I bought pallets of paving bricks from the store and I was told they will be delivered the next day however they were never delivered so on the third day I went to the store to inquire about my delivery and I was told they forgot..🤦‍♀️🙆‍♀️ however they will deliver the next day so I told them I want my money back😤 as I was sick and tired of the bad service so I was told to wait for the call as the store currently doesn't have that kind of cash so the next day in the morning a got a call from the store asking me if I am home so that they can come and deliver so I politely told them that I won't be accepting any deliver from the store besides my refund so during the day I got call again to come and collect the money and the cashier assigned to give me my money back was very rude as she said the store can't afford to give me back this amount of money as it's very bad for business......I told her to improve on their customer service so I took the money and left.....very disappointed 😞

This hardware has no aircon and always so hot . You struggle to get help quickly and you have to endure the grilling heat. They don't care because it's in the township. Totally unacceptable.

I received a very bad service from Richard's this guy doesn't have a good service he was rude, while I spended R40000 in the store but when I wanted to exchange bricks and get electric staff he demanded an invoice that he already have on the system. I will never ever buy at builtIt garankuwa
