Well appointed rooms designed in a minimalist style Amazing top roof terrace with a very stylish bar offering awesome cocktails, a beautiful pool and amazing views from the heights over Funchal and the ocean, I simply loved to enjoy the sunrise light early in the morning, the best possible start of the day! Very cute unexpected touches such as the fresh pieces of fruit or the freshly baked croissants hang on your door in the morning Washing facilities were perfect for hiking holiday makers I did not try the restaurant but the menu sounded very appealing to me What really made the difference was the extraordinary assistance provided by Sidonio all throughout my journey: before, during and even after my stay. He is a very professional front desk manager, sharing his personal tips of any kind to help you enjoy Funchal and its gastronomy to the most. A real asset for the hotel! He loves his job and you can tell

Perfect stay! On arrival, the staff were extremely accommodating by giving us a tour of the hotel and our room, booking a rental car for us and then sharing tips via what’s app! We were also able to communicate with reception via what’s app for the week. The rooms are extremely spacious, the bed is very comfortable and the pastries left at the door each morning are a lovely touch. There is tonnes of parking available and it is very central in Funchal! The rooftop pool is perfect and the hotel restaurant and cocktail bar are 10/10. One constructive piece of feedback would be that the washing machine and water self service provided is incredible, however, I still think each room should have its own iron. That being said, it is the absolute the perfect stay in Madeira!

This hotel is amazing in the centre of Funchal. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and give you so much information about activities to do around the island. They leave fresh pastries on your hotel room every morning. The apartment we stayed in was fabulous with literally everything you could ever need. And the rooftop pool and bar 😍😍😍😍. Words will not do justice to describe how beautiful it is. I will be back to Maderia and WILL absolutely be staying here again.

Can’t say enough positive things about Three House. From the welcoming and helpful staff to the cleanliness and location. Plus the roof top bar omg!! It’s completely dreamy up there. The staff was so helpful with recommendations for dining, whale watching etc…. We liked it so much we came back for two nights at the end of our stay on the island. It’s central location makes exploring Funchal so easy! We will be back. Thank you Three House!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and our stay was marvelous! It was by far our best holiday experience ever. The apartment we stayed in consisted of a spacious bedroom and living room/kitchen, equipped with everything that can be expected: coffee machine, dish washer, cookware, airco... Rooms are modern and cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. Hotel staff and management are very friendly, professional and interested in helping you to get the most of your stay. Croissants or freshly baked pastries are delivered every morning to the room (even though the hotel doesn't count this as a "full" breakfast, it was very welcome and it covered most of our needs). The hotel is located very centrally in Funchal and near plenty of good restaurants. We got some restaurant recommendations from the hotel staff which turned out very good as well as just trying other restaurants or bars just following our instinct. The hotel also has an own restaurant with very tasty dishes and a trendy rooftop cocktail bar. The rooftop swimming pool is very pleasant and large enough (around 18-20 m) for some (moderate) swimming. Usually it was quite calm to swim with most guests enjoying the sun. Other guests were well-behaved and calm. With a rental car, there is also plenty of nature to see on Madeira. The hotel has a parking on the underground floors which is accessible with the hotel key card, which is also a great convenience. Anyway, we can highly recommend this hotel as a great place to spend a holiday on the very beautiful Madeira.

Best dining experience I've ever had. Food was excellent and the staff were really attentive and friendly, without being intrusive. We ordered the rib eye and fish tacos as well as the fried ice cream! this place tastes like fine dining without the prices. would strongly recommend. *we didn't stay in the hotel, only ate in the restaurant

Well located, comfortable apartment rooms, amenities with pool (though too cold in October), rooftop bar. Miguel was so helpful in providing us with itineraries and tips for our stay via Whatsapp. The service made such a difference to the experience. The location is next to old town, great restaurants which the staff will recommend to you. I would suggest taking the cable car up if you plan to do Monte instead of driving since that's nearby, driving up these steep hills is no mean feat!

Stop looking and book this place! Rooms are amazing, spotless and spacious. The whole hotel has amazing taste (a lot of it you can buy downstairs in the shop).
