Overall my experience with PRK Hospital, Chandanagar was very poor. We went with a X-ray report at the ER. #Encounter 1: Reception staff was cordial, guided myself and the patient towards ER. #Encounter 2: Went inside the ER, found the doctor on duty, Sindhu Kalwa. She asked me to wait outside the ER for a while so that she can finish her existing paper work and said will call once she is done. As I was waiting she dogged me in front of the gate and left the hospital without any communication. Staffs later told me she was in hurry and the next doctor on duty will see the patient. With all anxiety and frustration we had to wait for the next doctor to call us in. #Encounter 3: The unfortunate encounter with Bheem Shankar Reddy, seemed thoroughly confused. Wrong diagnosis of the fracture. He was continuously on phone with his senior to prescribe medicine. Such so called doctors are our saviors in case of emergency. Lord help the patients who are left with such incompetence. #Encounter 4: Pharmacy- Highly inflated drugs and prosthesis prices. In emergency, patients often do not get much choice and that's exactly the situation these hospitals take advantage off. Over all in my honest opinion people should avoid such incompetent and negligent ER staffs, whom I can not call physicians and doctors. Thankfully, we took second opinion and was properly advised elsewhere. These negligent and incompetent fools of medicine are making a joke of a so called noble profession.

The doctors there don't give proper attention to patients. For my daughter's wound dressing they have sent some untrained nurses who were knowing nothing and because of which I faced so much difficulty and at last also the doctor didn't come.their after care policy is very bad according to me & their free meal policy which they give for the patients as i have not received two meals which they were supposed to give for the patient. We cannot feed our patient from outside so it was difficult to manage solid meals for my 1 yr old daughter who was admitted there. Only they are concerned about ratings. Pathetic 😡

This Hospital really sucks... Power off for every 15 minutes, lift's won't work, AC won't work, suffocation everywhere... No floor incharge or any respondant available here, Bill will be charged without any cut but you will be going to mad by just sitting here. Just don't come with your patient here, if you do so then you will be going to another patient for sure.

Had admitted my husband to this hospital was diagnosed and got discharged. However hospital authorities had to refund some amount of money to me. They said in 2-3days will get it to my bank account as per norms filled up a form with my bank details... I fail to understand itz now 16days that they haven't.... I paid 2.5lacs for his treatment... I even complained reception to inform concerned department also shared my phone number for callback but no revert...

Looks like doctors have knowledge but no common sense.. Faced the experience two times. During corona first wave, both my parents got tested and doctor told comments in reverse way (one comments for another) not even seeing whose report is that. We felt in a confusion for my father to admit or not based on his diabetic medical history. Recently for my wife, we got confirmed that we are not pregnant as they asked for a scan first instead of blood test report and Scan report says No. Doctor told next day that we are pregnant after we get the blood test report. Understood with experience that 'Experience matters all the times'

I visited the hospital for a teeth root canal, doctor priyal dhanuka and I'm pleased with the way they treated me. The reception and the entire treatment process were excellent

Doctors and nursing care are good. 2 stars less for no parking facility. Looks like the parking issue is there since almost an year. Nothing seems to be done to address the issue. Security is guiding to park vehicles in the no-parking location. They don't take any responsibility when traffic police tow away the vehicles. Recurrent issue.

BEST Corporate Hospitals in Chandanagar, Hyderabad. I recently (31 Mar 23) had my Gallbladder surgery in PRK Hospitals. I was in a severe pain and had no time to visit Yashoda / Asian/ Apollo / AIG , who are large and famous corporate hospitals. Since I stay around BHEL and due to the flyover works, i could not wait to cross the other side of the road, to see a gastroenterologist and rushed to this hospital, which was in my drive way. My Consulting Doctor was Dr Ajay Patwadi, who did some examinations, tests & scans, and confirmed that i have multiple gallstones, and may need a surgery. But, the option was left to me, to go with them or outside of PRK. This hospital deserves all stars, as it is well maintained, reception was good, staff were polite and humble, nursing staff were really good, clean, neat and tidy rooms, even general ward is air conditioned; though on the Chandanagar main road, you don't even hear a honk, good acoustic rooms, tidy cafeteria, hygienically cooked and reasonably priced food. Patients get free BF, Lunch, dinner, Milk/Tea. I therefore said i will get my surgery done here, as the team of expert doctors, Dr. Ajay. Dr.Naga, Dr.Pawan, were the ones who will perform the surgery, which they did. I had, 7mm, 5 mm and over thirty 3mm gallstones. Few were blasted internally, and rest of them, along with the bladder were removed. The very day of my laparoscopic surgery, i walked around with not much of a pain, and the next day, I got discharged. I was advised a 1 week light soft meals, from 2nd week on light desktop work (if required), but not ride a bike or drive a car, 3rd week on, i can ride/drive based on my comfort. Today is 16 Apr 23, and since yesterday i have been driving (bike and car) as normal as before the surgery with no pain. I followed the diet regime suggested by the nutritionist, and i have been eating a normal diet, the same as before the surgery (veg). I sincerely thank the team of doctors, and the staff for a great service that they are rendering. I am not adding the pics of removed stones/bladder, as it may look gross.

