First thing don't give your smartphone to the staff with blue colour suit who called as co ordinators with money minded management. They will take your phone and rate their hospital as good in all sites. For the patients who ever visiting hospital for first time choose any doctor from website and take appointment through toll-free number it will be good for you. At the registration desk you have to register with your original aadhar card and you have to choose a doctor. Despite producing my original aadhar card they entered my name wrongly. I have made somany requests to correct my name but no use. They simply told it can't be changed. These days you can change/correct your name passport but not in this hospital don't know why. I have mailed the same to AIG, wrote a reguest letter and even dropped in suggestion Box but no use. Due to which I might not get medical reimbursement.For first time visitors remember it might take 2-5 days to undergo all types of tests given. I have been to this hospital for stomach pain problem.Took my all previous reports and explained my issues to Doctor. Doctor suggested me for colonoscopy and mr ENTEROGRAPHY some more blood tests which are mandatory for all patients. On first day I gave blood samples at lab after taking appointment for the same. Yes you should take appointment for blood tests also. On same day i asked for colonoscopy appointment they gave my appointment for 3rd day and gave preperation medicine for colonoscopy. On 3rd day went to hospital as early as 7:30 am my token number was 20. After 1hr they took me to preperation room from there it took 2 hrs for completion of colonoscopy. On same day we went to take appointment for MR ENTEROGRAPHY then they gave next day appointment. My time was 11:40AM. I reached lab at 11AM and they took me inside for preparation at 1:30 pm in between somany patients who are well known to staff are went for test without appointment. At 3PM my test was started and completed by 4:30. They told me t collect report after 24hrs yes 24hrs. On 5th day at 4PM we took reports and went to meet doctor. Here again we were asked to take appointment. So after appointment at 5PM we allowed to talk to doctor at 6PM. All these are organised by so called co ordinators who completed MBA with full of business minded. No one except doctors show concern on you. A good hospital with bad maintenance. Remember it might cost you around 30-50k for all types of tests. It costed me 35k for all tests. There should have -ve ratings for management

But one thing is data entry receptionists are making mistakes in the entries which resulted in multiple times needing to consult reception.

One of the biggest Hospitals in Hyderabad. Provides all kinds of treatment A to Z including organ transplants. Specialised in Gastrointestinal diseases. They are providing transportation services as well by air and by road. They first register the patient by charging 100/- then consultation is done in 1st floor and taking 400/- for the same. Test and all are separate charges you have to pay. All tests are done inside hospitals only and it’s quite good and smooth process. Cafeteria is also huge and they serve various food options. Yes Parking is available for two and four wheeler vehicle but huge crowds are waiting for parking always. Think for parking for four wheeler vehicles.

Was planning to get a surgery done but now seeing the mismanagement in the place, dropping the idea altogether. Care hospital …. I am coming. It’s a place where nightmares dread to step foot in and me being me even after reading so many posts about the mismanagement, thought I will try. But it lived upto its reputation. Best is when I asked for a complaint form, it took them time to get the form and the behaviour of the lady seated on Helpdesk was really amazing. The reaction was , not one more complaint. The OPD token was not working , people were sitting and chatting all the time. The waiting areas are plenty and always full of people waiting to get the tests done or get the reports. I do not want to comment on unnecessary tests that were recommended by the doctor as it may be needed to see a problem which is right there. Let’s hope that the suggestion and complaints that is submitted would be reverted with a proper RCA and CAPA. I paid double the money just to get good 😊 service. Imagine the amount you lost!!!

Worst administrative management. The reception people and the security people at Cluster I are pathetic and no way care for anyone. First they allow everyone Inside the cluster during this pandemic and within a short while start acting like responsible people and shout at the patients and their attenders. Doctors are the only good thing over here. I come for getting cured, not to be shouted by some guard who is an actor. The thing is if a patient comes to show the reports they say you don't have appointment and have to wait till everyone else gets cleared. The best part is the PA' s of the doctor say that no appointment is required as it is just to show reports. I know that my review is not gonna make a change. I will simple receive a response stating please write to "aigcares". I will post reviews on every social media platform present. I come here for the Doctor's who are good and are the best on what they do 5 stars for the Doctor. But this service by guards and reception people lost 4 stars.

The Asian group of hospital is a boon for the people of Hyderabad and outside too. It is amazingly built with all the facilities. The parking area is good and spacious. The lifts work properly, and huge lobby to accommodate many attendees. The doctors are knowledgeable and honest to their patients. Only catch is it too crowded. If you plan to visit there be prepared to spend your good amount of time.

