The service is sub-standard & they do not have enough trolleys. This was my third visit to this store & everytime I could not find a trolley. I even had to complain to the manager about this. Even though the shop is almost full most of the time, some tills are still closed. I am used to getting a better service from Pick n Pay, but this branch in particular is a disgrace to the brand.

The ice cream station is forever with no small change, and the lady will make you wait 10 minutes, for the machine to freeze the ice-cream and deserting her post without any form of communication

It's outstanding 👌 for the area, I couldn't find an item on my shopping list and the stuff there was very helpful. This place caters for people from far and near. It's one of the best rural Pick n Pays I have ever been to.

The supermarket is a one-stop shop for sure. The cashiers are friendly and positively responsive. So why am I giving it a one star rating? Simply because the security at Pick n Pay are unbelievably disrespectful and hostile. I was treated terrible simply because of how I was dressed. Store policies are not held in high regard as one of the guards appointed at the time, violated me, by searching me without my permission. I had done nothing wrong and had given no suspicion for wrongdoing. I requested for the manager and even then I received no response. Pick n Pay security has no respect for it's customers and so it deserves this one-star rating. Truly a terrible experience.

I appreciate how clean the store is. And fresh cakes too. Wish it was just bigger to be able to house more stock.

The store is well maintained , clean and pretty much more offerings compared to their competitor. I just didn't appreciate the manner in which the guy who stands by the complex entrace as you walk towards parking yelles at me and asked how far am I going with a trolly. The most annoying part he even misgendered me and that embarrassed me as he was loud. I don't know if he undermined me or not but thats just inappropriate
