Delicious Indian food! Good sized portions to share and so many tasty spices with different protein options Staff was friendly and quick - they allowed us to pour our wine and bring in our own birthday cake! Good spot to start ladies night! We got lucky and found a parking spot just outside by the safe alley corridor, try your luck there first otherwise public parking structure just across the way. Will be back with the family!

Spice social definitely has potential. Had lunch, and ordered the aloo tikki chat, malai kofta and tandoori roti. The roti was the star, since it was fresh, and delicious. The trick is to not let the eater discern what part of the food is made ahead of time. This wasn’t the case with the kofta. The outer covering instead of being crisp and light, was a little leathery. The sauces in the aloo tikki were also not the freshest. The taste was on point, and authentic. The restaurant features an open kitchen, which requires higher standards of maintenance. The dust on the light fixtures, yellow cleaning cloths on dishes and the workers packing rice with their bare hands is something that’s difficult to hide in a kitchen exposed to the dining patrons. Like noted before there is potential, but for the price, somehow this restaurant left me without a desire to return soon.

Cosy Indian restaurant in Fullerton ca. Bala the manager is really nice and accommodating. The Restaurant serves decent food , The Avocado Bhel and the Lamb Kebabs were really good The whole fish was also great , Everything was really enjoyable , I would not get the Chicken curry next time , canned tomatoes in a curry made the sauce tart. Could do with some good choices of White wines like Sauvignon Blancs and Pinot Grigio s that pair well with Indian Food Overall a great experience.

Great location, nice ambiance, friendly staff, cleanliness. This is a great Indian restaurant. We visited it two times for lunch and dinner. All food served hear of Indian Cuisine has great and authentic taste. Particularly liked samosa and cheese Naan served hear. Good variety for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. But if you are to go there for lunch, go well before they close at 3pm or you'll have to rush your order. Highly recommended for Indian food 👌🏼 😋 👍🏻 👏🏻 😀

Spice social is great Indian food presented in a western fusion way. Everything is super tasty, cooked fresh on the spot right in front of you. The chicken Tikka is awesome. Spice nan wrap is a Indian style burger you get two of them for $14. These nan wraps are also called Nan Kaboob. Dal is awesome too with the fresh Nan’s. Great well decorated upscale restaurant.

One of the best Indian food I have ever eaten in USA. Every dish was made in an authentic manner. No use of heavy cream and a right combination of spices. My favorite was dhaba chicken curry. Dum aloo is highly recommended as well, very few places in USA can do justice to that dish. You can't go wrong ordering anything here.

One of the best Indian food I had around LA. The flavor was as good as eating in a restaurant in India. The sweet dishes are to die for. Really recommended when hungry for a scrumptious Indian meal.

This is the new spot! Opened just a few months ago, the Spice Social making its way to being my absolute favorite spot in downtown Fullerton. My fiancé and I had heard about it and wanted to check it out for a dinner date and were pleasantly greeted by the friendly staff. The chef even brought us over the Dalim Shakarkandi Chaat, which was definitely delicious and beautifully presented. If you’ve never had pani puri you need to order Gol Gappa. It resembles a traditional street snack called pani puri where you fill a puffed chip with seasoned water, potato and eat it in one bite. It is very good and I just kept wanted more than the six they give you. My fiancé is a Mango Lassi enthusiast and absolutely loved it here! For entrees she ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and I ordered the Aloo Mutter Paneer. The Masala has a little more of a kick to it than that of tikka masalas we are used to but it feels like that is how it should be. Regardless I ate it all, even ordered more Naan to clean up the rest of the masala. The Aloo Mutter Paneer is also very very good. It is a perfect balance of sweet and savory. A for sure order again! After all of the amazing service and delightful food we were about to pay the check when the owner (or co owner I believe) gave us some Masala Tea to thank us for coming. A great way to end a great meal. Thank you Spice Social! We are coming back to make our way through the menu. Hopefully many more times before this place starts to get really packed.

Great fusion of Indian and Western food culture. It feels like you are in an American pub but with Indian food. Quality is very good but quantity feels a bit short. The music volume was a bit loud but they do accept suggestions, so give it a try. The menu is not extensive but that's perfect. Free parking is available on the streets but could be a task in busy timings. They also hold comedy nights which is great. Food :4.5/5 Quality: 4/5 Service and atmosphere: 4.5/5 Value for money: 4/5

Great venue with amazing Indian food! Every single dish we tried had a very authentic flavor felt and they have a very diverse menu. We ordered Gobi manchurian, Non-Veg Platter, Ambarsariya Kulcha & Paneer Tikka Masala. We were lucky to catch a live comedy show which made the dinner much more enjoyable. They are planning to have more live events including Karaoke, Live Music so a great spot with amazing food. Sai the manager was personally tending to every guest. Spoke to the owner as well who was very friendly and is planning to open two other outlets so looking forward to trying them as well.