Pathetic! Yes just one word is enough to describe the SOP of the hospital. And i don't even want to talk about the covid protocols here you can see it in the pictures i have shared. Just one word to the person who is reading this dont come here. And if you have to for a specific doctor then just go meet the doctor and leave. If there are any tests prescribed, get them done elsewhere.

I arrived at the hospital at 11:30 AM for my appointment, and unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. I patiently waited until 5:30 PM without any communication from the hospital staff regarding the delay. To make matters worse, when I inquired about the doctor's availability, I was informed that the doctor wouldn't be available until after 7 PM. This extended wait time is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hospital's scheduling and management. It has inconvenienced me significantly, disrupted my day, and left me frustrated. The lack of timely communication about the delay added to the frustration. I strongly urge the hospital management to improve their appointment scheduling and communication processes to avoid such lengthy delays in the future. Patients' time and well-being should be a top priority, and this experience fell far short of that expectation.

Big hospital with great architectural appeal. Hospital premises are very neat. Facilities are good. Infrastructure is to notch. Emergency facilities, International patients care, trauma and critical care, platinum care facilities etc are offered from what I saw. Canteen is also good inside. Dedicated help desk and few other services are well managed. Big problem here is there is limited space in the Lifts. Only 4 lifts are there and patients and people are jam packed inside and had to wait for long time.

Mind blowing facilities of Hospital and treatment, I was seeing this hospital since it's brick structure and brickwork. We should congratulate the founder Dr Nageshwar Reddy for developing the hospital for the world class. The infrastructure, the doctors, the operation theatres and post operation facilities. Their so called Emergency/ Trauma Centre is worst than Govt. Hospital. One hour it takes for a doctor to visit and check upon a patient who slipped/fell and have probably fractured a knee. Thereafter xray is recommended and post xray, doctor recommended for CT to have more clarity. CT scan which shouldn't have taken 30-45 mins take over 1.5 hrs and that too upon our intervention. All the nurses and trauma centre managers blames each other for the delay. All these delays when they charge foe bed in trauma centre at hourly basis@500/- per hour. I seriously wonder if this delay tactics are done just to increase the billable hours. Now we regret choosing AIG in this Emergency scenario. Should have gone for any other hospital.

Urgent - Careful Before Admit to AIG AIG started looting the people...more worst service then before...my father has admitted with normal stomach issues... without doing any surgery only on antibiotics in 5 days they cross the bill more then 2lacs.while, I checked more deeply found they charges almost 8-10 times high rate on medicine. Also The medicine which was not at all used(attach pics of unused medicine more then 20k).also Every day they are using gloves box, outside box cost Rs 200-300. Here they are charging rs 2000 (pics attach) almost I paid 15k only for gloves. Like that they make my bill around 1lac. So be careful before you come to AIG and start treatment here... Specifically reviewing on Endoscopy Facility, to an extent most patients are prescribed the endoscopy, if so the facility should arrange more beds to avoid long waiting hours being fasting for almost a day. Senior citizens can't hold such long hours.

Infrastructure is good , look like a big mall. At the same time when you enter inside this money looting place it's like mini "mumbai" because nobody speaks telugu here. When you take anyone to the hospital, make sure one you knows Hindi or English else please avoid going to this place. Also they do unnecessary tests and loot money from people. For everything there iss something in this hospital called "A Big Queue" . For instance 1 , if you want to buy the medicine, you have to go through 2 big big queues, one for paying bill and another for receiving your medicine. For instance 2 , I went to this hospital to show reports to the doctor RUPA BENARJEE (we are done with all the tests previous 2 days) but her assistant Mr ALI didnt allowed us to go to the doctor till 3pm , 7 hrs I waited. This is reality here.

My wife was tested positive for COVID 19 and she was admitted to AIG Hospital, where she has recovered from serious situation with the best treatment given by the doctors of AIG Hospital. She has completely recovered and performing her normal daily activities as usual. This is a top-notch hospital in Hyderabad. All the staff are nice and helpful. Specially I thank Mrs Siri Chandana (Deputy Manager Financial Counselling Department from AIG Gachibowli) helped us in the process of getting admission as there was hard time getting the beds and also she has supported us until my wife completely recovered from COVID 19. Compared to other corporate hospitals, AIG has charged very nominal bill. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Raju from IP-Billing helped for quick and accurate billing at the time of discharge. I strongly recommend AIG Hospital for better treatment and care.

