Great place for relaxation with your family! I like the setup where you have the kitchen, dining hall, Karaoke and the small pool on the same area as it gives more opportunity for bonding. Their location which is overlooking a densely forested valley has a surprisingly cool breeze even if the sun is up and allows you to enjoy the benefit of being under sun without getting sunburns. The owner is super cool! They're making sure we enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and well kept, and all facilities are functioning well. The large wooden deck is great for a small party or gathering. We would definitely visit this place again.

We had a relaxing time here. Perfect place for large families and reunions. Owners are very friendly too. If you are a nature lover, this is a place you should not miss. Of course there's room for improvement. The pool is nice but it's too cold. It would be nice to have a way to heat the water or some kind so that people can enjoy it more.

The place is so cold especially at night , nice amenities and view, The owner itself tour us around the place and share us about the place why its called sermon on the mount. And the staff are accomodating. We really enjoyed staying here. And its also an exclusive place where you can do what you want without interrupting other people. I highly recommend this place. We stayed there last Sunday, December 5, Celebrated my son’s first birthday. The place exceeded beyond my expectation. The breathtaking view and serene place. It was the best venue to celebrate his birthday coz everyone enjoyed their stay. I never thought intimate celebrations would be fun and memorable. Seeing them happy was worth every penny. Clean rooms, complete utensils, good quality karaoke set, sauna, mini pool and bonfire, they got you. The staffs were also very accommodating. Hoping to visit again soon. A nature-filled venue ideal for relaxation and group gatherings. We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The spacious, wooded surroundings make it perfect for training sessions and group stays.

The place is very cool, especially at night, both cool as in cold and cool as in "Whoa, that's so cool!" cool. There are lots of places for Instagrammable (or whatever social media application you use) pictures. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it's not boring. It's shallow enough that parents can have a lot of ease of mind while sitting at the table beside the pool keeping an eye on the kids. No issues for me. Just know that there are bugs, obviously, you're in the mountains.

The place is clean, beautiful and relaxing. It's our 5th visit and it still give us the same feeling- happiness. The owner is very smart, kind and approachable. Best place if you look for a mountain resort.

The place is absolutely the place you’d want to be in when trying to detach from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything you need is provided for. You just have to bring baon and yourselves. The little details such as the clip outside for the wet clothes and 2 showers and 2 CRs for the big rooms are so well-thought of. There’s also shower and cr near the pool area. The kitchen is also fully functional with basic condiments. Complete pots and pans, too as well as dining wares. There’s even a mini oven. We used the sauna the most, because the pool was too cold for us 🤣 You can also do karaoke for free, and do bonfire but with a fee. The staff and the owners, Mam Chona and Sir, were so accomodating and helpful. Mam Chona even checked us out if theres anything else we need. The place was also very clean and well taken care of. Apart from the long detour we took and the almost-cancelled reservation due to Typhoon Paeng, which btw isnt their fault, our family had an amazing time at the Sermon on the Mount Retreat Resort. Highly recommend!

This place is a piece of heaven. The views are amazing, the rooms are clean and well maintained and so loving the bunk beds ♥️….It’s a complete package. A perfect place to chill with the whole family. And yes you have a complete kitchen, three pools overlooking mountains, karaoke, 2 huge bedrooms, a banquet area, a fireplace and some restaurants and view points closeby. The host Chona is very responsive, hospitable and warm. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍

My group of friends celebrated our Christmas party last weekend. It was a wonderful experience, and we had a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They were always available to assist us with anything we needed. The place is peaceful had all the facilities and amenities we wanted, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. We are looking forward to coming back again soon :)

The front building is being renovated. The parking area is enough for 7 to 8 cars, which was just enough for us (23 guests). The rooms were ok. But bring slippers for the rooms. The beds ok too.

We had our 3D-2N stay here with office staff and it was the perfect place for us to bond, have fellowship and do our staff training! The booking process was very smooth and Ms. Chona was very responsive especially if we had inquiries. She assisted us with confirming our booking. The rooms were very spacious & clean! Since it can accommodate a max of around 12pax, all the ladies were in one room and all the men in the other room. There are 2 clean toilets and baths per room making it very ideal for a big group because the waiting time will be shorter. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen area was complete & very organized, we were able to cook our meals so efficiently. We also enjoyed watching movies, since they had lots of movie choices, and of course Karaoke! There was also a dipping pool and a sauna. You’ll never get bored here. The view and ambiance of the place was so refreshing, you dont want to come back to the city. You can also request a bonfire session for smores making and the owner (Sir Edgar) will take time to share to the group some interesting trivia about the place and also why it’s called Sermon on the Mount! Just let them know ahead that you want this service. We also did trekking going down the house and it was very legit! The owner also went with us and toured us around the area. This really made us appreciate nature and how everything there was just fresh & natural. If you have senior citizens with you, it may be a challenge to go up and down the stairs because the area is steep. There is zero signal in the venue, which makes it ok because you can really do a detox! If you need internet access, they can provide wifi vouchers for 10php/voucher and this lasts for about 10 hours. Overall enjoyed our stay and for the price we paid, it was truly worth it! Highly recommended for families and big groups! ❤️