Amazing vegetarian, vegan, and meat-friendly options. Family owned and operated, service is fast, attentive, and eager to explain any dishes you have questions about. We had a hard time narrowing down our selections as there were so many that sounded delish! For starters, we settled on Ambarsariya Kulcha which is naan-like unleavened bread with potato, paneer, and spices pancaked inside and baked in their tandoor, or urn shaped oven. Perfectly crisp on the outside, dough-ey on the inside, amazing flavors. Loved it, and want to try the Cheese & Jalapeno Kulcha next time! We also ordered the Baingan Bharta, a medley of minced eggplant mixed with tomato, onion, peas, herbs & spices. Went great with the kulcha. Lastly, we ordered the Coco Flower - cauliflower with coconut milk sauce which was also delicious. For our entrees, we loved the Chicken Tikka Masala in a tomato base and smokey Lamb Tikka. Both were bursting with flavor and left us wanting more. I highly recommend both. The Goat Curry was a great finisher as it was fall-off-the-bone tender goodness. We put in another order of garlic naan to pair with this dish and it was quite the finish. The free small lot connected to the restaurant is often full, but there is plenty of addt'l parking in the structure adjacent. It is typically $5 all-day, but recently seems to be free. Take a pic of your lic plate since paid parking is registered using parking stall number and your lic plate.

We tried the samosas, garlic naan, spice chili cheese naan, kulcha, spice fries, spice naan wrap with lamb and malai truffle chicken and everything was delicious! We also had a mango lassi and watermelon cooler and highly recommend both. The restaurant is very clean and all staff were friendly. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff are the friendliest and really make you feel so welcome. The food is incredible, so many great options on the menu. The Malai Truffle Chicken was a highlight on our last visit but there really are no wrong choices, everything we have tried is so tasty and perfectly and generously sized. Highly highly recommended.

My friend suggested me this Indian restaurant. To tell this place did not disappoint. We had ordered papadi chaat as appetizer, dhaba chicken, kadai paneer, kulcha and garlic Naan. For drinks lemonade and salted Lassi. The papadi was scrumptious I did enjoy the taste and favor it had. Also the garlic Naan and kulcha were soft and fresh. I did not enjoy the dhaba chicken as it's just taste as regular chicken curry. Kadai panner was amazing as well, taste and flavor were good with proper spice. I ordered salted Lassi. I wasn't happy with the taste. It was way to salted and I did not get any taste of cumin and Chilli in the Lassi as mention in the menu description. Overall I enjoy the food and ambience. Will do plan again to this place. One small suggestion the server need to carry a smiling face. As it's hard to say if they are interested in serving or not. Though there service is good. A smile will be welcoming 🙂

I had the best experience for my first time here! Arica was friendly and above and beyond with her services. As we were sitting next to the kitchen, the chef made sure the dishes were up to our expectations. Looking forward visit again soon with friends and family! In pictures - samosa chat, sea bass and Dhaba chicken curry.

I came here for the first time with a friend and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Everything was beautiful and tasted incredible, especially the shahi paneer. However, the service here was abysmal. We walked in at 1:00 PM and placed our order. The waiter mistakenly heard “shahi paneer” as “tea” and after 25 minutes of waiting, I had a cup of tea that I didn’t order. We tried to grab the waiter’s attention after that to correct our order, but it took another 5 minutes just to talk to him, despite the fact that the restaurant is fairly small. Finally, we got our order in and had our food by 2:00 PM. The staff here were very friendly, but it was an unnecessarily long hassle just trying to get something to eat. Next time, I’ll just do take-out.

Nice place to eat Indian food. They have pretty nice started. We tried avacado bhel puri, cheese jalapeño kulcha, and Chinese bhel. One thing I can say that they have pretty good presentation of food. You can see below my pictures. I do not like drink. I tried two drinks (non alcoholic) and both are average. Main course is good but not up to mark. Lachcha paratha is not hot enough. It not soft too. Cheese chillie naan was awesome. I definitely recommend that. I don’t like their jeera rice. It should rice salted with butter and cumins seeds but they have ready made in hot pot. It killed whole taste of dal tadka. Service wise they need to improve themselves. They did not give service on time. Like we received our main course but they did not put plates on table. They put rice and main course but they forgot to put service spoon. They gave us dal and rice but they did not give us spoon. These kinds of small small things are very important. Also service is very slow too.
