    This is the worst Jack in the box. They close early when they feel like it. They get the orders wrong. Some are rude and some are nice. They give you the bare minimum of food compared to other Jacks.

    Great service super friendly staff and very quick! Edit: I had left a 5 star review before but now honestly it’s gotta be a 1 star. These guys have recently been closing around before 11pm. I just stopped by not even 10-15 mins ago and they were closed. This has happened at least 3 times this past month. Their hours say 12am closing online. So which is it? Do they close when they feel like it or when it’s slow I’m genuinely trying to figure it out.

    This location has a good day crew,they have no issues taking your order or fulfilling it. I like this store,ever order I’ve made here has been hot and correctly made.

    I come to this store daily as many as 3 times a week. My visit tonight was bad again. I came to get the free jumbo jack with a paid drink. The Dodger 10 stikeouts promotion. This location #262 usually honors this deal. All depends on what crewmember or manager is working. I came in tonight to get my free jumbo jack but the crewmember said i cant get the deal. He said the Dodgers have to get 10 stikeouts and win the game. They didn't even know the Dodgers played last night. I told them they did play on Sunday and got 10 stikeouts. The crew member started telling me i can't get a free jumbo jack because the Dodgers lost the game. I said read your promotion sign. 10 strikeouts and your in. The manager read the sign 10 stikeouts and Win then you get a free jumbo jack. Anyone who watches the Dodger games knows its 10 Stikeouts and you get a free jumbo jack with a paid large drink. The spanish manager added a W in front of your in it's Not WIN. Im so tired of everyime i go there the crew and manangment always argues with me about the free jumbo jack promotion. Why can't they know what the deal is. I'm very tired of this location crew and manangment not knowing what the Dodgers deal promotion is. It seems like they don't want my weekly visits. Time to cut them out of my daily visits. How many of you customers get the same issues when the Dodgers get 10 stikeouts and this location#262 are fighting not to give you the free jumbo jack??? I wish they knew the promotion or can read it.

    Picture this. You're on your way home from the hospital. Your family member in the back seat is asking if you can pick up something to eat. You see a Jack in the Box on your side of the street. You pull in and order dinner. Later that night, your family member gets up and says, "Thanks, I needed that. Here's $15. Keep the change." You, too, can experience your father paying you back for an okay meal after getting his appendix removed. It doesn't have to be at Jack in the Box, but it could be, and that is why it should be. I give this Jack in the Box a high score, 38/42.

    Not to be a dush, you guys were my favorite fast food place, but two days ago my mom and I got a horrible case of food poisoning from one of your loaded breakfast sandwiches. Never had an issue with the food in the 7 years I've lived near this location till this.

    The staff is nice and it's mostly empty so you always have somewhere to sit. I like to get the bacon ultimate cheeseburger. The Cluck is also really good and the fries are amazing.

    Everytime I go to this jack in the box my buns are burned flat like my soft drinks taste like all the soda 🥤 please guys clean your soda tips it's by law other then that fries 🍟 are good please continue to work hard

    The evening crew here is getting worse and worse by the week it seems. Usually they always get something in the order wrong. Most of the time it is the drink they get wrong and they especially have trouble with mobile orders. If you order a Coke Zero they will give you a Coke instead “by mistake.” If they don’t stock up on large cups and thus only have mediums to give you, then they will try to give you a medium instead without any consideration as to the difference they should give back to the customer. The customer should not have to check or remind them of such. Do better.

    What a lovely jack in the box. The drive thru was top notch service. I had two separate orders and tthe guy was super kind to split my car order. Clean surrounding area. No homeless around here which is nice considering just down the block there are.

    My buddy and I go through the drive through on bikes they give me my order in a grocery bag to make it easier to ride with and they gave my brother a paper bag which is harder to ride with I am white he is black

    They do not honor their open hours signage. Sign says six am open. It is 6:34 and the gal inside is signaling that they open at 7:00. I went somewhere else. I see this posted under a different JITB as well. I'm referring to the JITB in Buena Park on Beach near Malvern.

    I ate at this jack in the box two nights before this post. This was the last place I remember using my credit card. Unfortunately I did not realize that my credit card was missing until 11:35PM on August 28th. I checked online and saw that this location was closing at 12 AM so I called them, however they did not answer. I called again a few more times at 11:50PM while I was making my way there and there was still no answer. I admit that up to this point everything was my fault. I should have realized sooner that my credit card was missing, If i did I could have tried arriving at a better time. Unfortunately that was not case and I arrived at 12AM. I understand that the location was closed at this point, however I needed to figure out whether I should contact my credit card company if my card was stolen/lost or if my card was at this location as this was the last place I used it. I saw two people at the back of the register closing so I tried to get their attention. One of them was a lady who did see me at the front door. She told me that they were closed. I tried to tell her through the glass that I was not here to order food but to see if I left my credit card there but she just kept saying we are closed. Eventually she finally came up to the glass wall that and I tried to explain my situation. Instead of at least opening the door to be able to hear me, or telling me to walk around to the window of the drive thru if she didnt feel safe, she just kept telling me that she could not hear me. And so, I tried taking out my phone so I could show her a text of my situation but she just walked away back to the register... Up to this point I was frustrated at the situation but there was nothing I could do at this point. She did not give me even the most basic amount of decency to at least try to hear me out. If she could not hear me, there were definitely a few options that we could have done so that I could communicate with her. As I stared at her in frustration, what made me really mad was I saw her give me a quick look while she was talking to her coworker and then she started laughing. She could have been laughing at something else but in my perspective it looked like they were laughing/mocking me. I decided to leave instead of waiting until they came out since then that would be weird and it would seem threatening if I kept staying in front of the door until they came out. I fully understand that the location was closed however I tried calling the location multiple times before it was closed. The lady did not even try to listen to what I was saying when I was saying that Im not here to order food, Im looking to see if i left my credit card. I feel like even if they were closed, they should have had the decency to hear me out...