3rd class hospital.... My first experience: I myself went in emergency and person they have kept inexperienced staff that they inserted iv twice into my hand cannula because first one was not correctly inserted. Housekeeping staff was roaming with mask. As I went in emergency so they did my covid test even when I was double dose vaccinated. Giving sample to them was very very painful due to incompetent staff. Second experience with friend whom I took into emergency: Pharmacy people don't respect security guards. One security guard was in line for 20min and was standing before me to purchase medicine but when his turn came the person on desk arrogantly told him to come in line. I had to intervene to get him medicine as I was seeing all this. Billing in emergency reception: I was the first one to pay and get the bill and it took 20 min (29th Dec21, 7:30pm as no one was there at reception. We were in urgency but looks like hospital has lot of time

The admin staffs, securities, receptionist, doctors assistants (non medical) need to be more professional and polished attitude. Their behaviour is not up to the mark. Need improvement. Satisfactory services for medical staffs.

Treatment is good but the time for consulting a doctor or to get scans is too much. The waiting time is too long. Actually there is no proper management when it come to scans or blood tests. Platinum wing is given the first priority but the rest of the people are suffering in waiting lines for time. But the treatment is very good. The admin department is responding good for any problems from their side. Room maintenance is good and the rest of the staff are good.. The floor coordinator near rooms especially in 8th floor is too rude with the patients. Food which is provided in the hospital is also good, and given according to diet. Hat a final note treatment is excellent but waiting time for treatment is too long.

It's new unit of the world famous "Asian institute of gastroenterology". They have best and latest infrastructure, facility, technology, techniques as well as doctors. Everything is excellent. A patient will rarely find any difficulty regarding management.

I went this Hospital as attendee for my brother and observed below, In sufficient lift facility. Caring patient is very minimal. Very minimal staff. Required lot time to meet doctors. Staff knows only Hindi and if you know local Language is not preferable for to visit this hospital. Only infrastructure is good rated. No COVID check and sanitizer not available in hospital.

Good but need to maintain little more regarding the washrooms in Twin shared room. Surgery also it was taken time for me as thet asked to come hospital at 6:30 am scheduled surgery at 8 am but got so so much delay, surgery happened to me at 1:30 pm. Hospital insurance team need to respond TPA at earliest, they are very very late to respond TPA query.

Well, It is a good hospital for Gastro and Liver department in India, but it is a little bit of costly and also waiting for the bed for admission perpouse.

Recently I have performed my mother's liver transplant surgery in AIG Hospitals, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. I was the living liver donor for my mother. Me and my mother recovered within short time so well. It was a very nice experience for us to get treatment in this hospital. All the doctors, staff, executive, sisters was totally awesome. The environment and behaviour was also good. I am satisfied the way they took care of us. Wishing all the very best for the betterment of this hospital.

Its way expensive in accordance to its features and quality level. Expect the patient report about a day or two more than their promised date. If it's a biopsys don't expect to get your report before a week. And in cluster L the Doctor consultation tokens(just files) are shuffled; if you're number 3 in line you might suddenly be number 9 or maybe more behind. "Just wait" is what you'd hear everywhere. Escalators are just open for the patient and 1 attendee. And elevators are so crowded you'd have to wait 5 mints just to go to the next floor. And there are no stairs. Coffee in first floor is Rs. 25/-, Paperboat drink is 100/- generate your imagination ls for other items. My personal suggestions is keep this last in que of your visit plan. If you think I'm talking trash go experience yourselves.

Day 1 Huge hospital but worst management. Administrative staff is useless, management needs to invest in more logical and systematic patient centric systems. From billing to diagnosis to report collections everything thing needs to be revamped with patient centric approach. Firstly display the list of doctors with specializations... then have a single window token system for each patient which he can use until in hospital premise. Senior citizens should be given priority which is completely overlooked. Currently there are no systems in place its just like a government general hospital but with latest equipment. Pricing is at par with other hospitals but processes and other administrative services are THE WORST!!!! Day 2 Another example of non patient centric systems. CT scan is in B3 level. You have a sign board showing the reception area for CT scan, as soon as you go there you will be asked to walk in opposite direction because appointment booking and billing is on the other side. Please ensure to bring in two well built attendees with you so that they can run for you in different directions to get information. God save senior citizens and I wish hospital good luck for future survival 🙏🏻. Unless you have a Very specific complication in gastric areas and you don't have expertise in entire city of Hyderabad and when you can afford two or three attendees to run for you here till then please keep this hospital as last option. On a side note: I roamed around the entire lobby area and reception areas to see if I have missed out any boards with list of doctors and their specializations but NO, there isn't any board with list if doctors and their specializations.

