What happened? We go once a week and they have been doing good, but the last two weeks, they have forgotten items in the order!? Forgot two sandwiches and a french fry today! The fries we did receive had a couple that weren't even cooked! When we went back to get the missed items, the chicken sandwich was cooked but not even hot or warm like usual - almost like it had been sitting out! Really unacceptable. Will change review once they figure their issues out.

Yummy old fashioned hamburgers. They are well seasoned and come out fresh and hot! Update: I sat in the waiting area from 9:25p to after 10:00p and did not receive any food! Parents came and picked up their kids and employees drove off the lot. I ordered the fish with a side of broccoli. I saw everyone around me get their food while I waited patiently. I finally flagged down a worker and was told he would check. A girl came out to ask what my order was I just said give me my money back. My car ran all that time and I didn't get anything to eat. I had just eaten there 2 days ago. This place went from sugar to s#^÷ in 2 days!

We ate here for lunch for the first time on Saturday! They had a wide range of options that were so affordable. We loved everything we ordered, but the Pretzel bites and cheese stood out the most. We were more than impressed and we're excited to go back! The service was also 10/10!

The food was decent, but not much flavor. I couldn't really taste the hamburger over the condiments. The fish was soggy. We did take it home to eat, so maybe it would have been better had we eaten it there. They did cook it fresh, which is a big positive. The staff was friendly, which is a rarity these days. Edit: We recently went back and had the same burger experience. But the fish was really good and not soggy at all.

Disappointed. This is the closest location to me (3 hours) and I was thoroughly disappointed. I’m a huge fan of Culver’s and this location left me mad. Overly salted cheese curds-so salty that I couldn’t eat them. Overcooked and dry burger. The only good was the coke. I know this location is new but I won’t be going back to this location, anytime soon.

This is one of the most amazing fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. I honestly don’t know were to start, the staff especially Susan ( I love her accent 💕) and John will welcome you with such warm and kindness, to the establishment ALWAYS being clean and welcoming to the food ALWAYS being served fresh and hot. I stopped going to all the other restaurants once I found this place. It’s family friendly and they have so many food options to choose from, whether you like chicken, burgers Or seafood. They have THE BEST FRENCH FRIES 🍟 too. They also give discounts for children on certain days and they have an amazing selection of frozen custards 😋. This is one of my favorite places to eat whether I’m dining in or getting takeout. A Must Try if you are in the Fuquay-Varina area.

This restaurant is pretty delicious. These aren't your typical fast food burgers. The patties are thin seasoned well with lots of cheese and fresh toppings. I would order a double in whatever burger you order. My wife always gets a single but I want the beef so I get the double. The buns are buttered and delicious. Fries are crinkle cut and golden brown. Make sure to save room for the custard. If you are eating in go ahead and order the custard with the rest of your food. They'll wait to prepare your frozen treat till you're ready. Then they will bring it to your table. Every time I've visited, the staff was very friendly. Want fast food? Want a burger or chicken sandwich? Stop here and forget the golden arches, You'll be glad you did.

We enjoyed dinner on a Tuesday evening. Culvers was busy but not crowded. You can order at the front or find a seat and scan a qr code and order from your table. Your food is brought to your table. There is an outside, covered seating area. I enjoyed the Strawberry summer salad. I substituted their veggie patty for the chicken on top. I had the Culvers vinaigrette which is like a balsamic. I really enjoyed the salad. Everything was very fresh. I enjoyed a cup of their chocolate custard with strawberries and pecans. They do.not scimp on the toppings and I had strawberries and pecans with each bite. Very good! The bathrooms were clean. My youngest son works at this location and I will also give them a shout-out as a good employer. My son enjoys working there.

We came as a family of six knowing that Culver's has great ice cream. We had full dinners. I chose the fish & chips and a hot fudge sundae. The sundae was good. But yo me, the star was the fish & chips. The fish was so good! It tasted fresh with crispy breading. The fries were perfectly cooked and the slaw cut just right, seasoned just right, and tasted just right. Hope to make another trip soon!!

