I
have
been
coming
to
this
salon
since
it
was
at
it's
old
location
off
of
Morse
road.
I
love
my
usual
stylist,
and
she
and
I
coordinated
to
have
my
bridal
hair
and
makeup
done
in
the
salon
because
I
truly
only
trust
her
with
my
hair
anymore.
I
reached
out
to
on
the
bridal
services
page,
and
had
a
thorough
phone
meeting
with
Emma.
I
had
a
few
friends
joining
me
to
get
ready,
as
well
as
my
MOH,
flower
girl,
mother,
and
mother
in
law.
Scheduling
and
communication
via
email
could
have
been
better.
I
think
things
were
delayed
a
bit,
and
maybe
this
misunderstood
in
emails
with
the
coordinator.
Schedules
weren't
sent,
or
changed,
and
I
had
several
problems
with
invoices.
I
was
also
extremely
disappointed
to
learn
after
booking
and
paying
the
deposit
that
there
is
no
bridal
suite
at
this
brand
new
location
that
was
recently
built,
you
would
think
that
with
so
many
wedding
venues
in
this
area
this
would
have
been
taken
into
consideration
before
building.
So
my
girls
and
I
didn't
get
that
cute
and
fun
getting
ready
vibe,
we
were
all
spread
out,
I
didn't
even
know
where
each
girl
was
at
what
time
or
if
they
were
even
there.
I
chose
this
location
because
of
its
proximity
to
my
venue,
but
I
would
highly
recommend
clarifying
which
locations
have
bridal
areas
so
you
get
to
have
that
girly
fun
getting
ready
time.
I
maybe
even
would
have
paid
extra
for
on
site
services
if
I
had
known
the
experience
would
be
this
disappointing
in
terms
of
spending
that
time
with
everyone.
Aside
from
no
bridal
suite,
everyone
was
extremely
happy
with
the
stylists
and
makeup
artists.
We
all
loved
our
hair
and
makeup,
and
it
lasted
all
day
through
tears
and
hours
of
dancing,
and
into
the
after
parties.
The
stylists
and
manager
of
this
location
tried
their
very
hardest
to
give
us
an
area
to
congregate,
and
I
am
so
grateful
for
them.
I
could
tell
they
rearranged
some
things
in
the
salon
to
help
with
that,
but
with
other
clients
being
there
it
still
got
crowded
and
we
felt
very
much
in
the
way.
The
manager
even
packed
up
the
food
for
me,
and
checked
in
with
all
the
girls
throughout.
She
was
amazing
that
day,
and
so
were
our
stylists
and
artists.
With
that
said,
I
am
not
sure
why
I
didn't
just
work
directly
with
the
salon
manager.
Other
then
a
phone
call
and
a
few
emails,
the
coordinator
Emma
was
not
present
the
day
of,
did
not
have
an
area
we
could
all
be
in,
and
just
simply
did
not
put
in
the
effort
that
the
salon
manager
and
my
stylist
did
to
ensure
the
schedules
and
space
were
as
optimal
as
they
could
be.
