“MUST READ” Awareness post. Very very disappointed with TRENDS and it’s trap Offer. Today we have lost atleast 1000/- of our hard earned money. Let me brief for everyone’s awareness. FLAT 50% OFF (not True) - There should be a clear instructions placed in everywhere where it’s mentioned as 50% off. It is no where mentioned the bill amount should not exceed 7k or should be in multiples of 7K to avail 50% off. Please be aware any bill amount between Rs 7001-13999 is on MRP even it’s from 50% off rack. No one is going to tell this in this showroom branch as they don’t want to. This is robbery. There is no clarity provided to the offers and people in billing section should be trained to handle customers better, behave polite and think from customer’s perspective. Also another important thing - it is mentioned as 3K additional offer for the purchase but it is no where mentioned as it’s 3 different categories we have to purchase, it’s basically a trap. I didn’t expect this from Reliance… Robbing on middle class innocence. There is a huge hustle in billing as no one understands the logic behind the offer even in billing section they are responding tactically and showing face.

This is new and latest location for trends. Located on roadside with two floors. First floor has ladies collection and second floor with gents collections. They have latest and good collection, worth for money. It is difficult to find your size as the racking is not proper. Please be ready for long queue as billing time will be twice more than the shopping time even if there is only couple of them are in queue.

Guduvancheri outlet very huge than tambaram, Chrompet, pondy bazar outlets. Billing counters are more.but only one is opened for billing. Spacious two, four wheeler parking.

Had a extreme bitter experience We went as a group of girls They spoke inappropriately about the time we took in the trial rooms even a male manager stepped in the argument and spoke without any respect and we were quite offended

Shop for 3999 and get 3999 free offer is totally fake. We shopped for 8k and during billing they simply exclude 2k worth product and asked for more purchase to get that offer at the last moment that too i confirmed with them before shopping itself. We spent around 4 hours and it was total waste. Poor customer service and fake offers, literally wasting our time.

The latest offer, the pay 3999 get 3999 worth of apparel free plus 2000 coupon off, is a total lie. We bought 10000 worth of clothes. When we did the math, we should only pay 4000. But they were confusing us, saying that terms and condition and other nonsense and made us pay 6000. We asked them but they said coupons were expired—which still had 2 more weeks—and saying stuff like math doesn’t add up and stuff. Really was the worst experience, and it is in multiple branches. We are most definitely not shopping here again. Very bad. They scamming everyone and ripping money off people’s wallets. This is to the owner.

Trends gave coupons before one month with validity from NOVEMBER 15 to dec ..very clever to have coupons after Diwali so that we can't use coupons for Diwali shopping

Actually given 3 star as I went on a specific purpose of buying a night pant for an urgent need which can not be considered as a regular shopping. Didn't go through the options and choices. May be when I buy next time, I'll go through fully and give proper review.

I always face the difficulty while trying to make an online payment... None of the swiping machine is functional... No matter which branch we purchase.. issue persist.. Best way is to pay cash and get... Please check for the quality and color or whatever you need while you make the purchase because the exchange is again a Idiot process ... Be aware

Worst response. I went for exchange. My frnd brought the dress for me. But size is smaller. So I went the shop, I said I don't have bill please help me mam. This is the 1st time I come for exchange. Not body will always keep the bill in hand. I ask shall I show the gpay screenshot also, but they said no. And I tell them I buy other 3 tops also for exchanging 1top. But poor treating. I didn't expect this from trends. Only money are wasted in this shop. If we brought it in the normal shop itself they simply believed us...

New born or upto 1year kids dresses are not available or very very limited. If you are planning to use festival offers, then better check with store keepers whether the dress you pick comes under offer or not.

Don't go and waste your precious time with Buy 1 get 1 offer. None of the dresses matches the offer and end up paying double the price. I think it's a marketing Strategy to make us buy for double price

This is very big showroom for apperals.I could find many varieties here than any other reliance trends shop.Corteous staff, one SA helped me to find all sizes I need for family. very neatly maintained, this has good indoor parking along with curb side parking.Worth shopping here.

Nice collections. Affordable price range. Parking space could roughly accomodate 10 cars and 25 bikes. Not very crowded at the moment, as it's a new outlet.

Amazing experience. Varieties can be added especially Designs available pan india. Store ambience is bit dull and it affects a lot during shopping.

I purchased phants here last week and in first wash it passed on its colour to other clothes. attaching the my kids pic with white boxes turning green. Not sure if I am getting genuine branded clothes here.