If you want your loved ones to die...please admit them in this hospital... No experienced doctors, no proper counselling to the patients. Don't take any concerns before taking any major calls during treatment, no proper diet provided to the patient, they have separate call center who call you 10 times a day for the payment specifically Surya madam(from billing) ... Very rude behaviour from MOD Manoj and Samba. Unwanted charges applied to the final bills for the services and medicines not used for the patient. Dietitian didn't even visit the patient once, but they charge that number of times in the bill. We didn't even get the discharge summary yet. Where patient is told to rest as much as possible, here the patient has to regularly visit the hospital for a discharge summary. Very unprofessional behavior by the management. I request, not to prefer this hospital in any concern where patient has to suffer more and more.

i have visited this hospital at 1am on emergency purpose for my mother-in-law, from the midnight to till 10am no Air Conditions Works, 2 of 3 lifts wont work and if we ask the same they tell you a silly reason that This PRK Hospitals are runs like this only.... What a pathetic staff and the Management who asks you before filling the form, whats your payment mode CARD or CASH? and if you ask the same problem again then they will make you to Reed this to scare you... Look at the attached picture. They don't care neither your Patient nor You... #Note: Do not dare to visit this Hospital if you really care your loved ones.

I recently received care from the emergency physician at PRK Hospital, and I couldn't be more impressed. The physician's expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment I arrived. Be aware about this hospital before admitting. Especially for insurance coverage people don't admit in this hospital. They're billing miscellaneous without consuming like non medicals.... No one will respond if you ask anything. Exit /discharge process also worst, it will take 5-6 hrs You will get the feedback call daily but if you complain about anything they will not resolve the issues. Most of the Medicines are not available.

Worst hospital I ever seen, always they try to get money from patients. We went for one test and they said initially some amount again its not possible due to some complication need ultra sound. We paid the bill and asked us come after 4 days. When we approached for report again they said some amount is pending due to that report not generated. Whose responsibility it is to collect bill, what they are doing at the time of test. Now we paid the bill and again asking doctor consultation when we ask for report. We told that consultation is not required just give us report, Now they are delaying to give the repost and not answering properly. My sincere advice id don't go this hospital if you care about your health and money.

Me & my dad were admitted for an accident issue. An Auto driver suggested us to get admitted in this hospital. Since the time we have been here, the responsible departments have taken great care of us. 1. The cleaning dept are on their toes & are very helpful each day. 2. Nurses have been very patient & were giving medication (as instructed by concerned doctors) on timely basis. Very attentive to our concerns. 3. The doctors who worked on our case have been very professional & assertive. Were able to find the cause & came up with solutions that will help us overall. Throughout the Surgery, they handled our case with patience. Made sure we didn't suffer with pain. 4. The diet plan for us was too good. Food served here for patients is scrumptious. As a patient (with all the anxiety & restlessness), I was never concerned what to have as the concerned dept would send out the meals on time. 5. Although my corporate insurance do not have a tie up with this hospital directly, via 3rd vendor this issue was sorted & cashless option had no hassles. Overall, the way this hospital operates made me realize how closely they honor the hippocratic oath. Joined here with a bad memory but leaving the place with smiles. Thank you team PRK for everything in these past few days. Shall definitely suggest your hospital to my friends & family. The reason for 4 stars - My discharge date was delayed due to clerical error. Very inconvenient for us.

