Dr. Prem sir is highly experienced and gives accurate results which helps in timely management. Everyone here are talking about waiting hours. But you all should know one thing. Ultrasound scanning is not like just taking photo.they have to trace and identify the problem and it's severity. That too doing scan for a constantly moving baby inside a pregnant women is very difficult. We can't even take one photo properly with a playing child. But we expect scan doctors to do scan for a baby inside mother immediately. How is it possible? So don't worry about waiting hours. He is more skilled and gives exact results. I definitely recommend here.

The reception staffs are rude. My mom had low sugar and was about to faint, instead of helping they were only asking questions like why you didn't you eat and come. It was 8.30 in the morning, she started here at 7.45 hence she didn't eat. we are asking for sugar they are just doing their work, this was inhumae. They are not even looking at you when you come to the counter and responds to you only in an arrogant way. Please consider recruiting/training your staff to be friendly with people. People coming there are coming with some kind of sickness and being rude to them makes them feel low. Other than this no complaint on procedures, results are clear and on time. If you have friendly and active staffs it would be Excellent.

Receptionist PPL Dr. Prem sir is really good, hope he recruit knowledgeable and good person in near future. The staffs are spoiling the Prem scan name, The worst part is the billing person is very slow in typing everything Evening 6.30 not even that so crowd still they act very slowly in reception Only few PPL can handle the situation. Went to PREM Scans for the first time today, found it thru Google search and reviews. Their response and care for the customers is very professional and personalized. They maintained the facility well cleaned and neat, The scan doctor was very courteous to pay attention to my concern and clarified my question based on symptoms told, It felt worth the time and money spent here. I will surely recommend for others.

Myself and my wife went to Prem Scans on 19th November 2023 for Master Health check up - Gold. The registration process goes very simple. Then we went to give blood samples for fasting and post fasting, Ms Shalini and Ms Priyanka did it very smoothly. Likewise ECG, XRAY, ULTRA SONIC ABDOMEN, women wellbeing tests for my wife took without much delay. ECG, XRAY and Ultra sonic results were given once the tests completed, informed blood results will be given after 6pm. Overall very money and time saving Master Health Check up done. Recommended to everyone.

Worst worst hospitality.even though no patient they will make u wait for long. We waited for a scan for an hour and requested 3 times to address soon as there is no patient. But still they don't care to put us on waiting and no proper reply. when we lost our patience, the scan doctor says to refund the money to their staffs. Worst experience

If you know the people inside then u go direct in without wait. But if you don't, u have to wait for 3 - 4 hrs. When u check, they say that the others have taken appointment, if they give appointment then they should inform prior rather than making the patients wait.

The experience in the scan center was good . Clean and pleasant. I did MRI and got the film within 10 mins . But i would prefer getting the report soon rather than waiting for 4 hrs even if it is sent through watsapp. Please look into it.

One of the best scan center they provide a detailed reports for all scans and accurate report for all rest. Well trained and very experienced staff quick service and report also providing as early as possible and very nice and approaching with great support i wish your scan center to well grow.

Very good infrastructure. Staff members were polite to attend the patient especially during covid pandemic situation, they were very supportive to help the patient. Doctors were kind and explained clearly about the scan details. Over all, it's too good to trust.

Hospital and Dr Prem are good, but still they want to be equipped for each test, in our case they collected the payment in advance and arranging for the kits, still after 2hours, when we asked, they are saying that still arranging, if there is going to be delay, after arranging the kits they can ask us to come, instead of wasting everyone's time, so please......

Absolutely 5 star for doctor prem. Good radiologist and his way of interaction makes people to feel good. Answering all questions politely without any hesitation. I can understand,even though the center under construction but still need little improvement should be needed.. please consider this as a suggestion.. Don't forget to place Sanitizer on front desk.. Provide blanket (covering sheet) on scan room which makes quiet comfortable for ladies. Try to make appointments on schedule to avoid huge crowd and it minimize Waiting time.. Worst service, toooo long waiting hours. No response even for preganant ladies. The staffs don't even care to ask you, even if you sit there for hours together.

We went for abdominal pain for my father, He diagnosed small problem in umbilicus and reduced the gut inside abdomen. With in minutes, my father relived of pain. My doctor explained the grave situation and need of surgery was avoided, by acting on time. Good Skill by the dr. Many Thanks.

Infra is worst. Unfortunately, the day I visited there is no water supply in the washroom itseems, due to this whole place smelled so bad. And the scan centre doesn't seem to worry about it. Worst experience. No idea why a doctor will refer this kind of centre. Ecg, xray taken at same room which looked like dump yard. No cleanliness at all. Xray room doesn't have a red light indication outside like all the other centre had. And the horrible point is that there is a dump yard in front of the scan center.

Decent place but have difficulty in mobilty of patients here because of inconvenient location and it's not located on the main road

Worst ever experience...they are cheaters...i called them for mri scan..they asked me to watsapp the prescription...after seeing the prescription they said it will cost 5000 rs..but after coming to the scan centre...they are asking me Rs.8000...when i asked them n showed the watsapp chat,they got scared...they were whispering in each other's ears...they said we can explain u about the costing...so it means they can change their price whenever they want...never go to this scan centre

My god wait time for ULtrasound is pathetic. Doctor is really interested in checking his construction rather than patients. Most of them are waiting for more than an hour but he is very busy in checking the construction work.

Very friendly, polite and supporting staff guiding us every now and then. I went for complete medical check up and the price was very nominal and they changed plan without any fuss to accomodate one more test. Overall good experience.

Worst receptionist service . They said 24 hours functioning , after I reach there at morning 6:00 am, none was there, I called the reception, they said it’s open. I told them I reached the place, they said only blood test is 24 hours , scans start from 7:30 am. I said, I came for blood test, they said blood test also starts from 7:30 am. Too many lies . No proper support. Hence, it’s not 24*7. Better to visit this place between 9:00 am -6:00 pm .

Worst equipments... Waste of money... Took x-ray from this place... Very Poor quality images and maximum doctors refused to give opinion after seeing the x-ray... Doctors asks us to repeat the x-ray from any other good lab or scan center... Prem scans needs to upgrade or atleast service the equipments for better results...

all new machines especially MRI machine is less noisy and cost is affordable, most important thing is that Dr prem sir's diagnosis is excellant , trust worthy.

Worst appointment management and no token system is followed. Assistants will lie that they are calling patient in sequential order but they will provide the appointment and call the patient in known person order.

2 min walkable distance from main road. There has a sign board in entrance of the street, it lead us to the scan center. Waiting area has enough seats. Scan center is neat and clean. When I visit there only one doctor available. I don't know how many doctors are working there. So we have to wait little more time. Minimum we have to spend 2 hours in this center. There has childrens play area. Which has swing, slide and basketball activities.
