. Not recommend it at all. Their burgers are good tho.

Great find. Loves these types of burger places. Wide section of choices from breakfast to dinner. Had to start someplace so kept it basic. Cheeseburger. If you mess up a cheese burger not much hope. Lol. They did an excellent job with that. The flavor of the patty was great and perfectly cooked. The bun was slightly toasted, fresh tomatoes and lettuce. It was great. It also come with the 1000 island, but I am one those weird people who doesn't like that on my burger. It was not problem to remove it. Got it as a combo with fries and a drink. It was good. I can not wait to try other items on the menu. Only reason staff did not get a 5 is because the person taking our order was doing just that taking an order, no personality, almost seemed like we were bothering them. Everyone has an off day. Food made up for it. Will be back for sure.

I've had many burgers. This place definitely has a good burger. Fries are good enough. Better than other places' fries. But still basic, cause fries. The burger was fresh, tasty, and had a good amount of lettuce. A far cry from a recent burger elsewhere. The way they cut the lettuce and packed the burger was different. Next time I'll try the onion rings and/or zucchini and adjust the rating if it's not so good.

today. We went to have breakfast at this restaurant in the city of Fullerton. The person who served us was very friendly. I asked her name and she told me Enriqueta, but they called her quetita, super friendly and highly recommended

Charlie's best is barely mediocre. The soda was flat, the burger was cold, and the fries were barely warm. I read the reviews and I was unimpressed. Perhaps it was an off day but it wasn't worth the wait in my opinion

Burger was good. Breakfast sausage they just pick it out of a container with bare hands and it's served cold. Staff are less than friendly.

Very pricey for quality of food. Everytime I go back to give it another chance, I am left feeling there are better priced and better quality burger joints relatively close by.

The food orders are always right. The drive thru isn't too bad depending on time frame. It's right across from DMV so it's busy. They have a variety of options to chose from. Servers are always nice.

Chili cheese fries were excellent!
