    The wait on online orders is just crazy. This is the longest 28 min. I have waited. Plus I hope I'm not the only one. Several times, I have received bad attitude and its been from Managers only have recieved great service from one she talks to you w/a smile even when it's hectic... other than that almost everyone else that is not manager has been nice. Seriously it's sad that the manager have such attitude Just because its busy.

    Worst experience ever. I was in drive through and a woman there couldn't get my orders correctly, said multiple times. Then I was waiting in line, didn't move my car at all and she's asking what to order again multiple times. I said I already ordered, and which was okay. But, once got my drink, I realized it was not a diet coke but more like sparkling water. Check their orders thoroughly before you leave.

    2:52pm-3:03pm Thursday September 08, 2022 - Every week the building closes too early dine-in closes at 8:00pm while drive-thru closes at 9:00pm if the hours are different then why didn't they change their sign? The line in the dine-in was extremely full a guy spoken to me about his issue with this place and I felt awful and decided that to let him order first because he only wanted two drink from the drive-thru and I can't believe that he had to deal with the driving because the drive-thru is extremely short! I placed my order on the McDonald's kiosks and when I was getting ready to pay this cashier charged me $1.82 for a large drink when all the drinks should be $1.04 that's ridiculous but after I paid there was a bunch of ants all over the register while the seats have a bucket of water from roof floods I don't know where to sit that's not taken or wet also after waiting for my order there's spilled Coke on the table (which will bring more bugs in the dine-in) and when I got my food my order was good hot and fresh made exactly the way I wanted (which is excellent work on the sandwich & fries) I just hope it doesn't make me sick like last time when I came over but when I opened the lid from my drink there was like less Coke from and melted ice and I had to ask for more because that just looks like my beverage was rushed and the flavor of the soda was no good anymore because it tastes watery now.

    Order was taken incorrectly, It wasn't caught until we sat down with food. Went back and order was corrected, with a 10 dollar refund. I thought the price was just high because we were in Fullerton.... ha ha

    Mc Donald's order ahead and drive thru are almost always slow at most locations. I almost always have to park and wait for food. I've rarely had to do this at any other fast food restaurant. At this location, I suspect we waited longer so they could bring several orders at the same time. We mobile ordered for pick up in the drive thru, had to park, and waited more than 5 minutes. The employee came out with several orders. By that time, the drive thru was empty. The bag was properly labeled with our order, but the sandwich was the wrong one.

    This location has issues with efficiency. They always send me to wait longer for my food through the drive thru. They never seen to have our figured out. Food quality is fine and what is expected.

    Ordered pickup in restaurant via their app at 9:41pm and placed order. Their door is locked and they won’t open the door despite knocking multiple times. Their sign says they close at 10pm yet they are not respecting the hours posted on their door. Plus, their staff would benefit from common sense training unless their ownership is just plain stingy (which wouldn’t surprise me). If I am the only person in the car, and I order 2 vanilla cones and a sundae, would you want to JUGGLE those 3 items and drive? How can you not think to put the cones upside down into cups and then place them along with the sundae into a TRAY?!?! I’ve had to ask multiple times for a tray. If you order 3-4 items in cups, the tray should be AUTOMATIC. It’s like that at other locations but not this one.

    Terrible franchisee location,this location needs to be looked into further. I came in just for a Diet Coke,walking I wanted a drink. I was confused at first, the "line" was un clear. There were people waiting in front of me who had paid and were waiting, people waiting for Uber Eats orders and then like myself who stood in line waiting...for my order to be placed. Manager seemed to be working counter and drive thru. What really annoyed me though,with a line,no one stayed at the counter longer than two minutes!! I made a friendly comment to the manager, I said, " You need help. ' She said in a tone, 'we are always busy." And another thing,why is the soda fountain gone? The point of the soda fountain is so we don't need to talk to the workers to say fill it up,just seems ridiculous. Please,get a new owner and train your workers better. There is ZERO customer respect here.

    I pretty much only come here for egg mcmuffins, no cheese, and occasionally an iced coffee with no liquid sugar. Only drive thru. I have had only flawless experiences in the last 3-4 years. Drive thru is fast and efficient, order taken properly by someone who is easy to understand on the speaker, and my food has always been as I ordered and hot. Cashiers are friendly, as well as the folks handing out the food. I haven't had the same experience at other stores, so I pretty much only visit this McDonald's.

    there's a guy working there always acting dumb with me. each time i go there he try to gimme burger without onion or without pickles knowing that i order it extra pickles and onion and last time he gives me my meal without fries. if he doesn't stop doing that to me i'm gonna report him and he must be fired right away