This is a corporate hospital, which means it has premium & costly services. Everything is costly. Even in Cafeteria, there is nothing less than a 100 inr. Bed price start from 1200+450/day (General Ward) and goes upto 35,000+5000/day. First of all you have make a file in the ground floor counter by paying 100 inr and showing patient's Aadhaar Card. Fertility treatment is not available here. AIG stands for Asian Institute for Gastroenterology. Patients comes from various places of the Globe. You will find premium & Cheap rooms nearby.

Horrendous experience for my mother in ICU. A party was on with loud talks and gossip inside the ICU with no moment of peace for the patient all through the night. She could not sleep all night. Whatever was requested like even a glass of water taunts were hauled by staff saying they were being troubled so many times. What a joke?! Are medical staff not there to support patients ,is it not their job?! Are headnurses and doctors spineless who cannot stop lower staff from misbehaving?! This is a call to all indians to never visit this hospital , they can make a patient more sick! It is shameful that such an institution exists in india, a systematic ovehaul of medical staff is needed, behavioural training is needed for nurses and support staff.Taunts were hauled at my mother since she needed help, this created anxiety for her! Such shameful behaviour !! Shame ! Shame! Shame! Karma will get back to all of you very soon! Indians should never tolerate this nonsense,this is just a money making institution with no soul. They treat patients like guinea pigs. I have no hatred just ashamed and have pity that such an institution with poor ecosystem runs in this country which treats common people so poorly. I believe 5 star ratings might be given by internal staff as well to cover up their inadequacies and it won't be surprising! I wish google had a negative rating, never in this lifetime will recommend any of my loved ones to visit here.I am putting one star just for the fabulous Dr Rao and Dr Reddy who were extremely courteous and polite and the wonderful nursing staff and doctors on 9th floor during mother's stay. What a stark contrast between staff on 9th floor and ICU staff, heaven and hell difference. High time ICU staff to be immediately sent for proper training and who don't learn asked to leave immediately.

Most irritater place for Surgery case. At first they are admited for surgery...and then they give a day for surgery,one day before they told you...surgery date is not confirmed...sir,please wait,this procidure was continue 6 or 7 day.(In 6 or 7 days bill already made according to bed quality) but it is not necessary....

Excellent doctors. Very good facilities. Polite and able staff. Very nice and huge infrastructure. Treatment offered was just right and didn't find this hospital too commercial. Inpatient billing involving insurance was very slow. Hospital should have provided all detailed billing in the first go rather than getting multiple queries from insurance provider, which delayed the discharge process by a few hours.

You can access your E-Reports from here. Cons- 1.Shortage of Elevators. Unable to handle huge number of people with the 4 Elevators. 2.CT Scan Department should be more systematic, even after time allotment we have to wait 3 hours. 3. ICU to General floor shifting should be more hassle-free. In my case, even after requesting for single room they alloted us a twin-sharing room because 4th Floor coordinator was absent . They tell us that no bed is available in 7 floor (single room) but after multiple complaints to 1floor cluster-J , the coordinator provide us a single room. 3. Paitent Discharge system is slow. In my case, it takes 5 hour to get discharge clearance.