Hospital staff, infrastructure, doctors are best. I admitted my child boy for coin removal from throat, within 2:30hrs they did blood tests and other tests and removed the coin. Good response. Obviously cost is high. They provide food for patients only. It's a good thing.

Worst experience for the neonatal care and even in the private rooms where they charge 6000 per day. You won't get blankets and basic amenities for this. And for the AC remote they will come 10 minutes after you inform them. The services are pathetic. Doctors take tests on their will without checking with patients or attendants. Nurses don't have basic knowledge about simple things. The food served is not good. Joined for photo therapy but they used white light where blue was suggested. They give you a fruit bowl which is cut with the knife which is used for cutting onions.

Very worst. Admitted my mom when she affected with covid. Treatment is very worst. Nurses also don't take proper care. They are not serving good food also. For a covid patient they give just noodles. When asked for juices, fruits they say insulin will increase in your body, you should not eat. My mom became so weak due to lack of food ans heavy dosage of medicines. Doctor says of you want to admit u can else u can take her to home. Already we were in confusion to admit Or not and she to dint gave proper decision. Very worst hospital I ever seen.

I am giving the rating 1 which is very high to this hospital. They know very well how to earn the money from the patients. The patients are coming back vey sick and the hospital management is sucking the money like leech. I would strongly recommend don’t go to this hospital in the current COVID pandemic

Good Experience with PRK Hospital. Caring Staff and good facilities Discharge time can be improved. Consulted Dr. Ajay Patwadi for my Father's infected cyst near spine which was troubling him from many years. Dr. explained treatment and performed Surgery very well. My Father is doing much better. Visited doctor for my mother limb issue Radiology department and doctors all supportive staff are treat their parents like their family members. The hospital is well equipped with all the testing capabilities and the hospital is being maintained well. All hospital staff treat people very politely and friendly. Request everyone to think before coming to this so called “Multi Speciality Hospital”. Their go to mission statement of “Patient First” is completely useless as they don’t care. The hospital management team had got no audacity or responsibility to confront the patient where cash was stolen in the ICU. All they say is we have no proof as such thing had happened. We “the patients” come to the hospital in a good hope of the utmost care and compassion you give us. If you are not emphatic to listen to us, why run a hospital. Train your staff in a proper way and teach some good ethics. I guess if the “management team” has some ethics, obviously rest of the team follows. Very rude staff. We have been asking reports of a patient since 10 days but continously they kept postponing after screaming and arugument they provided the reports of the patient. It was too late the patient was no more...no video calling facility with the doctor during pandemic and lockdown. I lost my uncle today because of the ridiculousness staff. " NO TRANSPERANCY IN TREATMENT" No cleaa answers from staff...

Very Greedy Hospital. They charged me 1500/- for RT-PCR which is 500/- in any other private hospital/lab. Also no ID proof collected for RTPCR and when I asked the same, they said, they don't send data to government about covid sample and reports. It looks like they are running covid/RTPCT scam in this hospital. Will not recommended this hospital to anyone.

I was hospitalized at PRK in Dec21 and at that time, the staff were very polite, probably it was a new hospital at that time. Now, that respect is gradually decreasing and at times it is unresponsive at the front office. Also they recommend higher cost medicine with their prescription. The hospital boasts of low cost and quality treatment, you can see a board says that in the front office. So now question yourself with your statement as you already increased the consultation by 60% and to normal cost we see outside and while recommending higher cost medicine compared to outside doctors. If PRK is founded with business ethic like other hospitals, please remove the board ASAP.

PRK as a hospital is very customer friendly. I went for consultation of my mother and when they realised that I was not happy with the overall experience, they took a written feedback, called me up, and promised to arrange a free follow-up consultation again where all my questions will be addressed. I am hopeful that i will get all the medical advises and support I need regarding my mother's post stroke rehabilitation issues. Hence i am giving a 4 star at present. But I will update stars rating and my review based on my next visit as promised by PRK.

