Probably one of the worst shopping centres in the Pretoria North area. Taxis have taken over the entry/exit and cars are always blocked and finding it difficult to get in and out of the shopping complex. The management has to engage with the taxi industry and find a solution to this as it impacts the shopping experience negatively.

They should do something about the venture taxis blockading the entrance. The venture drivers bumped my car a month ago and the guy ran away. The security at the place is also poor. Everything about that place is just so wrong. The toilets are dirty and there is no toilet paper. There aren't enough resting benches around the complex. Its a hub of nyaope smokers who go there and make shopping unpleasant for us

Garankuwa mall is still under development but doing all the best and quality products. Danko!!

Staff needs a bit of training with regards to costumer service They shouldn't act like they are at the taxi rank, talking loud and moving around clients in circles as if we were trying to steal something.

Most stores don't have current merchandise but it's an okay complex to do groceries.

There is security in and outside the building, it is convinient. Banks, shops and food court in one building. But I always fail to come to terms with boys standing by the main entrance forcing to help carry ur plastic bags and trying to help you find a taxi and their state of cleanliness can be questioned, it makes me feel that it compromises safety.

The centre has just the basic things you come to expect in a mini mall, however the cleanliness is missing as well as an information desk. Security staff not visible but it has taxis operating on the premises.

The place were I am staying is quite a bit and it is hot and I love and it is near the park
