Very friendly staff, always courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are mediocre. It is far too warm - there is no air conditioning, unfortunately opening the windows is not an option due to the street noise. The beds are ok. The TV was very small. Breakfast was good. I didn't find any grain rolls. Sauna was closed despite the measures have largely been abolished. Price performance doesn't fit. I did not receive the prices available on the website. I couldn't book online. There is no function for this. As far as the equipment is concerned, it's a bit old. The hotel is not a 4 star standard.

A very nice hotel located close to the train station and still in the countryside. All employees are friendly and accommodating, and even special requests were no problem. Breakfast is also great, which you can have on the terrace. Recommendation 👍👍

Rooms are good, the location in front of the old town is ideal. Sprinter parking spaces are also available, which is a big advantage as a tradesman because the vehicle does not fit in the underground car park.

The hotel is in a good location in Amberg. The service and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rich breakfast was very tasty, the room was cozy but very nicely furnished. I will definitely come again to stay with you.

Good service, good breakfast, but nothing special, just a normal hotel. Not expensive

The Allee Parkhotel is a good business hotel. The rooms are clean and larger than average. The bathroom offers the usual amenities (large shower, hairdryer, etc.). You have to compromise on breakfast (relatively limited selection) and noise. I think it's perfectly fine when the windows are closed, although you can hear the highway when the windows are open. My room was on the city side. You can walk to various restaurants in the city center in 5 minutes and you can park for free in the parking spaces in front of the hotel or in the public parking garage for €2.50 (you have to tell the information desk, then you will get a different card) For me a solid/good hotel, which I recommend for business travelers

First the negative, then the positive: -I was not told when checking in that the underground parking was free for hotel guests and I had to pay for the first day. -On arrival in suites a bottle of sparkling wine is brought to the room, for some reason I was given wine. -The glazing and soundproofing are not particularly good and you can hear all the souped-up cars in rooms facing the street, which makes it difficult to fall asleep. -The heating switched off or was turned down during the night and it was 17 degrees in the room. - The TV doesn't always find a signal. -The remote control was empty. -The hairdryer in one of the bathrooms goes off after a minute. -The drain cover in the shower was loose. -Despite my "Do Not Disturb" sign, my room was entered and cleaned. Let's get to the good: -Maybe the hotel is so clean because the cleaning ladies ignore the do not disturb signs. I didn't find a speck of dust anywhere. -The breakfast is good. -The staff is super nice. Overall, the hotel has a late 90s or early 2000s feel to it with its decor and website photos.

For the price the stay in the location was okay, unfortunately the underground parking had to be paid extra for the motorcycle but it was also okay

After reading the reviews, I booked our stay from July 12th following the chat contact. on July 13, 2023. The location to the city is perfect, the location of our room on the third floor 304 is unreasonable. Traffic ends around 1 a.m., the freight trains ran every half hour before midnight. Closing the windows was out of the question at this temperature. 26.7 degrees at night with the window open, even with the window closed the noise could be heard, sleeping at over 26 degrees was out of the question. I already complained about this after checking in. Answer, it would be a little quieter in the evenings. Why didn't I choose a room facing the park? This wasn't mentioned to me in the chat or when I booked E-mail traffic offered. That's why I can't comment on the staff, breakfast. The fact was that we decided to leave at 4:30 a.m. without breakfast. We would possibly come back if only in winter with the option of a quiet room, although the railway line also runs there, due to the good location.

Hotel is situated near the citicenter, bus and train station, so everything is in walking distance. For parking is possible to use garage which is right below the hotel. Rooms are big enough with standard equipment. View is nice into the park, unfortunately hotel is located near the main road, so it is a little bit more noisy. Breakfast is not that rich, but it ´s the only negative.

Had a room with bedroom loft, never been a fan of the 2 single mattresses, but that Europe. Room was cleaned everyday and fridge was refilled with beer. Walking distance to everything you need. Hotel covers underground parking as well.

Nice place to stay in Amberg. On the border of the oldtown. You can park in the garage. Everything reacable in a walking distance. Nice big rooms.

Fantastic staff there who are capable of helping out in English for those of us who don't speak Deutsch very well. The hotel is clean, located close to everything in the city, the breakfast is fantastic, and I really can't say enough good things about the place or the people who work there. I've traveled to Germany for business 5 times now and stay here every time.

Nice hotel close to resteraunts (3 min walk). Beutiful rooms, recommend getting a room on the park side. Frendly staff. They don't have an iron to lend you though. I thought that was a little strange.

Good hotel in center of Amberg with parking garage. Most rooms are quite large and beds are great. Shower is great too. Breakfast is simple, but sufficient. Staff is always friendly.
