The staff is very friendly but the owner of that lodge is very rude to her customers, she doesn't know how to communicate with her customers, there are some chalets for certain people, the owner must treat her customers equally,we did paid a lot of money for just a day visit because she didn't wanna give us the chalet that we wanna book an the chalet was available for that night, she said its for some people, please mam treat your customers equally. Thanks for the staff they were friendly to us

I've enjoyed my stay at Sisibala Lodge but our chalet were FILTHY. I was also disappointed as we didn't have a stove and kitchen sink, I 've got the impression that we'll have them because its self catering.

This is the best place ever, if you are a freak for a touch of nature this is absolutely perfect, it is beautiful and comfortable. Such a welcoming place to be, its a home away from home if I may so myself. Just look at the below image and see how close you can get to nature, this is amazing, the amenities are so good, I think you should give it a try as words cannot describe it.

I expected more for R1550 per night. You really don't get much for that amount of money. Most of the chalets have no view at all. Only a few channels on dish. Not even decent cutlery to braai. The beds are so hard couldn't sleep most of the night.I will visit again as a day visitor. The bar hardly had anything to drink. Nice place to have picnic with the kids. Swimming pools look great but indoor warm water swimming pool was cold. R400 for a 45min game drive are a bit much as the driver didn't give any information about the game but the game that are so tame made up for it. The nyalas came up to 3m from the vehicle. Definitely a great wedding venue.

It's a beautiful place. It needs a bit of updating in activities to do. The game drive was a bit of a let down because I didn't see much of the animals and lack variety. Otherwise it was a decent experience

Sisibala is a good and growing resort but needs a high maintenance and well trained staff from reception to game drive. The ranger must know lot about animals and narrate to guests with regards to all animals living there. Massage was so poor, receptionist doesnt have that welcoming of guest to make us feel comfortable. Let alone the tone she used on us, but had to spend from our own pockets to buy beverages at the lodge. Why not be served? Then, they should inform guest on time to bring their own. Rooms are not 100% tidy, one of the guest was nearly bitten by a spider whilst asleep. Pest control is recommended. The main remote gate closed while the bakkie was passing through which caused a serious damage. The manager/owner was on her high horse to resolve that problem. Now, you can see that, the staff lack training hence they do as they please in the absence of manager. I wouldn't dare to recommend Sisibala to anyone

Why aren't you responding to the complaints shared by those who were booked there? They paid money to use and enjoy themselves and yet you were racist and the lady in charge is still employed there even though there are complaints about her. How disturbing.