I have visited this hospital for a minor surgery and based on my experience I am providing the feedback on surgical gastro ** In-Patient Treatment ** 1) I have a seen many doctors are getting engaged for a single patient and working like a Team. This is good. 2) Preparation Block, Pre-OT , Operation Theatre, ICU, and rooms all are well maintained and clean. 3) Duty doctors and ward boys (GD) are helping patients everywhere. 4) Shifting from ICU to rooms and then discharge process is taking more time than expected. 5) Lifts will really take hell lot of time to move between floors. 6) Attendants are not allowed get food from outside to rooms. They need to sit in a particular allocated place and eat. This will not be comfortable to all the attendants. 7) Parking is spacious. 8) GD are not at all looking for any tips from patients. First time I am seeing in such a big hospital. 9) Once doctor says discharge the patient, the discharge may take 4-5 hours. if you are opting for insurance. 10) Billing is reasonable when compared to other hospitals. ** Out-Patient Treatment ** 1) This is horrible, and hospital should take it as a challenge and come up with the process and resolve this at the earliest. 2) They don't have the concept of appointment for consultation. They still treat the patients in first come first serve basis. Lot of time will get wasted here. You must give your file and wait for your turn for so long. There is a huge crowd in the hospital. You cannot expect social distancing here in this pandemic time. 3) All testing clusters are even more pathetic. Huge crowd with no social distancing. After coming to that cluster, you must forget the whole day. 4) Two days got wasted for me in OP block for Sample collection and ultrasound scanning. If you can wait for any number of hours or even days, this is the best hospital for OP. 5) There will be 8 counters for OP Billing but only 2 will be functional. There will be three 2D echo rooms but only one will be functional. There will be 8 ultrasound scanning rooms but hardly 2 will be functional at any time. 6) I have visited for surgical gastroenterology and Doctors are good in this area. They will not allocate more time for you. Consultation and examination will hardly take 3 minutes. 7) Finally this is a good hospital, a hospital with good infrastructure and good doctors. 8) Even in Pharmacy also lot of counters will be available and only few will be functional. Lot of your time will be wasted here as well. 9) All follow up visits after surgery will be scheduled between 2 PM to 6 PM but doctor will go for rounds at that time. 10) Every follow up visit took more than 6 hours for me. According to doctor PA, waiting for 6 hrs is just a nominal waiting time here and if you wish you can wait or leave and come another day. As this is a covid treatment center, Patients and their attendants should be aware of covid treatment block and they will be on alert. This is missing in this hospital. With all due respect and heavy heart I am writing this review for AIG gacchibowli... Thank google for making it air. My relative come with all hope for treatment from 1500 km far apart with prior appointment with Dr. Nageshwar reddy sir..but I am surprised to see Junior doctor Dr. Rohit reddy attending my case... Certainly I feel bad but can't do anything. They will make you to wait for 3 hr for just 3 min appointment and even in that they will start writing test before you complete describe your problem. If you are luck , it will take 2 days to test...It can go more time. They did liver , blood , ultrasound and colonoscopy ...It took 24 hr without food. Dr. Rohit didn't come to any conclusion although clear it is mention about ulcer...But he is hurry in writing another test PET ...I really don't know what type of expertise these people have. Just Test, Test, Test...And you are not supposed to ask your query.... Because they will become upset. I tried Dr. Rohit reddy in practo, and AIG list doctor..But couldn't find .. may be they forgot to update. They don't care wether you are going to take treatment...Just want all test should done here before you leave hospital. My sincere request to all of people who are reading this review is Do not go with big name of organization or Doctor...First see you problem Try to show issue with Gastroenterologist physician.... Definitely he will try to heal you with medicine...If he is unable then he will suggest you to go for surgery which you should accept . Even if you are going for small surgery...No harm to take second opinion. There is big difference in thought process of PHYSICIAN and Surgeon and while writing Medication it reflect alot , I myself have been victim in some other case. Never care for doctor who don't have time to care you as patient. I really surprised to see average rating 4 for AIG... Certainly not for me. I just filter by recent review then hardly it goes above 3...these are like me..Who faced heat of AIG mismanagement, and poor counciling of patient.

My father admitted in AIG for spine surgery. We were there in the hospital for 15 days. I can only tell you about the building, decorations, parking allotment, security services I have seen. Everything is good. I like the food in the canteen especially the Chinese food. The only thing is waiting too long to get the order. There are 5000 employees work here. It's a huge number. Hats Off to the management who is taking care of all these people. I see there are few thefts happening in my car when I gave valet parking. Twice I have noticed that a few things are missing. This has to take into consideration and action on the valet parking staff. I didn't like the pharmacy department, too much of a crowd, but there are very few staff to take care of, this has to be changed. Doctors are undoubtedly good. Buy the hospital facility management is extremely poor. The total team is unaware of all the rules and policies. The 2 person and the billing counter will have different understanding and knowledge on the regular running of the hospital billing system. I had been charged twice by the hospital for the doctor on the same day, that to for the single visit. The person at billing counter told to talk the billing manager at 1st floor and the person has already educated the billing manager about the matter. When we reach out Srinivas, he told to wait for half an hour as he has not been communicated about the same and he is unaware of the situation. The waiting continues for 2 hours and we had to return home hopelessly. Extremely bad facility management.

bad experience with dr and hospital in general a patient can ever have.I took my mother for general check up with Dr.Anuj Kapadia interventional cardiologist and there we waited for 2 hours and then he sent my mother to do blood test,ecg and many other test.After seeing the test they had told us to do MRI scan and valve surgery.We spent 3 days getting test done.Very incompetent dr and does not explain prognosis to patient,absolutely incompetent dr. He will spend not more than 10 mins for consulting and there on he is no where to be seen again.After all test is completed, he will admit or make you do repeated test.He is running a business and charges are high for common man.His behavior is not fit to be a dr.No human care no human touch.Don't risk your life and heart seeing this dr if you want experience cardiologist!!!!!!!!!! Entire hospital is a great flop!Bunch of unprofessional drs are working at AIG.

