My experience was wonderful. The service here was great. The location is excellent for travelers. It is right off the interstate and close to many hotels. My sirloin was cooked as requested. I really enjoyed the crispy balsamic brussel sprouts. They were lightly sweet and salty with wee bit of spicy kick.

The only edible thing that came out of the kitchen tonight and they couldn’t even get the order right! This is their new hot item on the menu hot honey coconut shrimp! I ordered a bloomin onion & porter house. Both can out inedible. The manager couldn’t even come to the right table, when he came out he apologized to the wrong table! LOL this place is a joke and corporate needs to step in or the new downtown location will put this store out of business!

We, with Rotnreviews, love this place. The food is immaculate, the service is perfect, and the atmosphere is amazing as well. Never a long wait for your food either.

Been here twice. Wont be back. Screwed both orders up the first trip. Second trip I ordered salmon and broccoli. The broccoli was brown in spots and had black mold on it. The manager insisted it was not mold but could not explain what it was. Pictures are posted. Look for yourself. Waitress was great. Left her a $10 anyway. Not her fault that the kitchen screwed up. Manager Gave us a ten percent discount on our moldy food.

We drove over an hour to dine here. Server, Leslie was amazing......friendly. Food, you could clearly tell the kitchen was struggling. Strawberry salad, goat cheese molded and sour; both French onion soups burnt; prime rib, horrible job cooking this; 4 orders of wings, dry. So sad. They normally do better than this. No manager in site to speak to, nor did they ever come to our table. I normally don't complain, but wow. Sad day for one of our favorite spots.

My husband and I decided to dine at Outback Steakhouse in Fultondale and do not regret it. We entered and was greeted with smiles from Ashley Lewis, the manager and the staff. Hannah waited on us and was very attentive and kind! She made sure we had everything we needed before we could even ask! We ordered the Alice chicken and New king pasta, steak, and shrimp and it was top tier..We will definitely return to this location! ..Oh, the cheese cake is excellent!!😋😋😋

I made an online reservation for 615 at 527 p.m. I arrived at 608 p.m. I didn't get seated until 643 p.m. what was the point of the online reservation??? I didnt get an apology or anything. The waitress was fine she brought the bread out because we were very hungry. The appetizers took about 30 minutes to come out and it was another 30 to 40 minutes for the food to come out. My wings were cold I guess they were sitting waiting on the other food. My sister broccoli was cold and hard. The cook never brought the new order she requested. New update: 4/22/23 I made an online reservation for 600 pm. We were seated about 605🤗 Our server was very nice. We had to ask for silverware. A different server brought our food out. We had to wait for our server to return to our table before we could starting we needed condiments and fresh bread. My sweet potato was miniature. She brought a new sweet potato it was a little bigger but it was smashed like someone was upset so I didn't eat it. Overall the food was good. Just a few kinks but nevertheless it was a pretty good day. Oh yeah it was my son 13th birthday they didn't do anything special. ☹️

First, the location is down the streets from the projects for anyone who needs to hear that. Second, when I arrived at the takeout and informed that I was using Apple Pay, the hostess took my food back and didn’t return for about five minutes saying she had to hunt down the machine. I was sheet a little late but didn’t want them to have made the food for nothing so I still showed up. I felt if I were White that she would not have taken my food back while she went to hunt down the machine. The final straw was the good! It was posted with zero care. My tomatoe was soggy, my lettuce was barely present, and my onion blossom petals were poorly fried with the batter falling off. You would be better off to go across the street to Chili’s or even Wendy’s tops this. This was my first time eating Outback honestly; it’s not one of my go too’s but they have to be better than this! I do not have anything against Outback but RUN from this location. Thirty plus dollars on hamburgers wasted.

Got there was told about 5 minutes before being seated. No problem. Got seated. 27 minutes later finally got to put in order for drinks. Went ahead and ordered food at same time drinks went in. Got drinks and food fairly quick after putting in order. I ordered medium rare steak Got served well done. Never seen our waiter after that. Asked different employees for ketchup for that awful steak and fries. Never got it. Had to go find another employee to get check so we could leave.

Chelsea was one of the best servers! We had a huge group ( 30 plus ) and she made sure we were all served quickly and efficiently. We never were without drinks. Our food was served in a very quick manner. We couldn’t ask for any better server , food or environment

My ribeye was great. My spouse wanted prime rib. The menu said it was available on weekends. When he ordered it he was told it wasn't ready yet. The waiter went and asked about it. He came back and told us it would be ready in 25 minutes. We waited and it was very rare. The problem with the atmosphere was that there was a rank smell coming from somewhere. It smelled like a soured mop or cloth had been used somewhere near us. We were seated near the kitchen.
