We had ordered a family bucket chicken and bucket biriyani.. The horror we saw when we opened thr bucket biriyani... not sure if the term bucket has changed its meaning though??? The so called bucket was the shape of a medium cup and even that said cup was filled only quarter portion of it??? Why this kind of scam???Refer the picture.. We are not getting it for free.. its been paid for and then this is what we get?? Such a pathetic condition.. has KFC brand stooped down so low that they are rationing on the ingredients and quantity.. we will be ordering from others from now on.. this has been a huge disappointment 😐😐🥴🥴😭😭

Worst experience ..I bought chicken burger which is grey in color,not fresh ..I asked to the concern person he said due its marination..its colour is like that.. The same zinger burger ordered in Tambaram outlet taste good..so this kfc Guduvanchery potheri provides only contaminated chicken...don't buy anything they cry to provide bill also .. If they give bill also they will tear the feedback and give ..so that we can't give feedback to kfc

Few things I want to highlight. 1. On a Sunday (11.06.2023) evening you can expect some crowd. But only one cashier was on duty out of available 3 counters. Such long queue to get the order placed. Visited around 8.30 pm 2. Some of the chairs are bent and we could notice at least a few customers falling from the chairs. 3. The steps of the staircase are broken at many places and covered up with carpet which is a safety hazard (Photos attached). Management has to ensure safety of their customers. 4. Quality of chicken was not upto the standards of KFC experienced elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the newly introduced Peri Peri Fried chicken as well as strips. Smoky red was better this time. They have peri peri fries option also. The masala was nice and spicy. It's just that the fries are not crispier for take away and delivery. I also ordered Veg Zinger burgers. The taste and quality was average compared to Chicken Zingers. The veg patty was not that great and there were less veggies. Coffee Mousse cake was also okay.

Good food. Nice ambience. They serve juicy chicken. Both Smoky Red and hot & crispy chicken tastes delicious. They do temperature check before entering and have sanitizer in the entrance.

The classic KFC experience. Food is top notch as usual. Ample parking space is also provided. The only issue was that they no longer accept digital payments (UPI, PayTM etc) even though it was clearly mentioned and is much needed in a pandemic like this.

Taste is yummy ..I ordered combos and double down chicken burger..But too much of oil in everything especially double down chicken heavy oil while eating oil is coming like juice.Reduce the oil content hereafter because childrens and old ages peoples also eating this .clean and neat ..Ambience ..Service is good …Light setting is different compared to other KFC

Easy to locate and lots of parking place. Prefer window side to enjoy the view. I am sure you will love it. Food delivery is bit slow but taste is same. French fries is worst. I can say its a romantic place. Interior and lighting are good. Nearby CUB ATM and A2B restaurants and OMR food street.

We have tried KFC per iperi chicken stripes are good and tasty. We have to wait for sometime to get our order that can be manageable. Parking is somewhat difficult to find the place.

ThIs KFCs quality has gone down. Each burger is served with very less white sauce in it. Even after complaining about this to people at the counter, they continue to do the same. Taste too is low, too oily, very dry breads are used and without sauce it sticks to your mouth. Making it difficult to chew and swallow.

Place was over crowded and they took way too much to place the order with only one counter, ambience was ok(needs little improvement). Taste/quality of the food was ok, cost of food was most expensive and not worth the money we pay for.

Had a bit bad experience here. We ordered 4 tandoori zinger burgers and two meal inclusive. When we had the burgers, lettuce and tandoori sauce was very very less. I have been a very big fan of kfc zinger burgers and I very well know how it used to be. But in this outlet, it was not prepared perfectly. Fried chicken was good and the fries came only after completing the whole meal. Overall a bitter experience and would never come to this outlet. When we went n requested, the staff was laughing saying that they’ll put that much only for all. Then, they added n gave which was totally unnecessary, they could have done it neatly n given at the first shot itself! Ambience, cleanliness was good. Staff was like talk to me in English attitude.. I wantedly ordered everything in tamil and he’s repeating it in English to my friend who is standing beside me ( I know he’s a pure Tamilian)

A place with good ambience on the 1st floor on GST road Opp. to Estancia. Place filled with young crowd from SRM. Same quality menu as everywhere. Some chicken pcs might be extra oily, I got replacement when pointed out.

Every time I order from this KFC I get my food atleast an hour late. I think they don’t get the concept of fast food joints. Even if you go there to get your food it only comes after an hour.

Wednsday worst offers. Very poor quality Foods. French fries are not fried property, too salty and soggy. Doing scam in the name of offers. Particularly Dont visit on wednesday. Didnt expect this from a popular brand.

The Food was good. We ordered KFC Zinger Boxes both for Veg and Non Veg along with French Fries, 7up and Dessert by the side. KFC Zinger Veg Burger was good with decent flavours. French Fries tasted the worst, just like a plain boiled potato without any flavours. It was too bland. The waiting time was too high. The Restroom was not maintained and sanitized well. The wash basin was not functioning at all. The hand wash area was Pathetic without water. This placed is just overhyped.

Who doesn't like to have a tasty food and especially when we are talking about chicken KFC always stands first. It's really finger licking good over here too. But they accept only patym for or card apart from cash. The space is not too large but can fit a group of 15 or 20.

This place is located at the right spot. The taste of the food is great and the staff is well behaved and professional. I had been to this place more than 10times and i had a great experience. I had faced some difficulties in my visit once where they had forgot to clean the table and delayed it. Other than that incident the service is great here.
