Poor Customer service. Mr Mogaekwa at the reception has no respect for guests.Even if you try to express your dissatisfaction he doesn’t give you a chance and says he’s not bothered by what you’re saying. At night you won’t find him at the reception but on the couch asleep.Very unpleasant encounter I had at the reception.

Haven't seen the rooms but can only image that they are as Grand as the facility, the dining is spectacular, the service on point and the conference facilities are just on point.

The hotel looks very good, but I the service is not on point. I had to bath with cold water for two consecutive mornings🥶🥶 as if that was not enough I had to wait for an iron for more than 1hour 30 mins. The worst part is that the hotel side wasn't even bothered to communicate

The food was really bad!! I could not bring myself to finish a single thing on my plate.3 days later and I still have the terrible taste in my mouth.i was eit6h 3 people. We ordered different plates and it was bad all around.

Best place to sleep. Service was extremely excellent and rooms lovely and very clean. Staff were superb. Had the best time of my life. Thank you to Charles and Tebogo and the lady’s at reception and the all the waiters.

Got very poor service when I went for dinner with my family on 22 September 2023 at 8pm. We waited 90 minutes without getting our food after placing order. Had to leave to go to the nearest hotel to get food. Not sure what their confusion was all about Waiters slow and confused....eish

Comfortable hotel to stay at, and at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and well serviced. Enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner. For my needs the hotel was well located and easy to find.

This is summer and temperatures were as high as 39° Celsius but aircons were not working everywhere. I was literally sweating inside the hotel & everyone was complaining. At the meeting room and at the restaurant there was no difference. The staff were friendly though but the maintenance department needs to improve

The place looks decent. I spent a week attending a work conference. The food quality needs to improve, the conference rooms need better air circulation. The pool and grounds area are beautiful and excellent

Great service, Quiet and peaceful place. It's a good relaxing environment. Nice food They must just reduce on disturbing guest, - house keeping knocked before the check out and while eating there were unnecessary checks and price confirmations by waiters. The bacon was dry and hard.

Grand Dip is amazing.. from the stuff to the atmosphere and FOODDDDD!! Definitely on a quest to try EVERYTHING on the menu EASILY the BEST place for my sweettooth self..

Honestly it was a nice place not gonna lie, staff was welcoming and outward appearance was really nice. I would recommend this place for conferences and meetings. In terms of their conference services 5 out 5.

Good for business meetings, with different sized conference rooms to cater for varying client needs. Luxurious looking environment and a relaxing garden site with a unique view to the Gaborone CBD scape. The food (lunch buffet) was of regular standard, nothing fancy, and a lacking attention of waiters most times to serve clients. Excellent outdoor sitting area with an infinity pool view.

Water tastes like dirt and metal.. . Didn't let kids swim even though it was hot made us play in the sun when it was hot . They said there was problems with the weather when it was a hot summer day. SERVICE was bad.made birthday girl cry.and it was a pool party. Would not recommend 😠

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city. The front desk is super friendly and the food is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and have required amenities.

World class hotel with great service. Food was great, the rooms very clean and very big. I wouldn't mind to go back there anytime I'm in Botswana. Game, Such an amazing soul and dedicated to providing satisfying service 2. Gaone, very calm and professional 3. Tebogo, she gave us a great discount for our extention, and arranged transport to and from our conference venue. She even drove me in her car a day before to show directions to our conference venue 4. Palesa, one night we came back very late from the conference and the kitchen had already closed. She offered to drive me to the nearest KFC to get dinner. 5. And Mr Charlie, he's very respectful and welcoming. Big up guys, well done. Please don't stop, remember better is not good enough, but the best is yet to come.