    As someone who used to work at McDonalds a while back this was a pretty poor experience, took a while to get my food even though it is pretty empty inside and drive through isn’t busy at all. I came inside to chill inside instead of burning gas in my car, so I ordered my food and drink and when I asked this girl for my drink while I waited (there’s no soda station in the lobby so you have to get it from the workers) she gave me attitude telling me they were getting my food ready, I just asked for my drink while I wait…I’m thirsty and hot and on top of that I get barked for asking for my drink. I had asked for a ranch dressing and didn’t get it so had to ask for it and 1 out of the 2 sandwiches was soo poorly made and dripping with ketchup, just go down the street to the Brookhurst and Orangethorpe one OR just be ready for a poor experience. Have a nice day! :)

    To preface this review, I've been to this McDonald's specifically about 4 or 5 times now, usually only ever in the late afternoon or evenings. First I'd like to specifically call out the lad working the drive through Sat. Oct 8th in the late evening; very pleasant, punctual, and sufficient; he's exactly the kind of person you would want handling your food order. He also gave us extra sauce without an extra thought when we asked. The chefs here at this McDonald's are legit the best I've been to anywhere, period. Every time we've gotten food here, it's taken us a solid 5 seconds at the drive through (use the mobile app, it's worth it), the burgers are always juicy with an incredible richness, and the fries are always hot. Everything is placed centered (nearly, if not) on the burger. Even the cheese is melted on the burger correctly. The only thing I could actually critique is that the fries or nuggets aren't very crunchy, but this is honestly nitpicking, everything they cook has been amazing, and everything is always fresh. They follow directions on the mobile apps perfectly every time (no ice, no salt, etc.), and even get huge food orders 100% correct. I want to not review this place because I don't want it busy at all hours of the day, but honestly the entire staff here absolutely deserve recognition for their consistently amazing service. 10/10 do recommend this location.

    Drive-thru experience was terrible. Ordered a Big Mac Combo and had to wait 5 minutes in the pickup section. I told the cashier I would like ketchup for my fries and she said that when I was given my food, it would be given to me then. When someone else took a tray out to the pickup section, she was approached by a lady who we upset her order hadn't been delivered for over 10 minutes. She was told that she would be helped soon. My order was given to the couple parked next to me and they caught the mistake so they gave it back to the server. When I got back to work to eat my food, there was no ketchup. Even worse than all that was the smell of what appeared to be bleach coming from my Big Mac. I thought I was imagining it until I sniffed the dressing and could not believe that it smelled like bleach. This is completely unacceptable and if I wasn't on a lunch break, I would have gone back to speak with the manager.

    Well, they got my order wrong, but in a good way? Accidentally gave me a bunch of extra fries, way too many, and didn't double check or confirm like it says they do? But I can't complain too much. It was a bit slow as well. They also forgot my cheeseburger.

    The big Mac didn't taste good...no flavor. I hadn't eaten McDonald's for 10 years and now I remember why. I ordered a shake and it was sat on the counter when ready,neither my name nor order number were called...I just happened to walk to the counter and notice that it was ready

    I went to here with my children and asked for 3 drinks, Coke, Sprite, and Fanta. INSTEAD, they gave us Dr.Pepper instead of coke, and Coke Zero instead of Fanta. Asked for 2 mustard cups, and gave us none. Run by a bunch of irresponsible and dillusional teens. Would not recommend. Rather go to Burger King

    40 minutes just to get a meal. 8-13 people went after i went and all their food at a decent time. Not counting the line on drive through. Wasted my entire lunch here. Just go to a restaurant at that point. Do they want us to yell at their workers to get some service? I don't want to be that kind of person. But if that's what it takes to get service here then i don't see what's the point of coming to this when i just want a quick meal.

    Drive thru. 1st window - repeated my order. Took my card. Handed receipt. Said Thank You. 2nd Window - didn’t say a word. Just handed my food. No napkins Burger was good, fries terrible, old and not fresh

    Was told they are closed when the store has "24hr drive thru plastered all over the store. Employees are rude service is slow and food made us feel funny after. We regularly get McDonald's from a different location and never have these issues

    8/13/22 @8:45 pm me and my 2 daughters stopped by to get some meals. We’re waiting in front of the cashier for like 5 minutes, 3 employees just ignored us although their doing something but no one acknowledged us like i’ll be right with you or someone will be right with you. So we just left without ordering. I think McDonalds need to train their employees more.

    This is the slowest McDonald’s in the world. I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes and the line wasnt that long. They only accepted cash, which luckily I had after waiting so long! I can get my food faster at a sit down restaurant.

    Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and medium fries. I have an allergy to onions so I asked them to hold them. They didn’t!! Just like every other time, it was covered in onions! But the worst thing is the patty wasn’t cooked all the way. Very pink in the middle and one side! And the fries were stone cold and little pieces! All this for over $18.00 That’s it McDonald’s… NEVER AGAIN!!!
