Was a nice apartment to live at when I first moved in back in 2017. But I started to go down hill during the pandemic. Neighbors moved in the unit upstairs over me and brought roaches with them. The office staff was nice and did their best to resolve the issue by calling out the exterminator. There was little notice at times on when they were coming and it didn’t give me enough time to prep, between working and having to move furniture, clearing out cabinets and closets. The treatments were so frequent, i had to live out of bags in my apartment. When asked to be released from my lease, I was given the option to buyout or stay with the roaches. Plus, the units are outdated and not work the amount of rent they want. Don’t think they’ve seen an upgrade since the 90s. If you are looking to rent here, TREAD LIGHTLY and have the place exterminated before you move

My wife and I lived here for 6 years and lived in 2 different apartments here. While slightly outdated, the apartment complex, upkeep, and service is second to none. Any little maintenance problem was fixed the next day and they take good care on general upkeep of the apartments and grounds. The price for the amount of square footage we had was super competitive and affordable for Columbus. The office crew was superb and always ready to help us out. Excited for our new home, but we loved living at the Vista!

I’ve lived at 4 other apartment complexes in and around the Gahanna/New Albany area and this has been one of the better ones by far. Leslie is pretty great up at the front office and maintenance is always here within a day or two. Spectrum internet that’s here will have a decent amount of outages which can be annoying, but as far as bang for your buck, you really can’t get any better. Inside the 1 bedroom units you’ll find it’s not exactly ash marble counters and stainless steel appliances but everything works well including the HVAC. Community around this place is also very quiet surprisingly, I lived at a much more pricey and flashy complex in New Albany before this and my neighbors were atrocious, as well as my car getting broken into several times. I forget I even have someone above me 99% of the time. I do wish they had at least double the dog bag kiosks.

I lived in the 2bed 1bath model on the second floor with vaulted ceiling from Aug ‘20 to July ‘23 as my first apartment on my own. This place was a wonderful place to live. Maintenance was very proactive and responsive. Neighbors are friendly. Gym was small but rarely crowded, pool is not huge or super luxury but overall a nice place to hang out. Very close to grocery shopping and restaurants! 100% would recommend. It’s great for the price!

I lived at the Vista for two years and had a positive experience overall. The complex is affordable, quiet, and safe, and the maintenance was genuinely excellent. The apartments and appliances are a bit older, however, and it did lead to more frequent issues (particularly the AC unit and bathroom). Hard to beat for the price and area, and I’d definitely recommend it to someone looking for a midrange apartment with strong customer service/maintenance.

I find this place as one of the best in Gahanna. The ambiance here is so peaceful and serene. The apartments are nice, cozy and at good price if you compare with others. The best part of this community is the maintenance services, the staff is very helpful and people who live here are very friendly.

We are small family of four, and this is our year #7 with Vista. The office management are always very professional and helpful! the maintenance team as well. neighbors are friendly. We picked Vista for its family friendly community and of course it is super close to everything! 2 mins walking from Fresh Thyme, 3 mins driving to I-270, morse road, downtown Gahanna and New Albany also very close. 8 mins driving to Easton.

We moved to The Vistas with a plan to live here and close to work for a few years and then planned to move to our lakehouse in 3 years. Well COVID-19 changed our plans and we moved after a year. However we had great experience and the staff and neighborhood Was great! The staff is great and has excellent communication. I do feel that the apartments could be updated (particularly the kitchen and mirrored closets) but we really enjoyed our time there. Great location and was very happy. Very quiet neighborhood and great experience overall!!
