I only give it a 3 because one day when I took a kitten, one of the employees was yelling at a frespuder to shut up, that if she kept crying she was going to hit her. I just stared at my partner, thinking that if the dog was hospitalized it was for something, and that's not the way to treat a sick dog. They also think more about getting money from you than about the animal. In the end, a factory to make more money.
