It used to be a 4 star but yho! They say nothing remains good forever 🙄.. Some sort of bad behavior from employees from my observations

My experience of the butchery was horrible. I got there around 12:20, to buy meat and some grocery items. I got assistance around 13:50 because all the butchers cutting the meat were busy with stockvel ladies and no one to assist. I called the manager who gave them a little tap on their shoulder and she left. They have no customer service at all. I only go there to buy meat as it's A grade, but I feel I don't deserve such treatment from the staff especially all 4 gentlemen cutting the meat. Once you get assisted the staff feel entitled to get money from customers to buy themselves cold drink. I think maybe management should pay their staff enough as it's not our duty as customers to thank them for their work. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED I must say

The place is not good on hygiene. Fridges are dirty, the floor is dirty.

Your fridges are not good they not even clean that makes your fridge products not good,even your chickens were like defrozen n put back in those filthy fridges,please change fridges n keep them clean

The supermarket floor is very dirty. Employees working in the butchery are touching meat with bare hands in the presence of their supervisors. Just imagine in this Covid19 pandemic.

Meat good the hub of real organic food yet highly affordable. This is the centre for all who think health. Try it

From outside, it looks filthy. Like no one should ever shop there. But when you get inside, it is clean and organized. They need to clean the outside more.

Seems like since the pandemic the shop has been a bit slow on many things. Can't really mention all them one by one. Example the meat seems like it's no longer up to standard.

The service was on par, the only problem I have noticed was the product range. For argument sake, Meat Good is not Nando's but they only sell Nando's sauces, what about other Brands like Very Peri?
