The service is good, however the thick base pizza is definitely not well cooked. This happened twice in two weeks. Please I crease the cooking time if this is the problem

I just bought pizza pies one was chicken and feta the other was sweet chilli chicken, the sweet chilli chicken was off!

What nonsense is this? There is no standardization within this franchise. Look at the lack of topping on this Four in One, only 3 toppings and undercooked bacon, truly unacceptable.

Cashiers don't introduce or recommend specials , they talk about their personal staff loudly in front of customers and that result in doing our orders incorrectly .

They are very fast when you buy in-store,but their service online during month end,can be so irritating,hope they improve their service when we call in and have someone who takes online orders only.I love Roman's pizza because of it's thick base and it's always fresh.