Worst management for OPD services. Too much excersion for patients while running across clusters for test. They are increasing health problems instead of treating it. No proper queuing and token machines are joke. Their security and staffs were helpless and frustrated due to crowd and staff shortage. Doctor's PA pass time flirting with nurses instead of attending patients. Doctors will come whenever they want, no time discipline. Doctor PA also don't know when doctors will be available.

Iam an orthopaedic surgeon, I took treatment in this hospital, I sincerely suggest not to go to this hospital, my condition got worse by taking treatment here, I don't know which doctor operated me, they didn't give any post op details, I am repenting now , being a doctor myself I had such a bad time, I don't what general public is going through. The hospital is running only because of one doctors reputation, I don't want to name here, there are so many good hospitals, kindly my sincere request don't go to this hospital.

Alarming concerns: - management and system issues There are definitely sign boards, help desks but due to overcrowding no one's knows what's happening, why are people waiting, token systems aren't working, staff people are shouting at top of their voices to call out people for consultation -right from the reception staff is just keen on moving people away from desks but no one is guiding what needs to be done and where.. - too huge building makes it even more complicated in crowd to find right information especially where there are all sorts of people coming for consultation the one who follow and the one who break the rules - if someone decides to visit they sure need to dedicate whole day here as it'll take forever to get consulted for the issue as doctors come at 10 am but crowd starts gathering at 6 am itself and then the wait starts... I am wondering how awful the whole system is.. all of this could be rectified by proper management especially when one knows how huge the crowd gets. This sure doesn't feel like hospital as the chaos gives headache to patients.

But service horrible most horrible. Worst experience of service in life available at Dr. Rupa Banerjee OPD. Patient had to wait for indefinite period of time. Mr. Ali, the PA kept telling, wait sit outside, you will be called. But at what time, no answer or before 5. 5 pm since morning, patient has to wait without knowing at what time, on which turn he/she will be called for the consultation or data collection, you don't know. Asking about the process, they won't tell you, they will say, just come we will see. At the end of the day, chances is there that you will be called next day. Without having lunch a patient has to wait for his/her turn even without knowing his/her turn. It's a suspense. Hospitality rating negative. Service rating negative. Overall I want to give ZERO ⭐. But without a star, I can not post my review. What to say, getting an X ray report takes three days, that is also after running here and there from dispatch counter to x ray clusters. Lots of confusion between the departments also. Confusion over the process with nobody to tell you what to do, where to go. Helpless just being a helpless patient, we have to return from here, more horrible service, more horrible experience I have never had and I pray and wish I never get in future also.

Charges for Covid Testing-INR2900/-,Waiting time in que for Covid Test Registration-3.5 hours(we reached at 8:30AM),Social Distancing in waiting que-Not 100% followed,Chances of getting Covid infection while waiting in que-VERY HIGH,Management-Poor.Was not expecting this level of poor Covid testing management by such a big brand like AIG.Have given 2 stars just because Covid Testing Report was on promised time(24-30hours).It was raining and people had no option but to stand in rain even if they had fever. Ultimately all the people were pushed under one tent where there was zero social distancing till the rain stopped.

Worst hospital. They charge more rates. No decent staff. Staff speaking recklessly to the patients. They take days to prepare the reports. I gave sample on 15/06/2020. Till now no response. I called reception many time but no proper response. If you want better treatment go to any hospital other than this.

My wife is suffering from Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of Sublingual Gland. we were referred to Dr Vinitha Reddy by another doctor. Right from the moment we met her, she treated my wife with utmost care and concern. She along with Dr Sujanapriya and Dr. Arif Mohammed Khan Sir treated my wife as a team. The care and concern shown by this team of doctors, we can not forget in our life time. Dr Vinitha Reddy and Dr Sujanapriya gave their mobile numbers and told my wife to contact them whenever any problem or difficulty is there. They too responded whenever we called them. I S V Suresh Kumar admitted in AIG hospital for acute pancreatitis treatment on 1-8-2020 at 1.20 pm ( I was an ex employee of Apollo Hospitals) admitted onron by my known Consultant ( Apollo) to join for best treatment. The worst part is no nurse, doctor/staff had turned back to my bed or room (618 A) 2 hours of admission- for whar reason/ illness the patient is here neither any treatment had initiated inspite of my attendant approached the near by nurse station. Night duty nurse doesn't even know how to fix the candulla,on one arm three nerves of mine had got swelled. There's no proper communication or information to the patient or patient attendant what type of treatment ,test/diagnosis are being done for what purpose,daily one- one doctor used to visit neither bother about the patient condition nor have word with me. As a pancreatitis patient I was treated with fluids and liquid diet only on my stay of 3 days in the AIG- I had starved from morning to 3.26 pm with fasting for CE CT scan and the other day from morning to 2 pm for Endoscopy test - the waiting and proper follow of the duty doctors/ nurses with the diagnosis staff for inpatient service was too bad.

