Consistently good food, no matter which location you visit! Husband always get the riblets. But I switch between the potatoes and nachos. Friendly service and patient while you decide. They've got the 'good ice' too ;)

I've been eating here for years and the food is always great. As is the service. Last night I ordered my go to, the garden salad. I paid $6 for lettuce and one slice of tomato. Very aggravated. No toppings. This is so disappointing and out of character for my favorite place to get salad. 😩

We were recommended to try this place. And it was hands down a good recommendation. I will come back. The pulled pork had great flavor. The chicken strips (grilled) had superb flavoring and they were tender. Their sauces are super good! They paired well with the food. The creamy mac, ooo yea! Spot on! So glad we went to this place. Been to a few BBQ joints and only found 2 now that are good! This is one of them. If you're ever in this area, try it. You won't be disappointed. The customer was was alright. Couldn't hear well over the gentleman mask, so he kept pulling it down. (Not sure why he had on. No one else did) But other than that. Everyone was really nice!

I drove from Pulaski, Tennessee to Birmingham Alabama to visit some friends and I had the pleasure of stopping at this spot I had been asked to try. I must say it was a pleasant surprise for this restaurant to be a fast-food place. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. It was very busy when I arrived, yet the service was great and fast. You place your order and seat yourself. They brought my food to me and I truly enjoyed every single bite. I had to stop myself because the portions of food you get is enough to eat off for two days. I did just that. If you're ever close to one make it your business to swing and grab a seat . Totally worth every penny. I shall return. Thank you!!!!

Found the food to be the best in town can't wait to come back here again and get some more of this good food thank God I was able to get out with my brother and us have a good lunch.

Josh, the manager, was extremely nice and so was Chelsea. My food was prepared correctly and was very good.

Best Bbq in town. Love it. Fultondale location is my favorite.

The smell of this place was wonderful and the reviews were good and it was really busy so we gave it a try. Typically we would have food picks but we didn't think about it soon enough. Here goes. After ordering at the counter to a young man who was disinterested, we took a seat and they brought out the food. Diane ordered the sliced brisket sandwich. The young man asked what side she wanted and she said fries. After looking at the bill when we sat down there was an extra charge. He presented it as it was part of the meal. The brisket was not tender but not tough. Just under chewy but none of the amazing flavor we smelled outside. The fries are thick and pretty good. I had the two meat plate with brisket and ribs. My brisket was the same as Diane's but the ribs were horrible. I chewed and chewed but finally spit it out. I went back and asked for some fresh ones and they were very oppologetic and gave me two new ones for my four bad ones. These were fresher but only a small portion of these were edible like the first. The seasoning was good but it was a disappointment. Overall, they responded to my complaint quickly and friendly but the food just didn't work. Sadly, two thumbs down 👎 😕
