Not the best taco bell. The one one off orangethorpe is better. They have prices on their menu that are misleading. See pictures. Sign says $1 they are charging $1.29. I went to another taco Bell and it's only this one trying to rip people off. Apparently photos of receipt aren't accepted on here.

Took a little long to get good through drive thru due to lack of staff. But good was warm and tasty

This place is pathetic . All the sodas were completely just carbonated water .. no syrup .. no taste , the tacos were so skimpy it was literally like eating just a taco shell by itself , i asked for my order “for here” .. it was packaged to-go , and the dining room was filthy . Im adding the taco bell franchise to another place ill never give my business to again . Extremely over priced for what you get . Stay away . Especially this location … they are horrible! You’ve been warned !

First time at this Taco Bell since I'm visiting the OC and the food was amazing. Everything was made correctly and tasted great. Definitely coming back here when I'm in the OC again and need something quick to eat.

Gees I was just there trying to get lunch. The guy in front of me placed his order and sat down. I stood there waiting and waiting. NO ONE acknowledged me at all. No Hello I will be with you in a minute... Nothing. The guy in front of me got his food and still no one said anything to me. I walked out. Won' be back anytime soon.

We were in a hurry due to a family emergency, so we placed our order on the app for 2 boxes. We arrived, followed instructions but food took a while to be put together and it was not in 2 boxes. Mentioned to the lady, she took the bag back and the young man brought the orders back. We checked, and the boxes had part of one order in the wrong boxes. The entire process took a very long time. If I had known this would be the situation I wouldn't have ordered from the app. Food was good though.

I had a coupon, thank goodness, but it seems this establishment's prices have increased more than I expected.

I love their food, but their menu is getting a bit pricey. No value menu? This particular location has a very limited seating area indoors.

Every time I go to this location I order 2 bean and cheese burritos with extra onions. I love their bean and cheese burritos with extra onions. I'd say 1 time out of ten, they actually add extra onions. Usually when I order and pay for extra onions, they actually put zero onions. ZERO. I know I sound like an ungrateful person but this is the last time I go to this location. I get home, ready to enjoy beany cheesy oniony goodness and... 3 pieces of onion in the whole thing.

The workers were working hard, but the food was terrible. I haven't been in awhile and I won't be back. Ordered tacos and soda combo. Got the wrong tacos( not supreme) and the flavor wasn't good. Also asked for mild sauce and got hot. Not the workers fault, they are on the headset with the next customer. No bueno

Very nice and accommodating staff, quick and courteous service and apart from the varies activities happening in the parking lot (bright, flashing lights of multiple hues) it would have been a sweep. And I never give up a sweep.

Didn't get the order quite right, but what we did get was tasty and hot. Delicious and satisfying is a Very Good Thing.

Employee was staining chairs inside the restaurant and a chemical order from the stainless so bad I asked her to take it outside because it's toxic and she told me no it's not and she was sitting at the wheelchair table screwed then she took the chairs outside and put it right in front of the wheelchair accessible entrance. And I asked the cashier to check and make sure my taco was way out correctly and I saw my tacos were already made and he delivered to me without checking the weight. No one seen happy at this restaurant! And trying to get some napkins and sauce people can't wait for me to get my sauce and turn around they had to order first and they made me wait and a little corner until they were done ordering people in the restaurant didn't say anything very rude!

I went to this taco bell and everytime I go they hate helping me I am disabled in a wheelchair and can't reach the drink covers straws,ect. I asked for my receptionist the manager was working the counter her name is Shelby and she said the register did not print one.i explained a register has to print one to keep the register straight. She tried giving a reicept the had free item not my reicept. I told her what is she pocketing all money, she says register will not print a receipt for?

Don’t come here unless you except to wait 15 -20 min for order not rush hr 7 pm ! Being literally second car they had in line! And then to top of the long wait missing food in order to think they would at least check that order is all correct with all that time they had to make sure! I’d rather drive to a different location! Do not come here do not!!!! Then when asking for refund I need to go back in get it refunded… then told to go back and just come in taco will be ready Uhmm no! How about offering to bring it out I’m not waking my baby up to walk inside for your mistake ! Women with children will understand.

Disappointed with my order.. I got a Crunchwrap combo and subbed the meat for potatoes. Half my Crunchwrap is empty and my taco was inside out with the toppings in the wrapper with the shell on the side. I know it’s fast food but come on this is just bad service.