I m admissioned here since I m covid positive with mild symptoms. I got myself tested from here yesterday and the experience was seamless. Waiting time is there since it all depends on the number of patients. Seen a few negative reviews about tests etc... I was told that the reports will be available post 72 hours , though I got them in 36 hours without any sort of a follow up. I was able to check the same in the customer portal part of their website. Admission process was also smooth. Will post more as the days pass on. However so far so good. I don't expect a great hospitality when I m covid positive.

I haven't seen such a worst hospital in my life, please do avoid this hospital, We have taken one of my friend who is a cancer patient all the way from almost 500 kilometres on a Ambulance, today early morning we have reached by 5.00 am and they kept us waiting till 1.00 pm noon no proper response from the management. Pathetic Hospital, customer service is of no use. The only hospital were patient can be discharged without providing the discharge date and time on discharge summary. If you have insurance then the amount of bill claimed will be higher. My insurance rejected the claim and i had to pay in cash so they discounted the bill by 5K. They charged me for 2 amounting Rs-850 and Rs 3960, for which no report was provided by them. I was completely in dark till i raised claim for reimbursement. later on they sent me an updated discharge summary mentioning wrong time and without any stamp or signature. after repeated calls and mails there is no response. Patient was discharged @ 11 am as per updated record and bill for test were raised @ 11.30. first patient got discharged as per new unsigned discharge summary and then they took him for test. This shows the fraud which they commit.

Very bad and uncooked food though they provide variety. Rice and Rotis are semi cooked making it extremely difficult for the patients to have it on daily basis. 1 week of that food, you will end up gastric and continue treatment in their core department. Kindly change the canteen department.

Be aware in billing and check before leaving the hospital, they cheat people. Perfect hospital for COVID Treatment. We admitted my father in AIG Gachibowli, that time his condition was a bit serious, he suffered with Breathing problem, cough and fever. I was very happy that he recovered in 7 days. I will give 5 * to Dr Vishwanath Pulmonology specilist, expalined about my father condtion and medicatiion what he has given. Special thanks to Dr Sarala who suggested us to meet the excellent doctor Dr Viswanath. Must read !!! Regarding BILL They charged very nominal bill, compare to other corporate and non corporate hospitals. I enquired other hisoitals as well and they told it would be 50-70k per day, that too they told without asking about the patient condition. I strongly reommend AIG hospital for COVID treatment.

Thank you AIG. Was amazed with the test result which came so fast. During this COVID situation, it was mandatory for us to get negative RT-PCR negative report to travel abroad with 96 hours validity prior departure. AIG Staff did a great job to issue result in 5.5 hours which was unexpected even though they promise within 48 hours. It’s not just me but heard from many who got result with a day or less than 10 hours Registration and test will be done within 10 min Que becomes long. Advisable to come early. Best is before 7am. Please bring your own pen and writing pad if you don’t want to use given by hospitals. Social distancing is well maintained and toilets are cleaned properly. Highly recommended for people wants to do their COVID TEST.

I got my mother Smt.Usha Singh(Patient ID- 2-181175) treated for stone in Common Bile Duct in last week of December,2020. The treatment was successful. The hospital is very clean, nursing excellent and very experienced team of doctors. The charges are very reasonable given that AIG being such a top notch hospital. Here at AIG, I came across Mr.Ashok Pradhan who took utmost care of us.

Totally irresponsible staff. Lost official documents and no response even from security. Also doctors don't abide by their words.