We had a terrible experience. My wife went for intravenus injection. Emergency staff peirced her both hands for nearly half an hour and made her hands swell and could not inset the intravenus cadulla. Even though we told them the place where veins are avualble the nursing staff were very rude.Finally they could not succeed in giving small intravenus injection which can be easily done by an RMP doctor. I will neither visit nor recommend this hospital .Staff are higly ineffeicient

It's a fraud hospital.Went for rtpcr test on Saturday.Waiting for online report ,for cross check I called on Monday evening ,so that the management response is in this way " Come and collect your report ,we can't send online report ... And giving reverse suggestions carelessly.So is this the way the management should behave to covid related problems.And they overcharged 1500/- also for testing.So that this hospital is cheating people with over rated money and with fraud response.When I questioned like I will go to Media.. means then at that time they are keeping screenshot.As government itself Is providing me the online facility .And they won't even inform to us ,pls come and collect the report. I suggest every one pls don't go to this hospital especially in Chandanagar center.No value for patients, nd doing illegal money collection keeping covid as a reason.

I'll always call the reception before I got a consultation for my father and here them saying doctor will be only available for next one hour try to make it by then. Once I'm there at hospital they just take consulting fee and keep you wait for minimum of 1 and half hour . This is the same experience I had twice whenever I visited the hospital. I believe the doctors here are really good in the way they treat patients . But the staff near receptions have no clue at all.. just make you wait for hours and hours..when inquired about the arrival of doc , the only answer you hear is " doctor will come ". Nothing else. Better update the staff with the actual timings and schedules of doctors and keep patients informed on the same than spending the whole day here just for 5mins of consulting .

It's a good recovery experience in the hospital. I liked the ambiance, nursing assistance 24x7, and most importantly Dr. Snehalatha is experienced in handling patients with a smile and explains situations well so that we can take decisions regarding the further course of treatment. Overall i suggest this hospital in and around chandanagar and rate as one of the best hospitals.

Yesterday my mother had meniscus surgery under Dr.Rajshekhara Chakravarthi and Dr.srinivas. The both doctors are take care of my mother very well and surgery completed successfully especially Rajshekhar sir caring about patients health is appreciate and also Dr Sneha Latha explanation about patient condition is good. Sister are responding very quickly cleaning dept servants need to be respond on time other than that evry service is good in PRK hospitals I strongly recommend who needs hospitalisation this hospital is one and only option in lingampally sorroundings. Thank you very much dr.Rajshekhar & dr.Srinivas for giving good health to my mother again.

My opinion Is very candid: Doctor vardhan , doctor Niranjan and all doctor related persons are alright, no complaints. But employees, admin staff, their interactive response with us is very very poor. Hygiene wise ICU and general ward are clean. Toilets in the ground floor are horrible. In 72 hours I paid a bill of ₹102,000 which is very exorbitant. They admit that there is no threat of life for the patient but keep on conducting tests after test which will increase their bill. Discharge formalities are horrible . The manager, reception and everyone keep wasting our time. If we have started the discharge process 2pm it ended only at 7.30pm. This is the poor efficiency of our private hospitals. The canteen in the top floor and whenever we go , very few items are available, sometimes coffee also was not available. We were bringing the patient by wheeled chair and it takes time for the patient for get into car. The security guard forces us to remove the car and talks in high handed fashion. Periodically, we receive phone calls for payment of advance. In the end when we ask for concessions for senior citizen they say this is a “corporate” hospital and corporate behaviours are like this. Very sorry but we have to be frank for the benefit of other patients and those assisting the patients. I won’t encourage anyone about this hospital.

Doctors are good but facilities are worst I went for check up due to fever recently. 1. No parking facility. they are asking to park infront of hospital which is not sufficient for parking. we need to search for parking and park somewhere then need to go to hospital 2. When I am suffering with 103 fever they suggested blood tests but lab assistants are not available and they said go to first floor to give samples again they said go to ground floor like this they said 2 or 3 times 3. after giving tests they said doctor will be available up to 2 clock, I went around 1:30 to show the reports and doctor is not available. overall not a pleasant exp for me.