I absolutely love this place. So professional & people friendly. Foods always fresh & delicious, Staff rocks. If you want a wonderful food experience make that trip to Culver's, you won't be disappointed. They get my family's stamp of approval. Thumbs up for this location😍🥰

Culver's is great. I've tried several different things before this review, and it's been pretty good. They have an extensive drink menu that's excellent, and the food menu has a great variety of choices. The customer service is grade A, and my food comes faster than expected every time. My only gripe is the small number of locations. Culver's would run a lot of other fast food chains out of town if they expanded.

Food, service and ambience are average but the portions are quite small.

I recently reviewed them and gave them four stars but after my experience last week I have reevaluated my review of them. I did a pickup order and all of our burgers were wrong which is upsetting because we all have allergies and so things that I asked for it to be left off or left on. Is ice cream wrong? We asked for chocolate malts and we got chocolate with some kind of strawberry jam in them. And the manager emailed me and said they could offer me a free hamburger next time I was in and that to me is not compensation.

Stopped by to get my 8 year old something to eat and had our little dog as we were going to the vet nearby. I can’t really give a detailed review on the food, my son got a corn dog kids meal which he devoured! The fries I tried were really good though. My main reason for leaving a review is for Antoinette who was running our drive through window! She was awesome, super friendly! Saw our pup in the back and asked if he could have a pup cup! We had never been but this experience made our day! Thank you Antoinette for bringing smiles to both my boys faces!

Always consistent and has a gluten free bun option! That tastes exactly like normal bread, and comes individually wrapped.

First impressions: the food here is better quality than the average fast food. Had a burger, fries, cheese curds and shake. All were pretty good. It wasn't the fastest but not crazy slow either. It's a little pricey for fast food. I would come back for the cheese curds but that is about it. Just cheaper options out there that are just as good.

The Buffalo Chicken Tenders are really spicy for a fast food restaurant; unexpected, but I love spiciness. Beware of you going have the tolerance. The cheese curds have a nice bit of seasoning. The fries were ok, but nothing special. Everything was made fresh and brought to me (I went inside to order), but not really fast.

A nice leisurely outing with my daughter. This was our 1st time dining in, we've done the drive-thru numerous times. Ordering at the counter was quick although it took much longer for our meals to reach us. However our food was freshly made & hot upon arrival at our booth. The custard samples were a cool treat while waiting for our meals. Culver's shrimp plate and North Atlantic cod plate continue to be our favorite choices. 😋

The point reason I rated the food a 4 is because the burger was a little cool, but fries were perfectly hot and crispy. The frozen custard is amazing and super filling. We sat outside. Great outdoor patio. I definitely will go back.

When we walked into the restaurant, I immediately noticed that it was very clean. The guy who took our order was super friendly and courteous. My husband and I ordered burgers and fries. Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. After we ate our lunch, we went back to order dessert. My husband got some vanilla ice cream, and I got a milkshake. We ordered from a different person, who seemed a little annoyed that we were there. He definitely wasn't as friendly as the first one. But the ice cream and milkshake were both very good. We really enjoyed eating there and will return.

I really like the food. The hamburger is probably the best fast food hamburger around Fuquay. Their custard is really good also. The fried fish and shrimp are very delicious. The fries are the weak spot of the restaurant for me. I just don't think they are as good compared to other fast food restaurants. I usually get the onion rings as a substitute. The customer service is good. They treat their customers a lot better than the standard fast food restaurant. The only reason I gave the customer service four stars is because on several occasions, I have stood at the counter trying to get something I needed ( plate, silverware, etc). The staff never asked if I needed something. They were talking to other staff members and not really paying attention to the customers.

We had a spirit night at Culver's so we got to know the team well over our 4 hour shift. The manager, Jason, is a wonderfully kind and patient man who takes great care of his employees. The employees are hard working, respectful, and seem to genuinely enjoy the job. The food is fresh and served quickly. 10/10...highly recommend Culver's in Fuquay!

The single burger and fries made a welcome meal after a long day at work. The staff was attentive. The food was freshly prepared. Great option for a burger fix.
