Really had service . I booked the room online. When I arrived here they asked me for 2000 more saying they don't have any affiliation with Make my Trip and they are in loss of they don't get 2000 more. This is completely unacceptable. Don't book your room here. Please for god's sake avoid this place. Area is not safe for women in my opinion

Please whoever is reading this do not book this hotel . Reasons are : 1. They try to fool you saying online bookings are not accepted even though you paid full amount . They will ask you to pay more if you need that room. 2.The place is very interior and doesn't not at all look safe . 3. The hotel staff do not treat you properly and are rude. 4. The OYO customer care out of all . They just keep redirecting you to every other place and you will lose all your money .They do their best not to provide refund . They won't answer your questions properly and just cancel the call sometimes. Very very disappointed in Oyo .

The guy in the reception does not treat people well. He offered a pathetic room initially. Said that everything else is booked. After refusing to stay in that pathetic room, he gave a good room. Hotel receptionists should be welcoming and not like him. Everything else was good.

Due to emergency situation, asked for early check-in, They denied even though there are more than one empty rooms. I paid extra amount., left immediately because of unclean bed. Staff ultra harsh behavior very remote location, no public transport access nearby. Accessibility through ola cab also very hectic In all aspects best to avoid this junk, not worth for single star Add on 13nov22 Got reply from oyo today, Not require an apology,will i get my additional ₹500 back. It's unprofessional and disappointing experience with OYO Flagship 28658 The Swarg Residence. After riding 400kms , I wanted to eat and rest...I reached the property around 1PM today. They denied a room to me because they are not connected with booking.com and they are not doing any online bookings but only walk ins. I requested them to book be a room the property person was charging me 1500 per night where as through app it was 990 for 2 nights. And the person in the reception telling the property person that I am a woman so consider the fact and let me allow me. I don't need a @#$% favour.. This was my pathetic and disappointing experience with OYO and Booking.com. Will definitely hesitate to book online in future after this experience

Room was good enough. But bathrooms water supply was not good. We have booked 2 rooms... and in both the rooms water supply was not good. In one room water was continuously flowing from the tap, and in wash basin water supply was not even there. And in other room bathroom commode water was flowing out. We have complained to the manager they said that we are going to call plumber, but no one came to solve this. Room service was good.

Not at all worth for single star. Rooms and beds are not cleaned properly. Won't accept the payment mentioned online.. Charging 1300 for 12hrs. Overprice for the room. Smelly rooms and uncleaned beds. Think before booking for a stay.

I paid the money online from an app. But when I went there they asked me to pay offline. What they told me is we're not accepting online booking. If this was the situation they should've informed me before. The receptionist is worst.

The Swarg Residence is poorly maintained. I have booked few rooms for family function this month(OCT) and in one room the AC was not working and in other room the tap was repair. In most rooms washbasin will not work. Don't pay full amount before you inspect the room. They will give many false promises. Don't believe them. The rooms are not suitable for family members.

The service was not good at all. No one is usually available at the reception if you want anything. No cups, glasses, water jugs are available. Bed sheets were not clean and there was no water in flush and wash basin. Only book this room if it’s an emergency and you have nowhere to stay, you will get the AC room.

Bad behaviour, they asked extra RS.500 even we pay and booked online, We reached room on 11pm they simply said give extra rs.500 otherwise room will not allocate, And you can also cancell and there is no refund as they said, So we have chance on that late night and no way to book any other room, after bargaining we paid extra 400 rupees for that room, Very worst and rude behaviour, Behave like rowdy. I have booked for a single night at rs 800 in online but the owner said that we are not accepting online and then after 20 min said that give 300 more then after taking room only ac works tv not working no bucket nothing water issues then the main thing is location which is like you feel where am I in village or what seriously it doesn't deserve for a single star totally cheap service.

Avoid this OYO Hotel - Unreliable and Unsafe Experience I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with an OYO hotel booked through goibibo and feel obligated to share it with fellow travelers to prevent anyone else from going through the same ordeal. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to discover that there were no available rooms, despite my confirmed online booking. The hotel staff simply shrugged off their responsibility and asked me to contact goibibo for cancellation. This left me feeling unsafe and vulnerable, especially since it was already 11:00 pm. Desperate for a place to stay, I reached out to a taxi driver for help, and he tried his best to find another hotel for me. Unfortunately, most hotels were full due to medical MBBS admissions, making it even more challenging to find accommodation. Finally, after a stressful search lasting until 1:00 am, we managed to find an alternative hotel. However, the overall experience had already left me feeling disappointed and wary of ever booking another OYO hotel. To add to the frustration, the customer service from both OYO and goibibo was subpar. When I contacted goibibo for assistance, they tried to mediate with OYO, but the latter was unwilling to help. Thankfully, goibibo refunded my money and offered a reimbursement charge, but the entire ordeal left me with a sour taste in my mouth. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking this particular OYO hotel or, perhaps, any OYO property in general. The lack of room availability and uncooperative customer service are red flags that suggest an unreliable and potentially unsafe experience.