One of my friend admitted in this hospital, It's a World Class Infrastructure with Highly Experienced Doctors and Staff. Admin Staff took very good care of patients they have personally escorted of patients from Emergency to Room Side with best care provided. Worst treatment. There is no scanning facilities in ICU. My brother's lungs infected only 25%.but they didn't gave correct treatment. They experimented on my brother. He expired. Don't join in that hospital. Rekha doctor treated him

Worstever hospital I have seen in my life..the person who is sitting in billing section doesn't even bother about patients and attenders..no proper response on repeated asking of information...when we walked out of the hospital due to his bad attitude,he didn't even bother to call us nor repent on his bad attitude ...I being a Dr,he didn't even show any due respect for my profession...never I shall recommend this hospital for any of my friends and relatives

Worst treatment received Doctor rekha didn't respond well Manager sampath also didn't gave correct information Unnecessary high dosage of drug flow was injected for the patient My brother had no BP no sugar or other issues But they gave unnecessary high flow oxygen to him which damaged 90 percent of his lungs He expired although he had a chance of survival only because of this hospital

The worst hospital. They are just doing business with profession. They keep offers for cardiology tests, their hordings, flexi everything is market strategies. I have very bad experience with Cardiologist Shiva Prasad. With all their flexi's i thought he is good Cardiologist. I am 29 and getting sharp chest pain on and off. He did ECG, 2d echo, TMT tests. Everything is normal but even then he frightened me like anything and suggested Angiogram. I went to other cardiologists, everyone said it is not heart related seeing ECG and 2D. He is just playing with patients to earn money. I have cervical problem which is creating pain in chest which is muscle pain. Please don't attract to cheap offers. Please donot prefer this hospital at any cost.

I would give negative ratings to this hospital , I had the worst exp. One shift doctor behaved badly. They didn't provide food in time. They sai to do dopler test note providing food, but till 4pm no food. I asked to call my attendant that arrogant doctor says we allow attendant only in visiting hours. Overall had bad experience. I nevever visit again. And I don't recommend anyone.

Met pulmonologist doctor, he can't cure Cough and blood infection with his medicine but it took around cost 8K. Used his medicine for 1 week but problem increased more and joined another hospital after it get serious. Seems he is not experienced and he doesn't know exact medicine for level of problem. He has given normal syrup for high level of cough. And normal medicine for high blood infection. If he really don't know and if he can't cure then he needs to suggest another doctor. Also cost is more for tests and for reports taking more time around 3 hrs. Staff and nurses are good. Don't suggest this hospital. Seems this is normal new hospital with low experienced doctors.

We had recently visited the PRK hospitals for a surgery and that was happened successfully. Management and nursing department is good and takes care of you well and helps you in all the way till you get discharged. Really a good shout for Dr.Varun Akinapally who did the surgery well with no complications faced during the time of surgery.

I have undergone my nose surgery, FESS combined with septoplasty and conchoplasty (bilateral) at this hospital on August 7, 2021, performed by Dr. Srikanth Reddy (ENT). He is an extremely talented, professional, caring, and skilled surgeon; predicted my diagnosis accurately and explained pros and cons before and after surgery. Hospital is spacious, well-maintained, neat and clean. Nursing staff is extremely kind and caring. The food provided at this hospital is hygienic and healthy. I have had an awesome experience at this hospital. Care beyond cure at this hospital suits best in my case.

Very good Experience of getting vaccination here. , we can visit for vaccination without prior slot booking as well :) Today I went for my second dose of CIOVAXIN and process was very smooth from billing, vaccination and certificate issue. People were following Social distancing and hospital was very clean. I would like to thank Dr. Snehalatha and Mr. Sampath (Manager) for their tremendous help, support and guidance while my mother was battling COVID-19. She was at the hospital for a month and the amount of support Mr. Sampath provided during that timeframe is unparalleled. Regardless of the time (morning, afternoon, evening and night), Sampath always ensured to provide an update and attended our calls. He used to spend time with my mother to keep her motivated. He is a true professional and a man of ethics who not only does his job well but also goes an extra mile to maintain personal relationship with patients and attenders to make them feel comfortable. Pros: - Good Doctor - our experience with Dr.Himadri Sai is excellent. - Few dedicated staff like Rajitha at reception and MOD Priyanka needs special mention for their support. - Staff nurses are very patient and cooperative. Things that can be improved: - No proper parking facility - No proper coordination between departments. You have to rush from one department to another to move the things. - Lack of information assymetry across floors and departments which will cause a lot of inconvenience - They don't have all the insurances panelled. - For few test prices are bit high but for few the prices are reasonable. Can do better to build a brand image by charging reasonably fair prices. - No video consultation facility during the covid times. There are a lot of things that can be better. But our overall experience with the hospital is good due to some good staff as mentioned, like Rajitha and Priyanka - who have made life easier for us.

