We have already traveled to several countries with Hörmann Reisen and it was always very nice, or what was promised was kept according to the descriptions. The bus drivers, bus dressers and the booked city guides on city trips were always interested in making everything as nice as possible and, above all, with motivation and always in a good mood. The buses have great Wi-Fi, power sockets and plenty of space to sit and have enough recline to allow you to sleep.

After our vacation we contacted Hörmann because the hotel was unsatisfactory and there were several deficiencies. They were more likely to be shut down with their complaints instead of being heard. After about 4 weeks, I still haven't received a reply to my message. That was probably the first and last time we book a trip here!

We regularly give away trips and excursions with Hörmann and have always been satisfied! Everything works smoothly, the offering is varied and the prices are reasonable. Bus trips are particularly great for older people when long car journeys are no longer possible. We would be happy to see even more day trips in the program, precisely because they make such great gifts.

I talked through my last trip to the southern Adriatic to San Benedetto del Tronto in the Hotel Imperial at Hörmann Reisen. I passed on my last impressions of the beautiful hotel and the Palm Rivera to a travel advisor.

Wir haben eine Reise nach Söll zum Nachtrodeln gebucht. Es wurde seit der Buchung der Zustieg 3 mal verlegt. Aber das wäre nebensächlich gewesen… Denn leider haben wir dann tatsächlich 2 (!!!) Tage vor der Reise eine Absage vom Busunternehmen Hörmann bekommen! Im gesamten Buchungsprozess ist es nicht und nirgendwo ersichtlich dass die Fahrt abgesagt werden könnte! Nun stehen wir da, und wir haben uns so gefreut und wir sind wirklich enttäuscht. Bei der Frage, wann das Geld zurück überwiesen wird, bekamen wir die Aussage, dass dies schon irgendwann die nächsten 2 Wochen passieren wird! Unprofessionell! Kurz um: Es war ein totaler Reinfall. Wir werden nicht mehr buchen.

We went with Hörmann Reisen to Europa Park in Rust for winter magic with the bus driver Kai and the travel companion Astrid. The trip was well organized and the two Hörmann employees were very friendly. There was even a delicious breakfast on board with fresh rolls from the bakery. We will travel with Hörmann again. Thank you for the well-organized trip to Europa Park.

Hörmann Reisen ist seit vielen Jahren einer fester Bestandteil unserer Reiseplanung. Wir reisen mittlerweile in der dritten Generation mit Hörmann und wurden bisher nie enttäuscht. Wenn tatsächlich mal ein Problem aufgetreten ist, hat sich Hörmann Reisen immer schnell um eine gute Lösung bemüht. Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf unseren Urlaub im nächsten Jahr, den wir heute gebucht haben, weil wir jetzt schon wissen, dass er wieder toll werden wird.

Super Busfahrer, super Reiseleitung. Super Organisation der Musicalreise Tina nach Stuttgart. Wir waren mit Hermann Reisen voll zufrieden. 100 Punkte. Das einzig Negative der Externe Caterer für das Buffet war unterirdisch. 30€ eine Frechheit. Organisation mies und Angebot für die Menge an Menschen zu wenig

Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Meribel! Die Busfahrer sind alle super! Alles sehr entspannt!

Soeben entspannt aus Kroatien zurück gekommen. Das Personal an Bord war so super zuvorkommend, flott , freundlich,auch bei nervigen Gästen :-) .Die Fahrer haben uns sicher und entspannt gefahren . Für einen mehr als fairen Preis haben wir ein mehr als gutes Hotel genossen, das insbesondere beim Essen keine Wünsche offen ließ. War zuvor nur auf Tagereisen,würde aber jetzt jederzeit wieder einen kompletten Urlaub buchen .5 Sterne.

... actually 0 stars for a completely inadequate protection concept ... our entire tour group of 4 became infected during the 11-hour bus ride ... A handful of fellow travelers were really sick, we had a continuous coughing concert for a full 11 hours, some of them so severe that it was as if they were hurting their lungs coughing out of your body... 11 hours in the middle of it all, you can't get up and leave. It is unacceptable that no protective measures are prescribed for people who are so obviously sick, and one accepts that the healthy majority of guests will also fall ill as soon as they are at home. We will avoid coaches in the future and will not recommend them to others as long as this health risk has not been eliminated. The solution would be simple: Anyone who is sick or feels sick must wear a mask on the bus, which the bus company would be happy to provide. And no, we are not even remotely in favor of the general mask requirement!

We spent a wonderful, successful and well-organized family vacation in Croatia. The journey there and back was totally relaxed and we arrived refreshed. Always happy to travel with Hörmann!!
