Almost the same kind of outlet it is. Budgets start from 150 rs up to 1500. Service is absolutely good. Tasty junk food We now kindly take it occasionally to eat so, that it's okay for our health. The atmosphere was good. All the very best

Domino's Pizza is a well-known international pizza chain with a focus on fast and efficient delivery service.

One of the most favorite and most crowded places near SRM University and the service is good and the taste also.

Location is in first floor, so a little inconvenient and the way to the place is not so aesthetical. Otherwise service, taste, cleanliness are same as all dominos. We received our pizza in 15 mins. Enjoy

The dine in services are good, but delivery experience is horrible. Store manager is rude enough to deny free pizza if the order is late than 30mins.

Great pizza as usual, had fun with friends. It took a while to get the food but wait was worth. Great thing about this place is that there were four options to choose from and we reached there and made a final decision there for what to eat. Shared free parking along the road, shared by four eateries.

The service is very poor. The staff reacts very late to customer queries and they don't show any interest. Parking is an issue as many other eatery outlets are there so they also need parking. At night many food items get out of stock. Other than that everything else is fine.

I haven't seen any upgrade on the interior part of Domino's. Still it's look likes old one and new variety of pizza's are not available there, i can't believe because it's located opposite to Zoho which is very much busy area most of the times. Pls get those things updated. I'm slightly disappointed. Pls do take care Domino's.

Outlet situated above A2B. It's nice but still service can be improved a little bit. Many of the times AC is not working or either switched off. Sometimes they serve pizza which is not upto the mark.

The customer service provided was not dominos standard. Firstly the person talking our order was roaming around not listening to us properly. He has asked us to order in the app via a QR code they provided. He told we will be getting our offers while ordering so. But we did not recive any offer despite the offer being available. On top of that when we asked about offers he was replying in a rude manner. The atmosphere was filled with annoying flies. We had visited even before this incident but we were told there weren't enough people in the store and so we had to leave. Pathetic place and very disappointing

1)Always server down,staffs are not accepting direct order, requesting book orders in mobile applications. 2)Debit cards are not accepted due to machine issues 3)I got msg that my order is ready.but checking in counter saying that we have to wait more than 10 min after received msg.what is the purpose of msg that we are receiving... 4)Please repair all the chairs....which is not in good condition . 5) Employees are not customer friendly 6) Parking at own risk...no parking space

Very worst and rude behaviour by the staffs here, most of the time card machine will not work and they ask to pay by cash. Time taken for delivery is very high and even with very less people waiting we need to wait for long time to get our order. They delay the order and build the crowd. As usual Domino's quality and taste is good, since this is my nearest one I visit often, no ther option other than to tolerate the staffs.

Used go here to try there garlic bread. It was good last time. But this time garlic bread was not tasty. It was like a simple bread and looked like garlic was painted. Before it was nice. They lost there garlic bread flavour Service and Atmosphere was Good.

Coustomer handling is so worst ,even in roadside stalls people treat customer so good then this branch. They took order for literal 15min even though im the only person available. If can rate this store in negative starts I will rate it -5. Please close this Domino's branch, don't make Domino's name worst. Thank you

The service here is abhorrent, I waited for 30 mins in a small line only to be told to order online, why cant this be said through a board or a sign? The employees here were clearly slacking off using their phones by going in the back rather than quickly dealing with customers and making food quickly. Half of the employees looked like they did not even know what they were doing. This store is in dire need of better staff. The pizzas cooked were decent but they were your bare standard domino's, I say you go to thw burger king downstairs rather than here which has better service and same quality of food.

THIS PLACE NEEDS SOME SERIOUS ATTENTION IF THE BUSINESS IS CONCERNED FROM THIS BRANCH. Complaining about the products to make it right gets backfired by the staff (specially a guy calling himself the manager) Teaches you that's how the pizzas are made (laughable) and makes you feel like you are eating a pizza for the first time. The environment is not inviting as well. Hope this helps for the improvement and to be clear it's not just a rambling. Posting a picture of a replacement tiny sized extravaganza pizza instead of the originally ordered one. Doesn't look extravagant clearly! This is the second time the same incident happened and I'm not returning here again not this place is recommended.

Terrible service and not responsible. They are treating customers like giving it for free. Not clean and hygienic. Very rude and lethargic. No proper response/explanation is given when there is a missing item in the menu. They didn't even give chili flakes and oregano to take away.

Not open even at Sunday evening 6.30pm. But the board light OPEN was on. After climbing the stairs they told it is closed. This is happening for the second time. One time they told to wait as they are receiving some loads. Many customers returned with frustration.

No staffs to attend, no maintenance, no ac , we have to order in app in order to eat .. very bad experience to have... Simply just don't visit this branch..rather order from home..

Washroom is not properly maintained, drinking water tastes like bore water& unfortunately they have run out of cups for water,bottled drinks are provided only for app orders,quite weird practice🤦‍♂️,would suggest Food safety department to give a visit here.

False statements made by employees. They say "closed" but serve for delivery orders. But not serving take out orders. After ordering in zomato, I asked the person how are serving after "closed"? He said "sorry sir, won't happen again" Please be aware

It took nearly 20 minutes to take the order. There was only one person to take the order ( who might be new and doesn't know how to take orders and how to swipe cards) after repeating the order for 3 times, the person took nearly 20 minutes to complete the bill and make the payment. Even the food was not given on time. I had to go and ask them every now and then if the order was ready. They gave the order after a struggle of 30 minutes. That too 2 items were left and was given after 10 minutes. There was a person ( standing next in the queue) who started shouting for not taking the order soon.. Worst ever outlet...!!!!! I have never faced these issues in any other outlet..!!

It doesn't provide table service. Staff are not so friendly, token system for order. U can watch live pizza making process from a podium provided through glass.

We reached the outlet almost near closing but the staff was very kind and accepted our order with a smile. The pizzas were amazingly delicious and 100 marks to the staff.

Their services is nice. If you don't have any idea about the food. They will suggest good food for you. Thank you

Best advice dont buy anything except pizza here.....ordered bbq chickn pizza and 4 pcs wings... The size of wings were like crows..

The bread/dough is good. But very poor hygiene is maintained. No pest control. A veg pizza will be turned non veg in no-time.(flies will fill ur pizza) Visited again: I had a very terrible experience with the Domino's I visited. The order was marked as "order prepared" at 1:43 itself but not prepared till 2:20PM. We ordered 6 pizzas whereas only 3 were delivered at first hand. After 20+ minutes the next 2 were delivered and after 20 minutes the remaining one was delivered. I received pizza which I didn't even order. When raised, it took another 20 minutes and he gave me the same pizza with toppings changed. The toppings in pizza were very inadequate. Pest control needs to be taken care of