Very pathetic experience with this hospital. Admitted one relative in this hospital with cardiac issues. None of them were able to share exact cause and they snatched huge amount of money without any reason. Being this huge set up they dont even provide parking facilities to car or bike

We visited this hospital for my Surgery. Right from the start Chandana assisted us. Dr.Ajay Kumar is very proficient,pateint friendly and amazing doctor. He explained the issues very well and suggested options . Nurses are good and responds quickly. Cleaning staff maintains the rooms really neat. GREAT experience overall.

We had consulted in PRK hospital chandanagar for urinary problem. Dr Varun Akinapally was handling the case and we are really happy with treatment. He patiently lesson the problem and explained thoroughly about problem and solution. We are happy with Doctor treatment/explanation/suggetion. Issue was related to prostate. We recommend this doctor for urinary problems. Hospital cleaning & services are good. But we were not happy with discharge process (they were not ready to discharge on Sunday as they told that insurance process can't done on Sunday (not sure whatever this is true or they are increasing the bill amount) .. although we had waited for next day and requested to do discharge process early next morning but they took 4 hours to prepare final discharge file which was not supposed to be. Generally it should not take more than 1 hour, process looks very slow and it shows irresponsible behaviour. After that instance process took approx 3- 4 hours for approval.. I didn't understand that why this much time was required in discharge process (~ 7 - 8 hours for discharge report and insurance approval).. I was not happy with this process that's why I am giving 3 star. I am giving 3 start for doctor treatment and nursing well behaviour. Note: insurance process is still going on. Not sure how much more time is required for further process. I request the hospital authorities to work closely with staff which was involved in this process.

This hospital deserves all the stars. Recently I had a ACL reconstruction surgery consulted Dr. Rajashekar Reddy Danda surgery went smooth and Dr. Srinivas helped me throughout the process . I really have to appreciate each and every staff in this hospital from receptionist , nursing staff , ward staff . You get attention 24/7 and taken care of nicely. PRK Hospitals No 1 money loot hospital in hyd.... Just for kideny stone (6 mm) removal they charged 1.40lac only for one day. Guys please be cautious if your stone size below 10 mm you can get reduce by someother options like medication and take more water but don't come like these corp hospitals they will charge like anything.

Undergone emergency urosurgery. Hospital provided excellent service. Tests were quick, reports were quick. Dr Varun Akinapalli is a friendly, prompt and awesome Doctor. Very happy with the maintenance. Dr.Ajay Kumar handled this complicated case very well. Thank you very much to the staff and management. Only concern I have is regarding the ridiculously slow discharge process and lack of proper parking for such a big hospital. If not for these two concerns I would have rated 5 stars.

My father got Laproscopic gall bladder removal surgery done by Dr.Ajay Kumar sir. My father was able to walk on same day and was discharged after 1day. Bandages were removed on the 5th day after the surgery. Writing this review 20 days after the surgery now he is perfectly alright and going to office. No problems faced, Thanks to Dr.Ajay sir and PRK hospital staff they were friendly and supportive.

Visited prk hospital and had very good experience through out our stay in hospital.Many thanks to Dr Ajay kumar patwadi garu who is very well expertise in doing minimal access surgery. Just identified the issue with basic tests and done the surgery very well in affordable cost when compared to all reputed hospitals. Prk hospital has all the departments and it won't take much time for any examination and investigation tests . All the staff are very supportive and respond verypolitely. The hospital environment is next level and very hygiene. Best hospital in this region.

It's been a disappointing experience at this hospital. As patience visiting this hospital is relatively less in number, by keeping the consultation fee low, they try to squeeze patience by multiple tests. Interestingly, result of all the tests suggested ( worth 3k) is pretty fine. No complications are found. Besides, medicines for one months is prescribed before the test results are out🙂. If you wish to seriously donate something to this hospital financially, do visit this. Finally, I would say no complaints about the way the recieve patients.

Excellent treatment given by Dr.Nagur when I came to the hospital. He is Really a marvelous Doctor, and great blessing to the PRK Hospital and to the present locality. His intensity in treatment creativity in critical issues of cardiac problems are amazing. The way of counseling the patent and giving confidence and passion for the treatment is appreciatable.
