I loved this hotel. It’s a true 5 star hotel in every aspect, unlike other hotels that say they’re 5 star. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are nice and speak English. The rooms were very big. The bathroom was exceptional. The shower and bath were a 6/5. Oh huge plus is they have VPN, so you can use your phone normally, and their WiFi was great! The only things I didn’t like were 1) the bed was hard as a rock. It was so hard that I had to stay after 1 night and couldn’t go back. Truly sad because everything else was 5/5. 2) the lighting in the room is very dark. And the lights kept flickering which was annoying and weird. The lights also are super annoying because you have to go to 10 light switches to brighten the room a little. I don’t remember there being an “on” master switch, only remember seeing an off switch. It was impossible to see inside the closet it was so dark. 3) carpet in the room was wrong and didn’t match the room and felt old looking. That was the only visual issue. Overall this is a 5/5. Too bad I couldn’t go back because the bed was so hard, I would’ve stayed there for the 6 weeks I was here for, and that’s the only reason I gave it a 4/5. The bed was not luxurious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Langham Shenzhen is since my first stay my favourite hotel in Asia. Every stay is enchanting, there is a constant quality of service and attention to detail. I had an almost 5 years gap between 2 visits and I am more than happy to see and say nothing has changed but in a good way. Rooms are huge, clean, Bathroom are big and bright. There are many quality adon inside each room. Executive rooms are amazing. Club is lovely designed, and well maintained. There are several food options and they are all delicious (western and asian). This hotel has one of the best baguette I ate in China or Hong Kong. Breakfast buffet is huge, with several custom options. It is a foodie paradise. In room food is great as well. But what I value more is the service, the kindness of the staff. You can see there is a proper training to have this standart of service and it is highly appreciable. I will miss staying in this hotel as I’m relocating our of Asia. Langham Shenzhen is a sure value to feel in a luxury environment where any of your need will be fulfilled. Congratulations for keeping this level of quality over the years.

Beautiful and stylish place to stay. The club level overlooks a great view and is most generously designed with loads of space and natural light.