In January this year my mothers condition was acute critical and there was a life risk when we took her for admission to AIG. Again Dr GV Rao who has treated her in October for infection and inflammation in intestines took immense initiative in my mother's case and deployed Dr jagdeesh who is a physician by profession for investigation/ as incharge.. Dr Jagdeesh, Dr Rajkoti and their entire team strived very hard to give my mother a rebirth with their professional competency in 3 weeks of time. I am very much grateful to Dr Jagdeesh, Dr Rajkoti and the team head Dr GV Rao who not only treat for the sake of profession but also take every case as a challenge and strive hard to gain the result. AIG is not only for gastroentrities but also for every medical problem in my view. Once again I express my sincere gratitude to AMC department doctors team specially for Dr Jagdeesh. Treatment Is Good but Services is worst. we had Total Gastrectomy In AIG Hospital , We have Experienced with very very poor services. The Infrastructure is Very High but no Proper services and responsibility. We lost All our reports while Discharge, Simply they have removed all reports and filed only Discharge Summary and Few Reports . We have Visited many times and sent may emails but no use.. The Nurses availability is very concern even in ICU and Individual Rooms. The Dietician doctor will come go, she don't know anything about patient, we are very upset with dietician diet chart, it is quite opposite of surgeon guidance, just forwarded the regular diet chart it's not related to Total Gastrectomy Patient. We had Very strange experience with one doctor, He suggested for one major Test worth of 20k , we went with test report and he asked me who written this Test??????????. I have no words, he even not seen the Reports and proceeded for further Treatment... Inpatient Billing services for Insurance patients is very slow, we have to stay at billing counter and follow up 4-5 hours then only they will process. No one responds about patient problem. At least no authority to receive our complaints. Unnecessary waiting for endoscopy test.It takes too much time.

A very big thank you to the entire staff of the AIG hospital. I was admitted for dengue and was treated well within tie. Doctor's were available on regular basis to check the patients. Surprisingly they were able on Sunday's as well. This shows how dedicated they're. World class infrastructure and the facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend to others if needed. Just nonsense. Worst ever crown management I have seen in my life. Life long waiting time for every thing. 1. Starting from waiting for hospital registration 2. Then, waiting to pay doctor consultation fee 3. Then waiting to collect token number 4. Then waiting until your token number is being called. In every process, you will not know how much time it is going to take. There is LCD display everywhere but AIG don’t know how to utilize them. They make people fool there and keep them waiting waiting.. If you want to get caught with covid-19 then you are welcome there because there is no SOP being followed. Social distancing is taken for granted. For every diagnostics tests, again there is token system with no definite waiting time. Better to visit any other hospital. I didn’t find AIG doing anything great. FYI.. if you looking to meet Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy sir then you will be meeting other gastroenterologist in that department (so called his team - by AIG). So, if you have been told by AIG that you will first meet Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy’s team then, In that case, its better to visit any other hospital.

One of the most mismanaged and money minded hospitals in Hyderabad. There are absolutely no streamlined processes and the waiting time never seems to be specific. They have no regards for patients health or well being. I called multiple times for appointment and was told it's walk in only. Accordingly my parents travelled and after they walked in they were told you need to take prior appointment only. The doctor assignment is also random and it seems they are more bothered about minting money on tests and actually solving the problem for the patient.Also during the covid times , there is no regards to social distancing at all.

I came from Bangladesh with my wife for treatment of complication arises after operationof pancreas at dhaka Doctor advised for PTBD so accordingly we came here for PTBD at AIG hospital the international desk of AIG hospital gave me full cooperation during my stay in hospital in all respect so that I can complete my wife treatment with satisfaction. Doctor Mohan Ramchandani advised are to visit again after 3 months i hope they will continue to co-operate to us for further visit.

This place is running only in the name of two main doctors.Rest all r big BG.

Very good hospital

Its a good hospital. I got best service against my Gastro problem. Doctors and and nurses are very sharp and faster. They know what to do. A litle crowdy but its ok. I was an international patient from Bangladesh. Here international dept Ms Sumana was very supportive , always smily face and happy to give her helping hand , another stuff also good .

Waste Hospital Looks like they are not responsible. We gave CT scan CD to upload in PET CT dept and we are asked to come in an hour to collect it.I collected after an hour. We are calling Hospital since 4 days regarding the treatment and now they are saying CD was not uploaded. Simply Irresponsible..

One of my friend lost his mom, as the staff didn't treated well, if not needed they are putting ventilators , which is cause of dead. Don't got this hospital. Not recommended

Covid-shot on 7th Sep. Nurse was not cautious and heading for lunch. Now I have Blood clot in the area due to poor technique. Helpdesk staff was good. Can't they be little cautious, it's there job they get paid for it

This is purely a corporate hospital Pros: 1) The end surgeons and treatment is good but you need to dedicate a week of your time even for a minor surgery . Cons: 1)Lack of coordination and communication between one department to other creates a problem to patients . 2)You need to wait for entire day to know what is the next step 3)Not all but few nurses are very naive

Very bad service I was having a appoiment of 3oclock the reception help desk guy not taking payment and asking to wait no manners at all and I left from there without taking my dose very bad behaviour will never visit this hospital again
