Best tacos in Fullerton! The employees were outstanding especially helping a old lady and waiting on her with absolute Love and morals. I highly recommend this spot the food was phenomenal and the Tuesday taco specials left room in my wallet 👍👍❤️😘

Street style carne asada taco came out to ~$4.25 with 15% gratuity. Good quality meat, not much maillard so flavor leaned on proper seasoning. A quick flash on the griddle before serving would really help give more dimension. I didn't ask for a lime wedge, but it wasn't needed since it wasn't a very fatty meat. Tortillas are standard "street taco" size. For this price I thought it might be large tortillas. Two tortillas heat up and held well. Salsa verde better than most I've had. They don't skimp on the tomatillo's or jalapenos. Great spice level with veggies (onion/cilantro) that really round out the flavor. Perfect salsa for the taco. Only thing I would add is maybe avocado to bring a different fat to the lean asada. Blend that avo into the salsa and you've got a 5 star taco. I'll try more items and update along the way

Al pastor tacos are my favorite tacos, but these al pastor tacos were not good at all. The asada tacos were ok. And one carnitas taco was good, the other was over salted. The horchata was good.

The food is really bad. Carne asada tacos are really hard to mess up and they sure did. The seasoning was too much. It's definitely NOT the place to go if you want some good Mexican tacos. It's really disappointing considering how high the prices are and it was a total waste of money.

Let me explain why this place is so much better than your average taco shack. First they have ingredients that by themselves are delicious to eat. Not some sad canned beans or white rice with some tomato powder. They’re fully fleshed out dishes! Combine that together in a burrito and it’s a slam dunk, a home run, an ALBATROSS! Try this place out! Taste the difference! (Not a paid ad. I just love this place too much ♥️)

Prices are like regular but I ordered a burrito and let me tell you that they are made with fideo instead of rice. I'm not sure why? But wouldn't recommend for authentic tacos or burritos.

It’s amazing …if your starving, not real Mexican food, has a hipster atmosphere with Americanized food. Burrito was warm and all but tasted as if it lacked soul.

Best chicken quesadilla, super cheesy and chicken was juicy. Ordered a bunch of stuff, it was all awesome. Queso, Chicaronnes, tacos, burrito, flauta, creamy guac, very happy with everything.

I ordered 4 different kinds of tacos & all were deliciously fresh, moisture & had the perfect amount of cilantro & onion. I'd definitely go back for taco Tuesdays!

Shout out to the employees at Gonzo’s in Fullerton. We BOTH messed up a large order and when I realized the mistake and called them; they took care of it right away and very graciously. Lunch was a hit! Great food and service!

Food was good. It's not the biggest restaurant but they make use of the space they have. They also have a nice outside area that would be rad on a good weather day! Decent beer selection and plenty of sodas if you want that

I’m writing this review hoping it gets a better response from the owner than calling and complaining to one of the employees. Order #60 on 5/5/23 at 5:16PM Check your take out order before leaving. I ordered 3 hard shell carnitas tacos got 2. 2 potato tacos got 4. 1 burrito that was right. 3 fish tacos and got none.

I came here dec 4th 2022 just before 8pm and it was closed.

The food was good. But the guy was taking my order was very rude. I asks for fries with chicken he told me " rran out " then I asks for a drink he also said, "ran out' Didn't say so sorry we ran out " Very rude.

Looks like a blue collar after work hangout. They say the best food is in the hole in the wall places. In this case it's true. Best chips ever. 3 days later and they are still not soggy. Mix and match 3 taco deal is perfect. Make sure you include a chicken taco.

Taco Tuesday did not disappoint. Genuine street tacos with generous portions. Bean and Cheese burrito perfect and huge. Chips and queso delicious.

Was stoked to try this place, but food was decent at best, the lady running it was very nice though

I had had a long night in the ER with my husband, was very hungry and in the area. Stopped at Gonzo's Tacos assuming their food would be good. The flautas were very greasy. They had something on the menu, which I thought was some kind of guacamole sauce. The sauce was awful, too salty. I have no idea what they put in it. I let the woman know about the guac and she stared at me with a look of disdain and said "just throw it away." Did not apologize or offer any kind of refund or exchange of the item. I will never go here again and do not recommend. I know good Mexican food and this is a very poor example of an attempt to make Mexican food. Funny thing is, the lady looked familiar. Maybe I had seen her on Bar Rescue.

Love this place. Great menu everything is tasty. Can't wait to come back and try move. The place was clean and comfortable. There are many big TV's for sports and nice music playing in the background. All the employees were really nice seamed like a family owned business.
